Place was a dump. Needs major remodel or tear down. Bugs in the room, stained walls, front bolt would get stuck, no meal just a bag with a couple muffins because of "covid".

Check-in experience was terrible. I arrived and said hello with a smile. There was no acknowledgement or greeting back. Just an unfriendly "need your ID and payment card". I asked what card was on file so I could give the right card and he seemed impatient and bothered and confused. Finally just gave him a card. I asked about how to add my stay points to Wyndham account and I was just ignored and a blank stare. I asked again and he just went on with me signing the check-in form and ignored my question.

Disgusting. My room at this hotel was very musty smelling and was clearly not cleaned well. The carpet was filthy- I couldn’t walk barefoot because my feet would literally get dirty, and there was debris in places that aren’t hard to reach with a vacuum. I get it’s a budget hotel but it was really gross. Tiny flies the whole time, mildew around the sink, and the worst was a stain down the bedskirt that looked like vomit. Never again.

pay next to nothing you should expect next to nothing.
Door panel and wallpaper peeling off the walls. Key cards held charge for about 1/2 a day. Sketchy characters roaming around at all times of night.

Nastiest place I've ever stayed in ever by far.
Was welcomed by nasty stain on carpet of who knows what in carpet like what in the world!
Bathroom bathtub dirty, cracks & all kinds stuff found on, bed sheets with stain, pictures tell it all. Don't recommend no 1 to stay here at all. I got there very late fr me to try look fr something else like midnight so & was just 1 night, had to just suck it up.

Arrived at the property around 645-7 to check in. No one is in the office, no one is answering the phone. Waited for almost an hour before I got checked in. I was given a key to room 210. Upon entering the room it had a smell but other than that fine. I went to shower and there was only 2 towels 1 that had red stains on it. We went to the office to ask for more towels and was told they didn’t have any. Keeping in mind that I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Around 2am we needed more toilet paper went to office and was told that no one was in room 210. My daughter Called me to ask the room number. I then call the front desk from room 210 and they answer so he gives us to toilet paper and we head to bed. At 515 am a man uses a key to try and open our door. Thank god the safety lock was on. At 530 there is a knock on the door it’s the front desk telling me that I’m not suppose to be in that room and that I need to come to the front desk. Showed me a paper that says I should be in 220. However at check in I was told and given a key to 210. I was then told there was a glitch in the system. I completely understand that things happen, however at 2 o’clock when we asked for toilet paper he was very aware that someone was in room 210 and yet he still Checked someone in and gave them a key to room 210 knowing that someone was in there. This situation could’ve ended so badly not knowing what kind of people we are nor what kind of person you just let into our room.

Our first night was a little rough. We checked in and our door locked perfectly fine. When we came back it looked like someone tried to break in. The dead bolt lock on our door was no longer working there was wood chipped of the door frame. And the safety lock on top the screws were stripped and if you tried to use it the hinge on the door for the safety lock was coming off the door. We called for them to com look at it and they said it still locks from the out and nobody can get in. So we stayed. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they couldn’t do that. So we’ve been in the same room and they haven’t tried to fix it at all. My sister is with me and she is handicapped so we are in a wheelchair accessible room. They said they are all booked up. But I wish they would come and try and fix the door. Other than that, besides the manager Tony and the guy working the desk that night the other staff has been fantastic!

They were hanging new tvs we ask them to come back after we check out. We had plans in the afternoon and they came in when we were not there and hung the tv. They did not do what we ask! Please spend a bit more and rent another hotel room.

This morning for breakfast they handed us a sack through the door with muffins, orange. This was very misleading for free breakfast. Would not recommend this place it was clean but old

Bath/shower did not drain at all. Television remote and side buttons would not work. The light beside the bed constantly flickered and turned off. Homeless woman living in her car outside our room door. Litter everywhere. Broken glasses being heard thrown at night. The bathtub was in dire need of being replaced. It was so unsafe.

Room was not vaccumed. It was late when we arrived. They did not have other rooms. Bathroom was not cleaned and condom was on the floor. THey do not have any beverages for breakfest. Front desk guys use the machine in the room. I showed him how dirty it was. It was not cleaned for months. not a good place. So is it worth the money. Not really. There are other hotels in the area for extra 10-15 bucks per day.

I was not impressed with the furnishings in the rrom. They were outdated. Was advertised having breakfast only had a breakfasr bag available. Blaming it on covid that is just lazinessi would not stay here again.

Don’t know there were bedbugs are not but no comfort in the bed and always feels like some insect is roaming on your back. AC is terrible, it goes cold sometimes and goes hot sometimes even though temp was set. Not coming back anytime here.

The room was very clean and nice. Had trouble with the tv couldn't get it to work after it came in but once we got the front desk to come check it out it worked fine.
The commode on the other hand we could not get it to flush💔💔 front desk came n boom it flushed!!! After that it wouldn't flush again!!!! 💔💔💔💔

Our room was terrible, the door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and randomly fixed but not fixed like it should have been. The bathroom was dirty and there was no coffee pot in our room. Breakfast was handed to us in a paperbag and consisted of junk that you could buy at gas station such as a cold apple pie. There was no drink given with breakfast.

Another water damaged room that when you walked in the musty and mildew smell just hit you in the face! Water damage all around the front window in wall area.
Little uncomfortable having to Talk to host through 2 inch plexiglass. At five o'clock in the afternoon made me wonder if it was a really bad area. Ask him if I could just walk in the door like a normal person. And he buzzed me in. I think some of these innkeepers need to look up the word hospitality because that's what they're supposed to be doing because I just didn't feel it at this place

Check-in was horrible. Had to use the Covid window which made it extremely difficult to understand the person. It caused a misunderstanding which made what should have been a 5 min check in turn into a 15 min frustration. The walls in the room were dirty. They had the ac turned off in the room which made it smell bad. The toilet would frequently make a screaming sound. We were tempted to just leave but ended staying the night anyway. We left at 7am because it was horrible and we wanted to get out of there ASAP

The property is in dire need of repairs and an overhaul. Likely a 1970’s or so build.
The entry door looked as though someone had taken a crowbar to it. The bathroom had blk mold stuff around the tub tile worst in corners and the bottom of tub had dirt stained appearance. Repairs had been poorly done to walls but no paint. There was a refrigerator with a poor door gasket that allowed the freezer to be filled with frosty ice. The bed was not bad the pillows were lumpy. The breakfast consisted of a brown paper bag filled with orange, pkg muffin, granola bars and water. The sign in office said due to Covid. There appeared to be a kitchen areas behind locked door. While I had reserved room for 4 nites I only stayed for one. The desk gal refused but prior stays on my card. I would think that Days Inn would not want this kind of facility in there hotel line. Maybe this is not an exception. Likely I will not stay at a Fays Inn again.

Well, not being from Kansas City we didn't know where they were located except on the Garmin GPS. It showed a road, then a space and it appeared to be in a loop of sorts. We finally gave up after two hours driving EVERWHERE! We finally stayed at another motel we could find.

The room needs decor updating badly, years old I'm sure. The sink faucet did not fit the sink. The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable as in probably old and well used.
