It was acceptable.

The breakfast was not as complete as when we stayed before. The scrambled eggs and sausage patties looked and tasted cheap. I guess the hotel is trying to save money.

Although the bed and room were comfortable, the pillows were huge, big, round foam filled things. Not meant for cradling one's head comfortably. Slept with a rolled up towel.

Will likely return.

Breakfast was good. Room was quiet, bed comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Chair/ottoman were uncomfortable and visibly worn. One bedside lamp didn't work.

Nice, clean, comfortable and convenient place.

It was a very clean, comfortable hotel. The breakfast was good, a little different each day. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints.

I would go back for a second chance despite the issues.

Friendly staff, solid value, warmest indoor pool I’ve experienced.

For a property with high reviews in cleanliness, they dropped the ball big time on my stay (unflushed toilet, garbage not emptied, thick layer of dust, dirt in the tub, new toilet paper roll on the bed with new towels instead of in the bathroom). Room #2 had a broken shower gel dispenser sitting in the sink disassembled. Since it was on the same floor, I am assuming this is all the result of one room service person rushing or being lazy.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Facility was clean. Lobby is nice

Room had not been updated. Carpet wore and tore in some places. Water staining on the ceiling. Could hear the room below us talking on his phone like he was in our room, until midnight.

Comfortable beds. Lovely warm and big swimming pool Friendly staff Good breakfast choice Noisy neighbour and we were moved with no fuss

Warning about the access road closure would be good. Small bathroom and fairly weak shower.

Overall a decent place to stay

The continental breakfast was fabulous

The shower was awful. The pressure was terrible the water was not hot enough. The bathroom was extremely small.

Was a great stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we need overnight accommodations in/around KC are

Clean, secure, comfortable, modern and elegant style, great warm breakfast selection!

Parking was a bit limited.

In winter, be prepared to get a space heater.

Everything was mostly good. Breakfast was adequate. The room was clean and comfortable despite a heating problem.

The heating system is not adequate for motel. Room was cold and would not heat past 65 degrees. I was told this is problem with whole building. They give out a space heater to get room warm. It worked though with no problem to keep it comfortable in the room. The front desk could have told us that at checking in so I didn’t have to walk back down.

Lovely area, nice room and yummy breakfast.

The location was great! The price was great! Breakfast was really good. The bed was comfortable and the room was well done.

The updates don’t seem to be complete. I would think that a room isn’t finished if the doorframes aren’t done.

The room was clean. The room was descent size.

Noone cleaned room while we were there. The bathroom so small I couldn't bearly us the facilities. No Chanel guide for TV or remote.
