This hotel was very nice , we enjoyed our time here. The staff and service was excellent. The beach and pool areas were very nice. You can snorkel right off the beach. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. The only thing that bothered us was the noise outside our room at night, seemed to echo. We stayed in the bldg with long corridors. Some rooms had extra doors to quiet the room but we did not have that. Other than that everything was excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even though there were quiet a few other people staying there, it always felt quiet and private, never felt crowded. The room itself was nice and kept very clean. The bed was very firm, which is not what I like. But that's just my personal opinion and nothing wrong with the hotel. Other than that, I found the room very comfortable and have nothing to complain about. They gave me fresh bottles of free water every day which I appreciated. Every single staff member that I came across was super friendly and professional. They all were willing to help with anything you may need. I can't say enough about how accommodating and friendly the staff is. They have their own sandy beach, which is not common on Cozumel. There was good snorkeling right there where you can walk in. I appreciated that as well. They have an onsite scuba shop, called ScubaDu. They were also great and I will definitely use them again. If you're going to be diving, you can't do better than the combination of this hotel and scuba shop. Being able to wake up and get right on the boat at your hotel is very convenient, as well as their dive masters and boat crews are top notch. If there was anything I found lacking at this hotel, it was the food. It was just ok. So, I just started driving into town to eat, which is less than a 10 min drive. I found incredible food at the local restaurants and it was a fun part of the trip to try new places.

Loved this place. Everyone we engaged with was friendly, helpful. The place is beautiful and it has a new feel to it and the food is amazing! the view is stunning, amazing sunset. I'd compare this to our stay at 4 seasons/ Bora Bora; that's how good our experience was.

The property is 5-stars. Everything was cleaned and maintained to detail. Never saw any trash or messes. The “backyard” is a tropical reef with a pool and 2 bars/restaurants. Happy hour every afternoon. The room was spacious and serviced daily. My only complaint is that the room’s bathroom had no privacy. The only door was to the toilet and it didn’t have a lock. It’s fine for a family but otherwise, no privacy out the shower or at the sink.

We are avid snorkelers. The property had amazing snorkeling right off the their beach and docks. My husband would go every morning to snorkel for an hour before the rest of us got up; and then we would all go again. The quantity of fish and the variety were amazing.

I would like to personally thank the staff of the Presidente. We were there during Hurricane Beryl. The staff kept us safe and informed the entire time. They made every effort possible to ensure we were still able to enjoy our stay even in a horrible situation. Although we lost two days of our vacation due to the storm and then the clean up, we are definitely coming back to “finish our trip. Thank you Presidente staff.
