This hotel needs bad upkeeping. When you first walk in it looks clean and you can't get into the hotel without swiping your room key which makes you feel safe and the staff is nice at the front desk. Once we went up to our room, the hallway carpet looks/is dirty. Our room smelled like old musty/old cigarette smell very strong. We had to open the balcony door to get some fresh air in the room. The bathtub looked dirty and there was some pink stuff all over the walls and doors. They also have a gnat problem which at first I thought it was because we had opened the balcony door to ventilate the room from the smell but no matter what they kept coming in the room from who knows where. The curtains were dirty and stained. Our room was at the end of the hallway in the second floor and they have an air conditioner which for some reason had hair on top of it and it was never cleaned off. We stayed at other La Quinta locations before but this was by far the worst one. We were disappointed with this location.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and considerate

No hot water in shower.clerk said no smoking but front lobby smelt like cigarette.

We found bugs and the rooms did not seemed to have been cleaned/vacuumed.

There is everything you need around the hotel, shops, restaurants, and minutes away from Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland. Perfect location at the right price.

The property has gone down hill. Very dirty hall floors as well as our tub was not clean nor did it drain properly. The staff were great.

Bathroom light didn't work.

Poorly maintained hotel .Shower head fell off when I was adjusting it but it popped back on and it was also leaking from the wall, bathroom walls were dirty . I had to go to 4 dirty levels to check for ice one was the front desk and I was told “well there should be ice on the other floors”which was inconvenient.

I have stayed at La Quinta Wyndham hotels before, but this experience was very different. We arrived at night, got our key, and the hotel was dirty. In the morning, we went for breakfast. Unlike other La Quinta hotels, there were no scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage. When I tried to use the tv the controller didn’t work a very nice man came to try to fix it and was unable to after two attempts they let me know someone else would come and fix it around 10. After spending the day out, we returned, and my key didn't work. I went downstairs to speak with Sylvia, who told me I had checked out in the morning, which I hadn’t. After going back and forth for five minutes, another lady checked on the computer and confirmed that I still had the room until the next day. They gave me a new key, but it didn’t work either. I had to go downstairs three times to get it fixed. While I was waiting for the elevator, I overheard Sylvia making a comment about me to another lady and continuing to talk about me. Sylvia’s voice was louder, which is how I was able to hear her. I turned back to look at her and she stopped talking to the other lady. It is very scary to know that I left my belongings all day at hotel and they thought I had checked out on the paper logs. In regards to the hotel being dirty; the carpet was dirty, the table had a coffee ring, microwave was dirty, and the shower was not draining properly.

The breakfast buffet was great, but the lamps in the room didn't work. We did point out and they weren't checked/changed. Also, the bathroom had no locks. Room service was available only once in 4 days, just trash was picked up on request. Breakfast spread was good though. A decent stay overall.

Good stay, lots to do around area

Room was very comfortable and clean, this was my second time staying in this hotel. Breakfast needs to included more options. Carpet in room halls is very dirty.

Bedding was dirty hair abd debris in the beds bathroom has fresh blood on toilet lid the entire the furniture was old and beaten up bathroom dirty and old. Breakfast was very limited. Room was small and furniture was old.

Stay was excellent - huge room, comfortable bed, massive desk. Front desk staff could not have been more helpful or friendly - special shout to Kayla who was my go to throughout my stay. I will be back!

Shower head was broken was non operable. The room we reserved was not available so they “upgraded” us to a room with a balcony but we would have rather had the king size bed over the smaller bed with a balcony

Property needs renovation and your continental breakfast was pathetic.

The power outlets did not work, the water in the bathtub was dripping and the noise did not allow us to sleep, the keys to the room were deactivated twice and we could not enter
