Everything! The service from check-in to the horrible experience of check-out and even the lack of follow up from their management team have been my worst hotel experience. We dropped our bags off around 6:40 pm and went to our dinner reservations almost a hour away we had to leave immediately. Never had time to even look things over in the room. Once we arrived back to the hotel at approximately 12 it’s was absolutely disgusting. I take bleach and Lysol everywhere and it couldn’t fix how horrible the room was. The bed was covered in other people hair and dirt. I immediately contacted the front desk and explained we had not even been in the room for 30 mins in total and how we are requesting a refund. I was advised to call Maria “hotel manager” the next day and here we are almost a week later and she REFUSES to get on the phone or return my email. Please see all my pictures below. Save your money, spend extra do not stay here. Oh yeah upon returning the parking lot has over 5 police cars this place is unsafe and have the audacity to have Knotts and Disney attached to their name. I will be contacting those companies as well. Great customer service goes a longgggg way and the fact my husband and I found ourselves driving back to Las Vegas and not arriving until 4:30am was horrible! We should have minimally been provided a refund or an option of stay at a different property but management is horrible. Stay away from this nasty place!
