The first room was actually in disrepair. The second room had a mattress that was so far past its expiration date that if got in bed you would fall out. I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed diagonally so that I could get any sleep. I would have slept better in my car !

it was dirty and damp. It smelled weird. They did not offer any extra clean pillows or sheets. Had to change the room by yourself. Not a place to stay at again.

Needs a lot of TLC, place is run down. Need to invest in property. Owner making money because place was full. I won't stay there again, we need greedy owners money

The stay was good but the service was mediocre. The ice machone did not work Saturday through Monday. I had to walk to Starbucks and Jack in the Box, for ice 3-4 times. There are only two ice machine, for over three hundred rooms, and both were broken. The front desk said, it has been like that, for a week. Apparently, they are waiting, for a part. There was a representative at the front desk that was rude. She said, in a rude manner, I will go get ice, for you. She came back, from Jack in the Box, and said, here is your ice. I took one large cup, and left the other two large cups, for other customers that had been, asking, for ice. I stayed, from Oct. 5-7.

Just don’t stay here. Smelled of urine, dirty.

I called twice ahead to make sure my reservation was good. I showed up at 230 they did not accommodate me but told me to come back after three or pay ten dollars. I came back but got.cut in line. I was inside the room around four. I guess there was a messy oil sewage spill. It ruined some clothes and stank. I was aloud to check out a half hour late

We stayed in a room where the door didn’t completely close and the bed was super springy. It was clean had good towels, but only one set the noise level off the freeway is extreme. The interior rooms are very quiet if you’re gonna get a room here get it close to the pool.

THE FRONT DESK PERSONS WERE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNHELPFUL. THE NICE ONES ARE THE 3 YOUNGEST ONES WHO I BELIEVE HAS NOT ADOPTED TO THE BEHAVIOR OF THE MANAGRESS AND OTHER OLDER WORKERS, THEY ARE PATRICIA, ALEX AND VAL. DESCENT AND VERY HELPFUL AND GENTLE IN APPROACH. PATRICIA SAID THE SAME THINGS THE MANAGERS SAID BUT GENTLE, PLEASANT AND RESPECTFUL. WHEN I READ THEIR COMMENTS, I AM OF THE OPINION THEY EITHER WROTE THE GOOD ONES THEMSELVES OR THEY WAS RACIST AGAINST BAHAMIANS. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MOTEL 6 TO MY DOG

Bathroom was dirty and water in shower was leaking. Chair and table was dirty and very sticky. Walk ways and some stairways had trash.

We stayed there before and it wasn’t bad but this past weekend our room had ants roaches. A lot of noise people fighting outside look dirty outside pool was dirty. I wanted to go swimming I couldn’t. I don’t think I would stay there anymore. Look for a different area next time in California.

I had bed bugs, I wrote you guys and hope we can get this resolved.

Air conditioning did not work. Went to front desk and asked them to have it looked at and that didn’t happen until the 2nd time I asked. They couldn’t fix it and didn’t have another room.

Room was small. The vanity sink was stained/damaged. Hotel literally next to busy 91 freeway… cars speeding by very loud. There is a good mix of restaurants in the area. Chipotle, Starbucks in the same lot.

I was uncomfortable. Housekeeping cleanliness was fair, but the room was dirty (e.g., walls) and dated/rundown. The price didn’t fit the room.

This is hands down my favorite motel 6 me and my dogs have stayed at. Check in is fast and easy, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is centered around plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and shopping centers. The only complaint I have is the ice machine is always down, but luckily there’s a 711 a few blocks away from motel

Staff was exceptionally rude. The AC does not work properly. Rooms are humid. Housekeeping does not clean rooms. They only clean empty rooms. The bed is pushed all the way to the ac unit. Bed bugs. Just awful!

Good place to stay except ice machines were broken and it was a hot weekend. Had to go get ice elsewhere to keep medication cold.
