Great central location close to shopping and Marble Arch tube station so access to everywhere via the tube network. The hotel is a little tired in places but they are undergoing a refurb so that should be sorted. One quibble - in our room there were two sets of steps so yes we did trip up a couple of times and there are no power sockets by the bed so we couldn’t easily charge our phones.

Everything about the hotel was almost great - the breakfast, staff, service and location were excellent! 20 min walk to the London palladium. The hotel is a little strange though - the corridors are soooo small and our room was facing out to an empty square space below and some kind of office building opposite - felt a little oppressive - but hey we were only there for 1 night so definitely served its purpose and everything else was fab.

I really like staying here and have done so several times. The location is wonderful, with all the shopping on Oxford Street, Marylebone and Mayfair. As a solo traveller it is also convenient that they have an onsite restaurant. The staff is very helpful and I even got an upgrade when I mentioned how much I had liked my room the previous time. The only very small comment is that my room looked tired and could be fixed up a bit. But I have to say that the beds and bedding are the best in London.

Room was tiny and located in the stairwell. So can hear everyone coming and going. The room was basically a closet located inside a stairwell. Won't be staying again.

Comfortable but lacked charm and atmosphere. Room tiny for the price. Not as expected from Radisson Blu.

Very comfy bed and spacious room for London
I got a free upgrade and the staff were very friendly
Great location just off Marble Arch and Oxford Street

I have been staying here for many years. This trip I was extremely disappointed. Check in was disorganized. The hotel itself is starting to show wear with dirty carpets and the elevator impossible with staff using it as well as guests. All the longtime staff that was there for years is gone, replaced with a young and not so knowledgeable staff. Also when I mentioned I that I had been there in December, the person at the front desk said I wouldn't remember so many people stay here.
I have to rethink staying here after probably 8 years of staying there 2 to 3 times a year.

Very nice hotel with much larger rooms than expected. We asked for one of the sleeper couches to be used for a third adult and it was extremely comfortable and not cramped in the room. Only thing is the plugs were further away from the bed than expected. I will bring longer charging cords, or if you are someone who likes their phone while in bed. Hotel is off the main oxford st, down a one way, which makes it feel almost hidden in a very good way! Lifts and air conditions were amazing! Arrived into LHR and hotel was extremely accommodating about holding luggage there was a tag and number system that made us feel very secure leaving our luggage. Did not eat at hotel breakfast or dinner. Literally around the corner there is everything you could need from Mark and spencers full grocery to souvenir shops and primark. Marble arch tube stop is 5mins walk and due to proximity of extremely busy streets Uber's were around any all times if day and night.

Room was very small.
Staff were good and helpful.

Safe and convenient location Clean room and good breakfast But noisy at night
4.0
No air conditioning or bedside power.
No milk provided for hot drinks.
For a Radisson Blu, I would expect air conditioning. Climate control is a basic provision for premium brands.
Single bedrooms at a similar price point have the basics covered well.

Couldn’t check in at 3pm, room not ready til 3:30pm. Air-conditioning very noisy and didn’t actually cool room down at all. View from window was a brick wall. Very disappointing for price charged

Side street with delivery vans and smelly bins.
Was given a ground floor room but luckily changed after one night to the 2nd floor which was much safer.

Room was very small but fine for what it was . I did arrive to a dirty bathroom and used makeup pads laid out. The air conditioning was broken and it’s been 89 F outside. The hotel did care of late checkout on them which was great . Location is great also.

top floor, too hot, ac didn’t work…. but i’m sure other rooms would have been fine.

Id booked 1 night on 12 July. At check in, I added 2nd night due to my travel circumstances changing. On 12th, a full size crane was set up in the street right outside the hotel, accompanied by multiple large vehicles & what sounded like a very noisy generator. My room was street facing on the ground floor and it was directly outside my bedroom window with only a narrow pavement in between. Due to the noise level i did not spend much time in the room on the Saturday and returning to the hotel late I assumed the disruption would be over. On the Sunday my intention was to sleep til check out time due to very long day of travelling home from London. I was woken very early by same generator/crane/plant vehicles/workers that id experienced the day before. Again, this activity was happening directly outside my room. The noise was very loud and it was impossible to go back to sleep. I had to give up trying to sleep and checked out early, 3 hours before Id planned to leave. At checkout I mentioned the disruption and why I was leaving early. Receptionist said sorry but work is being done by council, who informed us theyd be doing it. If this was known to hotel, the ground floor rooms facing the street should not have been sold. The hotel is in a narrow street and the very close location of the crane immediately in front of these rooms would have made it obvious in advance those rooms would experience disruption. Ruined stay.

the air con was making awful noises middle of the night and extreme warm

The staff were lovely and helpful, check in a check out were smooth and easy. The room was clean and well maintained (nice, comfortable bed), and the area was quiet and seemed safe. The room was slightly strangely configured, however--the bathroom was awkwardly small, there was clearly room for that to change. The climate control in the room was also slightly problematic, in spite of plenty of adjustment, I couldn't quite get it to a comfortable temperature.

The bed was firm as a brick, otherwise everything was perfect. Would happily stay again!

There was an issue with the reservation
They didn’t have mine in the hotel system.
They had to check it twice even when I was already in my room they had some questions about my stay
They were very nice and solved it very well but anyway .. there must be a Problem with the reservation system between Expedia and the hotel

Really good location near M&S on Oxford Street, comfortable bed and clean room could do with repainting in some areas but managed a good night sleep.
Near marble arch and Bond Street tube so great to get to O2 or covent Gardens .

Staff was some of the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet

Everything about the stay was amazing apart from the fact that there is only one Elevator.

one of the booked rooms, the more expensive one was small and lower grade. That said, one of my guest got upgraded but not everyone was happy with the general standards

The hotel is very nice. My room was small but it had everything I needed. The only thing that is bad about this hotel is how terribly slow the elevator is. The hotel is in a perfect location. I would stay there again.

Room size was a bit small. However it was well equipped and spotless

Given the price charged, this hotel did not measure up to my expectations. The room was too small and cramped to properly accommodate 2 people. There was not even a chair in the room. Our suitcases had be either on the floor or the beds. There were no drawers so we had to live out of our suitcases while staying there. The bathroom was mostly okay, but the toilet would start running water for 5 to 10 minutes a few minutes after each flush. The staff was nice enough but the room was sub par. I've stayed at other Raddison Blus in London which I enjoyed, but this one I couldn't wait to leave.

I have had bigger baths than this room. Tiny and uncomfortable. I could touch the walls at either aide of the bed while lying in it, just difficult to get in and out of. TV very high up and difficult to see. I travel a lot and this was the most uncomfortable room i jave had in 2023.
I am sure the rest of the hotel is ok
