The front desk was very friendly and helpful! Our bed was super comfy and the room was very clean. Only downside was nighttime parking. Their lot seems a bit small for the hotel and we had to park in a different lot. Staff was helpful in directing us though.

Rooms were clean, very comfy. Nice breakfast. Staff went out of their way to make decaf coffee at night when the old coffee was bad. Didn't have to ask, they just knew and were quick to fix it. Very nice place to stay

Cannot believe this happened! Spoke to the employee who is running the front desk over the phone and told him we were on our way to check in he said okay no problem when we got to the hotel with all of our bags he informed us that they have given our room away and now are fully booked. I paid for this room 2 months ago and just spoke to him on the phone. He was a very nervous and had to get on the phone and get us a different room at a different hotel and entirely different location. The new hotel was being remodeled and elevators didn't even work as they put us on the third floor. I have never had this happen before we will be speaking to management.

Exceptional cleanliness in the hotel. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Very kind and helpful staff. The only thing NOT amazing was the breakfast. It was ok, but nothing special.

They charged twice for the $50 incidental fee. Over a week later, it is still on my credit card. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, sleep was unfortunately poor as every time the air conditioner shut off, it was with a load jolt, followed by a gurgle.

This hotel is located right next to several warehouses/factories and we heard heavy machinery work in the evening and early morning. Our bathroom door was extremely heavy to slide back and forth, bathroom tiles are broken, and the window shade was broken.

There were no curtains in the room just a thin shade. Couldn't sleep due to heavy equipment trucks making noise at 4 am plus with no curtains the street light shone into the room.

Our check in was very slow and we were supposed to have a King bed suite room and we got two double beds instead. I also think the location and set up for morning breakfast is odd and was very cold with the in and out from the lobby. The room itself was fine, comfortable beds.

Super clean, wonderful breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. My only complaint was the noise from the bread facility next door. The constant noise of the semis backing up (beep beep beep) until midnight and again at 6am was frustrating. The walls are paper thin between rooms as well. I recommend asking to stay on the MNLottery side of the hotel.
