There was poor communication among the staff, false advertising, not that grear service in the morning unprofessional comments about a service animal when it was not an issue beforehand and was listed on the website as service animal friendly.

The elevator was absolutely terrifying…. It sounded like it is in desperate need of repairs so after taking it once we opted to use the stairs for the remainder of our visit. Whoever cleaned our room was not very thorough socks are probably still under the couch that we found when pulling out the bed. Drinks were found in the fridge which we threw away. I’ll opt to stay somewhere else next time.

My husband and I rented a room at the hotel. We had a visiting family of 14 and we’re going to have a picnic. We were rained out and the wonderful staff allowed us to have supper in the breakfast room. Kudos!!

The place is relatively well maintained is quite close to Rosedale Mall. Access to the freeway was very easy so I could easily drive to other places in Mpls/St. Paul if I wanted more dining options.

The hotel was very clean and airy. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each day and there were many options available. The coffee was fantastic! The staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially with our need for extra towels. The hotel was also conveniently located roughly 20 mins from everywhere we were going- downtown, Mall of America, and Paisley Park. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Our stay was great. We were in town to visit friends. The young girl who checked us in was a bit rude and unfriendly, but the woman who was there could obviously see that, and she was very friendly and tried to make up for it. She has helped us before when we've stayed there, and she is super helpful and friendly.

Clean rooms, and nice continental breakfast. Welcome water with a granola bar was nice treat. Staff friendly. Bathroom lighting was very poor for anyone needing to put on make-up, and tub was slippery (we had to put a wet washcloth on the bottom).

I’ve stayed here many times. What I didn’t like this time is that the bathroom smelled like urine. Didn’t see anything on the floor but it definitely smelled. Noisy kids across the hall and on the floor above us yelling, running around in the morning. Wish hotels could have separate wings for kids and no kids. What I liked- convenient location for our needs and friendly front staff!

Remodeling didn't bother me but unless the remodeling encludes better sound proofing of rooms I won't be back. Not everyone wants to wake up by 8am. I chose this hotel because of the noon check out time so i could sleep later but no can do, as once one person was up on the floor the whole floor gets up due to how noise travels. Even housekeeping vacuuming early in morning when people check out and even though they down the hall it was like they were right outside my door. Pillows were not comfortable at all. And trash was still left in the can in the bathroom. At least was just a few wrappers but still makes you wonder how well things were clean if they can't even empty the trash can.

Obviously, the construction was a bit of a shock. Overall we had a good stay...the guy managing the kitchen over the four mornings. 6/21-6/24 was interesting...first couple mornings he seemed overwhelmed and rather crabby, last two mornings was pleasant and polite. Food - interesting, but not great. Do not like packaged stuff!! Probably would have appreciated a break on staying four nights and backdoor experience. Also security evidently was a big issue in parking lot.

I arrived and under construction. Dirty and noisy. The smell of construction adhesive, paint and resins was so strong and powerful it gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep. When I purchased my two night stay on Expedia there was no mention of any of this, only that it was not refundable. Very poor.
