Very disappointed with our experience. We specifically booked a room with the jetted tub only to discover the drain didn’t plug properly, the jets stalled out within minutes, and two out of the three lights above the tub were out. There were also ants in the bathroom. Oh, and the TV stopped working.

Staff was all very friendly and efficient. Room was clean. But the best part was the pool area. The pool is HEATED. Water was great! There is also a hot tub and a sauna. We really relaxed there, it was amazing.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room consistently had an orchestra going on. From the dripping toilet, squeaky bathroom door and most of the a/c unit’s loud rattling made it impossible to sleep without sandwiching your head between two pillows. Of course, it became too hot to sleep with your head between two pillows when the room never got to the desired temperature. As per location, the area is very industrial and nothing to walk to. Won’t be back!

Room was accessible as needed, would have liked to have had wheelchair access to both sides of the bed but we managed. SMALL corner seat in RO shower so needed to ask for a bench which they provided. Otherwise acceptable

The room was out of conditioner and body lotion in the morning after my shower. And the mirrors were still dirty. Sauna makes a terrible ringing/beeping noise that doesn't stop so it was hard to sit in there and relax. Otherwise it was fine.

It's in a drug area. The hotel next door is loaded with drug addicts who wonder the doubletree parking lot looking to break into cars. Hotel is not liable. BEWARE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The location is just outside of metropolitan Minneapolis and St. Paul with easy access to I-35. It is a fairly large building which gives it a good sense of spaciousness. The lobby is very professional and it has a nice restaurant attached. We were able to get breakfast vouchers which gave us access to a respectable breakfast buffet each morning. The climate control was fantastic and the free wifi was usable. All staff were very nice. My only issue is the bathroom had no vent which meant any shower led to the room becoming excessively steamy and the air very thick with moisture. I would have no problem staying here again.

I'll never stay at this property ever again. It's been going down hill for the past two years, now they have road construction, it's super inconvenient to get to. A rift raft hotel is next door which brings trouble around, with the the construction it makes everything worse. Staff are careless and lazy. Don't really care for customers relationships. Stayed there over 100 times the past few years and it's really been getting harder.. never again. It was fun while it lasted. Not really. Overpriced and not worth the stay

Was easy checking, pool amd sich was good. No hot water. They said they qould gove us free starbucks and we did that there in the hotel and the gal got only 2/5 drinks right and was told thats what I made. Wasnt the best experience. 3/5
