Good value for the money, safe and quiet neighborhood and walking distance to all especially the U Station
5.0
The room was airy, quiet and well stocked with scrupulously clean linen and even the small kitchen was very well suppied with cooking essentials.
Bathroom fine, and the shower provided ample flow hot water.
Breakfast was simple but a good range of breads, cereals and juices. More than adequate and far better than other similar hotels.

Fantastic and friendly staff! Loved the kitchenette as well.

Acceptable if you only need a place to sleep. There is no restaurant/bar has so ever at the hotel. I will use it again if I only need a night to sleep in this area

On the Day of cheeck -in, I arrived at the Hotel 2 hours before check-in. The receptionist was not allowed to sit in the lounge and kicked out on the street. It was Cold outside. And I caught a Little bit.

5 minutes walking distance to U-bahn which takes you to Koln and Bonn

If you need to access to internet, forget about it. It can not even open a simple web-site in a minute. It took 30 minutes to download 6 mb of e-mail...

Simple, clean hotel that had the basic necessities.

This hotel suited me. Each room has facilities, whilst quite basic, it was sufficient for me to cook my vegan meals. So despite its location, I was happy with the accommodation. The hotel is within a residential area, with student accommodation nearby and a U station linking Tannenbusch Mitte with Central Bonn. The trip takes less than 15 minutes to Bonn, with a frequency of service of between every ten minutes in peak periods to every thirty minutes on Sundays.Straddling the U station Id a large shopping complex. Sadly, the major retailers have left. Only a few fresh food outlets and small businesses remain - a couple of green grocery shops, a tobacconist and a German equivalent to a greasy Joes - last time I stayed in Tannenbusch, a massive superstore provided all you could need. The Acora has few facilities for guests asides from the room. You can buy breakfast at the hotel, there are a few basics for sale - water, coke, nuts . . . but, with the lack of food shops near to the hotel, if you want to cook buy some food on your way. Bonn has several good City centre stores - I used the Netto, where I got a very good bottle of Tempranillo for €1.11.The room has a good sized bathroom. It has a TV with English TV channels, lots of power points (good for my business needs) and really good lighting for any reading that needs to be done late into the night.I found it comfortable and convenient for my four day stay. Id be back if doing more business in Bonn.

Straddling the U station I'd a large shopping complex. Sadly, the major retailers have left. a bit remote - cheap and cheerful - in a housing estate

Stayed two nights on third floor. Room was of good size with reasonable sized bathroom. Facilities in the room included LCD TV, safe, bar fridge, hot plate and cutlery. Staff were helpful and spoke excellent German and good English. Only problem was that there was no elevator. Hotel is located in apartment block a short walk from U-Bahn station Tannenbusch Mitte (U66).

This was definitely an excellent place to stay. As a student, it was affordable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Do recommend.

The hotel located close to the grocery shops and nearby train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable and most of all, all the staffs I've encountered were either polite or friendly; I was very happy during my stays!

I really joined my stay at the hotel. My room was a mini-apartment without a kitchen. My bathroom had a shower. The room had a comfortable single bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a sofa, and a small coffee table. Since I was on the third floor, I had a small balcony; however, being Germany, you needed stairs to reached the third floor. The disappointment was the access to the internet. When I signed up for the room, the internet was advertised as free. Instead, the access was a pay-by-the-hour or day with limited to unlimited access. The hotel is walking distance to the Tannenbusch Mitte train (U-Bahn) and bus station.

It's more like a villa than a hotel. You don't necessarily go through the main entrance with the Reception, depending on where your room is located, so it almost feels like you're going back to your own apartment room! Spacious room, courteous staff. Overall a very pleasing experience.

Located just on north suburbs of Bonn but two blocks from U Bahn Train station. Easy walk to train and super market. Rooms are clean and good bed. Room size is okay for Europe but not big. Staff is very good and helpful. Hot and cold water in shower goes up and down while taking a shower. Overall good value.

I stayed there for five nights, and overall thought it was quite good.
The location is very good - a short walk to Tannenbusch Mitte Stadtbahn station and the adjoining shopping complex with everything you need. My room was clean and the temperature inside was comfortable. It was very handy to have a small kitchen facilities.
My main problem with the hotel was that in a couple of mornings the hot water supply was indifferent. A couple of other smaller gripes were the expense of the WiFi internet access and the lack of natural light which could get into my ground floor the room.

If you driving near Bonn, this property is near the train station and you can park and train in to city center. However, business center is poor and they charge a lot for breakfast (we skipped it.) Also, the hallways were "musty" but the room was not. Neighborhood is primarily residential apartments. Seemed safe.
