First morning we were there we went to breakfast at 8:20 am and there were no eggs available. Stayed in the dining room till 9 and no more were ever brought out.

One of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on! The pillows were lacking in size and comfort, but the bed made up for it. The staff was awesome and super nice! I would stay here again, as it is a very convenient location.

The room was very nice, but had a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door and we had to fight with the lock to get the door locked. Other than that, the room was very comfortable. The front desk was friendly.

It wasnt very dirty and the fact that they charge us $200 on my girlfriend credit credits card for pet charge when we only stayed one night. Too top it off no water for the whole day we did stay and did not get told when we called to make sure our reservation was in. Not even told at check in, which was a nightmare the girl was very unorganized, we found out by a sign posted. This is one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We requested someone contact us when we left over the horrible experience and have called since requesting the same and still never heard anything. Got way way over charged for our one night stay. If i wanted to pay $500 for a night this is never a place i would choose for that. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional service and trash condition of the hotel. Management (if there is any) should be ashamed allowing what was once a beautiful hotel (a decade plus ago when i stayed before) to turn into such a pile. If you travel to this area DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! For Saco Maine I expect way better. I’m surprised the city officials haven’t closed this place down. They should!

Facilities are very worn, plaster repair in the bathroom without painting over, AC did not actually cool the room - was colder outside so we opened the window. This location needs to be remodeled.

Lobby is shabby, front desk was vacant or not attentive. TV didn't work, called front desk. They were to send someone, but never arrived. Maid service is only by request, towels had to be gotten at front desk. Good thing I will never have to go back to Maine.

Check in was easy. Room had problems; loose and broken toilet seat, broken chair with high risk of falling over, other clear maintenance issues. Otherwise room was acceptable and staff working very hard for customers. Property was quiet despite proximity of highway.

We came to Ramada. The service was always friendly. They answered any questions we had with no problems. Breakfast was always fresh, hot and well stocked. Grounds was clean and maintained. Room was very clean and comfortable. I did bring my dog. She was welcomed. There was other dogs there never once did I hear barking or smell dogs. I would definitely stay again.

OK, I’ll be honest. I never write good reviews, but on the other hand, I’ve probably only written one or two bad reviews other than this one. I have to consolidate due to character minimum. First we came in and we’re given a room with only two queen beds (and only 3 1/2 pillows and 3 towels). No other place for someone to sleep even though I have put in five of us two adults and three teenagers all the way up to age 17. She expected three people to sleep in one queen size bed and told us that’s the way it is. Then she wanted to charge us $10 for a We also were in bathing suits while all this was happening to use the pool and when we went to use the pool before it closed the maintenance guy shocked to the pool so we weren’t allowed to go swimming During the night we had people banging on the walls and playing either music or TV really loud and sometime around 12:30 AM some drunk person tried to get into our room banging on the door and clicking the lock until I got up and went out. There is mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. Think so (please see pic) The hotel room is substandard, It’s disgusting here and not a good place to stay. $218 a night?? What? This place is a complete pit, don’t bother coming.

I needed to book 4 rooms for a business trip for my crew. I was very pleased with the quality of the Hotel. The young lady who checked us all in was super friendly and a pleasure to interact with. We also needed one of the rooms to be pet friendly and they had a provision for that. We will be back in town again and will once again be staying there.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The inside of the hotel had an odor, and the elevators were especially bad smelling, but the room itself didn't smell. The floor lamp in the reading nook had many dead cockroaches in it (there was a plastic piece at the bottom of the lamp shade that trapped them there). We slept (what little sleep we actually got) with the lights on. This would have been expected at a much lower-end property, but not here.

We had a handicap room. The shower just hung down. There was no hook in the wall to hang it on very dangerous. The handrails will loose. They just need to be tightened. Told the front desk no one came up to tighten them. My wife almost fell get now. The tub cause it wasn't a handicap tub, very poor no response. They could care less

This hotel was awful. When we arrived we were put into the last room for our category. It was a pit. There was dirt all over the place, the room was in the middle of renovation, food in the refrigerator and microwave, and an open bar of soap in the shower. Our air conditioning didn’t work and the manager said that it needed to be plugged in even though there was no cord. When we alerted the manager on duty, she stated that there was nothing she could do other than us keeping that room or taking a refund and staying somewhere else. That was not an option. When I asked if there was another type of room , she said there was but we would have to pay an additional $30 a night in order to get that room. We had a king suite and it was a queen double. She was rude and kept yelling at us that we were not understanding what she was saying . It was very unprofessional. Ultimately after a half hour of arguing, we were put in a queen double room without being charged $30 a night the hotel smells like vomit and the food service in the morning was disgusting. I’ve stayed at Ramada before multiple times and this was not up to their standards. I will never stay at one again with the way we were treated
