Like the new owners to the hotel. It's a lot cleaner than the last two times they stayed there before things served as the pool was closed for maintenance because they're a remote and stuff which is gonna make the hotel look lot better.

‘Breakfast’ was juice, weak coffee, granola bars and a few small old apples. Won’t recommend.

Nice hotel and very accommodating.

The place was run down.repair made not painted over, broken toilet holder, missing tissue holder cover. No hot water availible during certain hours. Only 2 pillows on king bed. Towel and wash cloth for one. No elevator other than chair lift for lower floir that set bellow ground level where handicap individuals were placed. There was no one at front desk when we arrived. Fridge in room was set at freezer temperature. And breakfast included should mean more than a cup of juice or coffee and a granola bar. We have stayed in hotel 8's tha were if far better quality than this.

The mattress was stained. Very gross.

Our stay was good. We needed a handicap room and got it next to a ramp. Our room was decent.We stayed 7 days. They don't clean ur room if you dont request it, but everytime i called for towels or trash pick up they were there within seconds. That was a plus.

The pool was closed for maintenance and the carpets were really dirty along with all the furniture having all kinds of scratches and stains in it

Pool and hot tub was out of service room was dirty I always pull the sheets off and leave towels and everything on the bed to make it a little easier on the cleaning staff. The mattress was filthy no mattress pad Got home took a shower and put my shoes and clothes in a garage bad

When booking I swear I saw a 7.2 average rating, we'll now I see the 4.6 average is closer to reality. I thought it would be worth the shot to save $80 here but no pool, no breakfast, and no hot water was pretty disappointing. The TV was exceptionally small with a fuzzy picture. I learned my lesson and won't book a Super 8 again.

Good value, comfortable and clean, only wish the shower had hot water for more than 2 minutes before turning very cold, no bath plug to conserve any warm water, so had to sit in a dry tub and wait for 10 minutes for more hot water to rinse out the remaining soap in hair. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

What appeared to be black mold on the windowsill. Sticky floors. Room smelled of smoke. Used tissue on floor.

No hot water when i arrived, filthy room, woke up to guest in the hallway smoke very stinky pot.

Found a soiled diaper under the bed, and it wasn't removed until after I complained 3 times. They took our used towels, and never brought new ones. "SuperStart" breakfast is granola bars and coffee that's cold half the time. One night we had water pouring from the light fixture in the bathroom. I reported it and was told that they would deal with it in the morning, but then they pounded on my door at 12:30 am and told us we would have to change rooms. Then the guy left and didn't return, so we stayed in our room with the flooded bathroom. Room has no ventilation at all, except for a window with no screen. Parking area has an impressive rat colony. Must see to believe.

Overall, the motel was good. We were very disappointed with breakfast. There were only coffee and peanut butter granola bars for the breakfast. The place is on the highway which is good for travellers.

The room smell bad. I didn't like the hotel, so I paid a cancelation fee and went to a Holliday Inn. This is the second time I have this experience with Super 8 hotel. I learned the hard way, "You get what you paid for". Cheap is not always a good thing.

Floor is dirty

Room was not habitable. I DID NOT STAY HERE. I went into the room and was hit with a strong mold smell, carpets were dirty, lampshade soiled and dirty, furniture dinged and scuffed, not clean, 1 large drawer handle was missing, old plastic lined curtains smelled very bad, tub was actively dripping, sink was missing a stopper and I could see the very exposed, very grungy, rusty pipe connection 2" down. The bed looked clean and well made but on closer look, there were brown specs at the top right corner of the sheets- that I brushed off to see what it was. I didn't bother to pull back the sheets at that point. The basement room was not in any condition for anyone to stay. The air was unhealthy and the space and fixtures were not clean. I returned to the front desk, explained the issues. He offered a king room at a higher price, I declined because of the state of this room that management HAS to know about. Staff was going to charge me an extra $50 for this room initially, because I had arrived at 4am due to a family member in the ER at the hospital - which I told him. I declined and told him I would be leaving at 9:30am and he could rent the room twice in that day. He offered $30 extra charge, I declined again. He offered the room at the stated Expedia price. I accepted, expecting to find a clean, habitable room. After seeing the room I left to find another hotel. He told me to cancel with Expedia then he would credit the room charge.

Check in online said 2pm, we got there a little before 2pm and were told that they changed check in time for 3pm yet the front desk sign still said 2pm. The staff accommodated the “early check in”. We arrived in the room and it smelled terrible, there was a hole in the bathroom door (like someone punched in), god know what on the wall, ants in the room, what appeared to possibly be old blood on the floor in the pool room. We couldn’t sleep under the covers as we were too grossed out so we had to go buy blankets to cover up with. We almost left at 1am because none of us could sleep it was disgusting in our room. Never ever would I recommend staying at this hotel. We have requested a refund as it was absolutely horrible!

I honestly don’t think Expedia should maintain a partnership with this hotel. There’s so much to say. But I’ll keep it short. First when you walk in there’s an old musty smell. The place gives a vibe of not the safest place with glass at the counter and the numerous tweakers outside of hotel!!! So didn’t feel safe going out….All the hall carpets and walls were so dirty. When I entered my room I discovered all the windows in the room were wide open with room lights left on and no screens so the entire room was full of insects - not one or two- like a village- Hotel was full so no other upstairs rooms. I had to get bug spray from my car and spray and sit in dark to try to get rid of them.The carpets were beyond dirty. The place smelled. Part of the sink in the room was broken with hole inside. There was filth everywhere. It was late - I slept with my person blanket and clothes on. At 4am the people across the hall had a screaming match - banging on door calling each other b@&ch and Wh@$e. I am so frustrated I spent any money on this hotel but it was late and I needed to stop. the front desk staff were the only saving grace giving me ‘one of the nicer’ rooms on second floor apparently first floor rooms had pets and were pretty bad. There’s more but wow.

Wouldn't advise anyone to stay there if they like cleanliness.

This hotel was dirty, run down, and had a lot of homeless people on drugs. We didn’t feel comfortable and ended up checking out early and didn’t get any kind of refund. Had to ask staff over and over for items needed. Breakfast was granola bars and barely warm coffee.

The hotel is too run downed ' It needs a complete overhaul.

Key cards stopped working consistently, so I had to go to the front desk every day to get them recharged. The ant problem is still thriving. Even my car was attacked. The carpet is gross. The fridge was unplugged when I got there, so it smelled like rot. There are also seedy people hanging around the premise who weren’t guests.

I room had blood splatter on the wall, paint falling off in other places and breakfast was a granola bar and juice and the Jacuzzi was as with as the pool

What was to like. Upon checkin our room was dirty the ac was broken and no breakfast even though it says breakfast is included. Second room they put us in was nearly as bad. No AC TV didn’t work. Still no breakfast. Rude management. And unwilling to work with us.

there was a beer bottle and an other drink bottle under the bed from other renters.asked for room to be cleaned,didn't happen next day so asked again.room was cleaned but not under the bed,so bottles were still there when we checked out 4 nights later
