Very good(199 Reviews)3.0
Front desk staff was friendly, room was clean, nice and spacious. I was on the 4th floor and the elevator broke down and a hotel guest was stuck in it. Bed was not comfortable. But other then that it was good.
4.0
The room was clean and comfortable. It had what i needed.
The noise of the freeway was a bit annoying and the elevator was out of service as i left.
Otherwise i liked it a lot.

Amazing couple Devron and Tage. They are the reason we came back!

My first room 212, looked like a crime happened on the bed. I immediately asked for a new room. I definitely feel every bed should have a full zip around mattress protector. My biggest fear is bed bugs. And 212 failed miserably.
Next room was 322, bed had full cover on it. But the sheets, room, floor were extremely gross and sticky and dirty. I'm not sure if they don't have a housekeeper manager, but very unacceptable. Floors throughout the entire hotel was very dirty, rooms had bags of garbage outside the door for a full day. Room across from 322s floor was so gross. This was my first stay here with my kids and it was embarrassing unfortunately. I do wish I would have taken photos. Honestly I just tried not to be there much.

The staff was great, and the rooms were very clean

A nice clean hotel!

The property itself was nice. Hardwood floors, clean room, cubies to put your stuff, small stove, good sized fridge, dish washer. What I didn't like was you have to pay extra if you want any dishes/coffee maker/paper towels. There's no ice machine either. Plus the girl at the front desk seemed more than happy to shoo us away without actually wanting to help. There are homeless people to the side of the building just hanging out as well. We only needed it for one night so it was fine but extended stays you'll need to bring your own supplies and ice.

Good hotel! Very nice and quiet. Lots of people around the area though.

It was chaotic as soon as we checked in. The person at the front desk was friendly and I don't fault her for the chaos. People exchanging dirty towels for clean ones, interrupting with questions about laundry service, phones ringing, etc.
When we were finally able to get to our room, it didn't have a fresh feeling. The room felt dirty. There was hair on the bedsheets and bathroom light did not work. There was so much dust under the beds and the floor.
We were able to get another room. It was a little better but not by much. We will never stay here again.

Difficult to find the entrance. When we finally found the hotel, there was a gauntlet of homeless people milling around in the driveway. Other than that, good hotel.

Severe difficulty in finding the place. The staff was super friendly but Ignores the complaints about finding the property. Also is no effort to dampen the noise from the freeway. I was supposed to stay another night but checked out the next day. Never again.

No sign on the main street, difficult to locate at first. Hotel was very clean. It is set up for long term stays, but no dishes or pots and pans provided. Hangout for street people adjacent to parking lot. Only coffee available is in vending machine in lobby.

They canceled my room 2 hours before checking in. While I was on my way there and about 20 minutes out, after driving 6 hours. Even after I got emails saying my room was confirmed.

We were not even able to get out of car to check in because of the homeless blocking the only entrance/exit. YES there was only one way in and out of the property. They were coming up to my car shaking a ziploc sandwich bag of what looked like drugs at my car windows. When I called the front desk to ask if they could call the police to get them off of the property so I could come inside to check in I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I decided it was very unsafe and even if I got into the building ok, my car was gong to have to be parked in the lot with he homeless. I decided the best thing would be to power through and drive the remaining 4 hours to Salem at that point. What a disappointment.

Hotel was dirty & trashy. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4. Wasn’t ready till 7. Upon arrival floor was sticky, blinds were dusty door knob was dirty, the furniture was beat up, chairs in room were dirty. Room had a clean smell but it gave me a head ache it was too strong.

I feel that the most recent new person at the counter desk “clerk” is distasteful. Since I been this is one of the worst experiences I have since
my stay

People were on drugs outside. The staff called at 7:30 am to ask if we were checking out...when we only booked a nite. We wanted to sleep....

No sign on the street but if you call the property, they will direct you.

I can't rate this hotel. I drove into the unlighted driveway and a homeless man came up to my driver side front window. I am traveling alone. I am a woman. I was scared to get out of my car. I called the front desk and got a recording. This is a nonrefundable stay. I think I should feel safe getting out of my car. I am requesting a refund. I think the "good" rating in deceiving.

There are a lot of long term residences here. The night we stayed the police did a raid with the drug dogs. Lots of shady people hanging out in the parking lot, which was concerning. It was clean. People at desk were friendly.

Hotel was very dirty barely had any pillows or blankets, staff was understanding tho & gave us another room.

Unusual property. I have most guests are using the suite factor. There was no coffee in the room or hair dryer available. No utensils or pots for the stove available. Great laundry.

This hotel was very nice the staff was friendly. My only concern was I found a cockroach in the room I stayed in and I didn’t quite like that but aside from that the place was wonderful the pool was so nice the whole pool area, I thought it was cool that they did breakfast differently, it was in their restaurant and server status. Super cool! Thanks for the stay

Just a quick one night stay for business.

Staff was great.

The room was good size, had only one hand soap and one tiny bottle of shampoo in the room, no coffee maker. The automatic doors did not work, make it very inconvenient when bringing in and taking out personal belongings.

Really nice place, but breakfast from 8 to 10? Very sad breakfast…

If you’re looking for a longer term stay, and you’re hauling everything you need to cook, store, and eat meals - this may be a good place for you because there’s a kitchenette. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice, but that’s where the positives end.
Want coffee in your room? A coffee maker is extra. So are utensils, plates and cookware. Have allergies and need tissue? You’ll need to use the 1-ply toilet paper. There’s no boxed tissue. Like a blanket on your bed? You’ll get 2 thin sheets. Want free WiFi? Got to hotspot your phone or pay extra. Have a dog along for your stay? Great! Dogs are allowed - any size of dog. In fact, if you own a pit bull, you’ll be in good company here. Our 2 small dogs were nearly attacked by an aggressive pit bull getting off the elevator as its owner struggled to hold the leash. Lots of big dogs on site. We woke up one morning to find a big load of fresh dog poop outside our door.
The hotel is also very close to Interstate 5. It was so noisy all night, we didn’t fall asleep until 3:30 am (from pure exhaustion). We bought earplugs for our 2nd night. Those helped.
As other reviewers have stated, this hotel is clearly a hotel providing long term stays for people down on their luck. We didn’t have any problems with the folks using it as a temp residence. They were all pretty quiet. We’ve encountered much noisier people in more expensive hotels. There is a lot of smoking outside, however.
It’s really more of a hostel than hotel.
4.0
No toilet paper in the bathroom.
Hair in the bed. Hair in the shower.
No coffee...unless you want vending machine coffee.
No comforter on the bed. Just a sheet and another funcky sheet thing that was supposed to qualify as a comforter.
Dirtbags hanging out at the entrances.
The entry off the main street is almost invisible.
Just a horrible place for the ridiculous rice of $150

I want to start by saying the staff was fine and my review is about the homeless druggies hanging out in the parking lot! It’s really sad a newer hotel is a hangout for junkies. There were at least 10 plus cars in the parking lot with people just hanging out. After a bit they would go around the building to make their drug buy and head back to their vehicles. Our group will never stay here again. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place!

Decent hotel off the beaten path, but right in Lacey. Clean areas, helpful staff, full kitchen for convenience, and comfortable beds.

Lots of activity in halls and parking lot
Room smelled very strong of cigarettes

This place is more of a residence for some. Hallway needed a vacuum. Water couldnt get hot for anything! Just wasn't for us, we won't be staying here again.
6.0
This place is really hard to find. There is no sign at the road, just a street number! It is not a hotel in the usual sense. It is a long term stay and the unit is more like a dorm room than what is usually expected of a hotel. You are provided with two bath towels, two washcloths, a tiny bottle of shampoo and tiny bar of soap. There is no coffee/tea other than what you can buy from a vending machine. We found two hangers and a comforter for the bed in the closet area. There was a television. There is a cooking area but not a single thing to cook or eat with. Everything in our room appeared new and very clean. The bed was very firm for us but new. When we got to our room in the evening there was a large bag of trash in the corridor waiting to be taken away. It was still there in the morning when we left. From the people hanging around the entrance it appeared that the hotel is being used to house people which is nice. It was quiet at night. All in all if you want to buy your own cookware and live here for a week or month, this is your place.
