The room was not clean. There were roaches crawling around the room. They were coming out of the socket in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell to it. We ordered chicken parmesan, that was cold and the rolls tasted old ( The Twenties ).I will never come back.

Amazingly nice room, great ocean view, unbelievable price. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever visited. The shower was really good, lots of hot water.

Great location, and good that one doesn’t have to venture outside during inclement weather to also access the two fine casinos 🎰 alongside. Their lounge Vüe is nice. Since nobody there has a key 🔑 to the Housekeeping Office, the Front Desk needs to keep towels handy for their guests, rather than making guests wait hours for towels. This is a 24 - hour property, so there’s really no reason for them to lock 🔐 up their fitness center at night .

the heat in the room didnt work at all. it was way to cold. couldnt shower and didnt even want to use the bathroom bc it was way to cold in there. the room was at 62 degrees the entire stay. i was told it was a sensor but found out in the morning the heat was broken

Just as described. No issues

The staff is really great. They have been more than accommodating. It’s convenient and affordable for my work stays.

So awful we didn’t even stay—we left immediately. I even saw another couple checking out right in front of me, and this was in the middle of the night after a late check-in.
You know that feeling when you walk into an old, cheap motel with everything outdated, falling apart, and carrying that unmistakable musty smell? That’s exactly this hotel—like being stuck in a 90s motel. Even an upgraded ocean-view room couldn’t help.
The carpet reeked, the bed sheets were wrinkled, and the towels felt like they’d been washed a million times—thin, worn, and anything but fresh. The walls, ceiling, and fixtures were ancient and looked like they hadn’t been properly repaired or maintained in ages. Everything about this place felt neglected and out of touch with the present.
And for almost $500 for two nights, you’d think they’d at least have the decency to refund some money, but no!

Very comfortable, no complaints, friendly check in.

All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and answered any questions I had. For example, there was a slight delay in getting my food for breakfast and the hostess gave me a food voucher to use at either of their restaurants.

The room had a slight smell like cigarettes, and the guests in the next room made too much noise in the early morning, as if they were arguing loudly.

Classic old hotel but felt creepy - it’s off season- not a lot of staff around. Parked in self park and had to weave my way to the lobby - kinda desolate and no staff til I got to lobby and found 2 people behind desk. Was able to check in early 10 am. And got an ocean view upgrade. When I came back around 5 there was a long line to check in so glad I’d already done so. Takes a min to figure out the hotel landscape. TV didn’t work and waited 50 min for maintenance to come fix it. The room was beautiful and clean and bed comfy. I didn’t use any amenities like bar/pool but saw there’s a rooftop bar that looked nice. I’d go back now that I know my way around.

After the shower to get ready I noticed the water draining slowly. I thought, however it never drained woke up on the middle of the night to roach on the floor by toilet when I got my phone to record it ran to the shower.

The Pictures Made The Room Look Better Than It Was In Person . The Elevators Take Forever To Come & Good Luck Getting On With Luggage Because They Are Always Full . No Stairs Leading To The Lobby .

Very friendly staff. Overall okay hotel. Could use a refresh as it feels outdated. Walkable to the Boardwalk & Outlets. Handicap room not really handicap accessible. No grab bars for the shower or near the toilet. No shower chair.

The stay was very nice the only thing we did not like was your elevators . There were only 3 work ones and they were not working well at all.

There was bugs in the bathroom, on the counter and in the ice machine

The hotel needs a bit updating, but Haley was superb checking us in and honoring my requests. The reasonable price and Haley's hospitality are reasons to return.

Very uninterested check in person who was on a personal call (earbuds) while checking me in . Two interactions with front desk staff made me feel like I was a bother

Good 👍 hotel 🏨 right in the center of town. Nice bars and restaurant on - site. This is a 24 - hour attendedkb facility, so consequently it would be better if they opened their gym up, for round - the - clock use .

Our room was filthy. There was blood on the room walls, mold in the bathroom, air conditioning leaking into room onto carpet, fire hazards with torn lampshades and electrical strips plugging in multiple appliances. Room had odor of smoke for non smoking room. Sheets were dirty.

Very comfortable stay on 18th floor. We booked a king room with ocean view. Bed huge and very comfortable. Good size bathroom and clean. Room a bit dated with some wallpaper hanging off above window but it’s an old hotel and made no difference to our stay.

I was on floor that was under construction and the plastic wraps covering it was falling down.

The stay was just ok.
The pool was nice, and the first security guard that I talked briefly with was very cool.
The room was basic, but someone didn’t fully clean the bathroom.
The shower was dirty, and with mold.
The air conditioning vent was dirty with mold as well.

We had a speedy and friendly checkin. The hotel itself is very museum like. Which I loved! The room was quiet and hotel itself could use a little refreshing but the beds were comfortable. The water was always hot to my liking. The mattress cover was stained but linens were clean. All in all a nice stay. Would stay again.

The place smelled musty. Carpets were filthy. Window in room was dirty. Elevator smelled like fish. The front desk lady was rood and miserable. You have to pay $25. A day to park on the property. Sense theres no casino on the property you can't play and get free parking . So for 5 days it was an extra $134.w/tax to park on top of the rate you pay for the room. They dont tell you about the parking. You pay upfront or you can't get into the self parking . I would not recommend this property.

It was family stay with my children for my daughter birthday , it was well spent we didn’t get to go to the pool bcaz I just knew it was gonna be crowded from the look of the lobby lol the boardwalk wa a right there and we just parked on the streets and fed the meter. Asked for coffee for our room that didn’t happen , asked for extra towel bcaz we were there for 2 days the guy said he had to ask downstairs needless to say that didn’t happen. Elevator was quick this trip and not too bad all in all the time was well spent
