The first day we got here. We check in and I go to the restroom and there’s a roaches in the sink, on the wall and by the night stand. I took photos to show the front desk rep. He moved us to a different room. The toilet would flush and of course roaches on the floor. I notified the front desk again. Clearly they have a roach problem here and need to take care of it. I don’t do roaches and I will not be staying here again.

I would definitely stay here again if they lowered the prices a little bit actually I have a trip coming up from the 17th to 19 October but the price was like $70 too much otherwise I would’ve booked it so I’m staying at another hotel on the opposite side of Route 17 and Ramsey and I’m not that thrilled with the place

Mattresses on both beds got to be changed they’re done , the AC unit too noisy sound like tractor room129 and beside coffee at the lobby I haven’t see any breakfast

Some friends and I were in town for the New York Renaissance fair and stayed here for the low cost and proximity to the fair. The hotel and rooms were clean, our floor was quiet, and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is that during breakfast an employee would micromanage guests while they tried to prepare and serve themselves breakfast. While I know she had every mention to be helpful, it was a little off putting and made my party and other guests uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was nice and we would stay again should we go to the fair again.

I often stay at this hotel annually when passing through the area and it was about the same as last year's visit. Check in was quick, staff was somewhat friendly, and there was a woman sitting in the lobby, who seemed to work there, who later was roaming the halls and helped me find the ice machine. I quickly got my room keys and ordered food at the Mehfil Cafe next door, a relatively new Indian restaurant. The food there was excellent, I don't usually get Indian food, they recommended the Chicken Tikki Masala, and I got that, Naan bread, and chicken tenders, and it was all delicious and a good value! I highly recommend if you are staying here and the kitchen is open until 11pm! Back to the hotel, I had room 118, as others comment there is a slant to the floors, and my room had some slants near the bathroom door, as I almost rolled my ankle stepping out of the bathroom on one occasion. Otherwise the room was clean, AC worked well, as did fridge, and bed was comfortable, although the headboard was noisy any time I would move. The jetted tub was relaxing, but I had to refill it as it was dirty the first time I filled it and began running it, so that was gross, and some of the jets were broken. The toilet seat was loose as well. Some of the tiles on the wall are coming loose. Breakfast was horrendous, eggs were not edible, gross sausage links, didn't make a waffle, and had cereal and yogurt, with a stop at Dunkin later on. Not sure how they can make the food that bad...

Check-in was efficient. When we realized that there wasn't an elevator to the second floor, desk clerk Mohan quickly volunteered to carry our luggage up the stairs. He immediately took the our heavy suitcase (we had 2 backpacks and another carry-on bag) and brought it into our room. We offered a cash tip for his service and he adamantly refused to take it. We had other interactions with Mohan and he was always efficient, helpful and courteous every time.

Second time at this property, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Internet was very poor, and room wasn’t as cleanly as the first time. Staff members tried to reset internet service but it didn’t work. Ended up having to leave property to a nearby restaurant to use their WiFi services.

The property is rubbed down and not worth the price you pay. There is an awful stench in the corridors and front desk. I would not recommend it for the price they charge

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Wonderful and very pleasant environment, comfortable and cozy room, delicious breakfast, and coffee was always fresh and ready to pour yourself a cup. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it.

Beds were comfortable, check in efficient, staff members attempted to assist me when I reported several issues. Door at building entrance would not lock so felt insafe as door didn't latch/lock...it appeared that someone had forced the door open. Hair dryer non functinal in bathroom, leak coming from above unit dripped onto floow near a bed; also bathtub/shower wall tile was loose.

This stay was fit for purpose. The service was excellent and hospitable. We were on a road trip and stayed here in order to be close to NYC to drive over in the morning. The breakfast was super convenient. I would definitely recommend this, but suggest setting expectations going in that the property, while nicely maintained, is a bit older.

Breakfast room crowded, noisy with food poorly arranged.Check-in staff had not received notice that our change in reservation arrival date had been changed and, at first, insisted that we would have to come back the next date. The initial desk person was unfriendly but, after a hurried conference with his superior agreed to let us stay putting us in a room at the hall entrance with door banging all night. They blamed it on Expedia but your agent had spent considerable time with the management getting the date changed but this was not entered into their system.

The room was not okay! The AC does not work properly. The room was hot at time. I tried to reduce the temperature at the AC by 62 Degree Fahrenheit. However, the room was still warm. I was sweaty why I was inside the room. There is a lot of noises coming out from doors at the 2nd floor of my room#: 202, day or night. It was a bad experience. I was not satisfied!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were great. I'd stay here again if I was in the area. Location was along the highway and there wasn't easy walking access to places to eat but that's easily solved with a quick drive.

First, Hotels.com cancelled our two night stay with the hotel. We had first made a one night stay and wanted to extend to 2 nights. Hotels.com said we had to cancel the one night and then create a two night stay. We did that. But Hotels.com cancelled the two night stay with the hotel. A bit of a hassle, but we were able to stay 2 nights. I’m not happy with Hotels.com at all, anymore. There’s been a change nd it’s a negative change. Now for the hotel. The hotel is very run down. The bed was horrible-very lumpy. Pillows are miserable. Our toilet wouldn’t flush. We picked up the lid and the pump part was missing…only the chain was there. We had to switch rooms at 10 pm. Very inconvenient. We will not be back to any Best Western.
