Perfect place to sleep if you’re visiting nearby. Super clean, friendly staff.

The rooms are actually in a separate building to reception and the bar/restaurant part.
Theyre not overly private as everyone will be walking past your window, but theres plenty of blinds for privacy.
The bedding is lovely and comfortable and the bathroom/shower is good.
For a quick stop over and a couple nights, cant knock it for the money.

Everything was good and clean could of done with mushrooms or tomatoes with the breakfast as it felt abit bland without them

Easy check in, quick service for food order. Nice and clean room with a proper shower. Parked car right out side of bedroom door. Overall good value for money.

Staff extremely pleasant and helpful with directions after road closure. Very comfy bed. Ideal with dog.

The toilet wasn’t cleaned.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting friends in the area. The welcome from Eve at reception was very nice and the room was very clean and the beds (twin room) were very comfortable. All the staff at the bar and at breakfast were friendly and helpful. A taxi into Plymouth centre was £12 so the location is good for the price paid.

Clean tidy, helpful staff and easy to book

This is a great cozy hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, shout out to Tracie. The location is great, within walking of bus stops and shopping mall. Great coffee and cute little bar with lovely ambience. A plus was the very comfortable bed!

Very friendly staff.
Nice comfy room. HOT breakfast, good selection and fresh brought out often

Friendly staff, clean newly refurbished.

Great for a base while on a stay in Plymouth: not central but minutes away from the Expressway and city transport facilities. Hotel basic but comfortable and has remained pretty much unchanged for some time: friendly staff, excellent welcome, straightforward but adaptable menus (extra for breakfast and bar food). No frills and good value.
3.8
Very good service

Great value for money, will use again

One night stay at Plymouth for the Summer Sessions.

To be honest we were actually dreading this stopover as 3 days prior to this stop we had the misfortune of staying at Niort Ibis Hotel which really you shouldn’t be plugging! ( report explains everything that was wrong). So to be late off the ferry, like several others and greeted so well, the lass in charge couldn’t do enough for us. I believe she got the chef to do a little extra time so we were able to eat. Marvellous.

No complaints apart from the road noise but the hotel can’t change that. Pleasant overnight stay, comfortable rooms. Would stay again.
3.8
Comfortable stay with good amenities
No noise from traffic
Better door handles in bathroom would be a bonus as old style round ones difficult to open
Staff were brilliant esp Amy & Carlos, restaurant was good & good choices for evening meal.

Was disappointed when having paid for breakfast knowing there was two us, to be informed at breakfast that we needed to pay more, who pays £23 for breakfast its not even brilliant.
On the positive they did refund me they took for breakfast.

Great staff good food, comfy bed

Nice motel style place.
3.8
We have stayed at the ibis many times and it has always been very clean and the rooms are very comfortable with all the amenities at a really reasonable price. However on this visit our room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke which was really disappointing. We arrived quite late in the evening so were too tired to complain.
3.8
Great location and staff.
Food is simple and nice, would always recommend this hotel.
3.8
convenient and value

Draft trough the door, lack of cleaness, looks bit rundown. No small/little lights if you want to leaveon for a child. Big size lamps right above your beds. Cold bathroom, no heater so had to leave door open to warm it up.
Staff friendly, plenty of parking space. Didn't enjoy cooked breakfast. Lovely croissants though.
3.8
The room was not spacious so no room for easy chairs but quite adequate and a modern en suite. The staff were very friendly. It was January and cold and very wet and I am sure it would feel quite different in the summer when you can relax, eat and drink outdoors. The bar/restaurant looks good and the menu is quite extensive.
3.8
Good location for my relative to visit over Christmas. Would definitely use again
3.8
Easy access and parking. Room warm and comfortable. Good choice for breakfast. Good value for money.

The room was worth the money only improvement would be the food (we had pizza and sauce was spicy and it did not state this on the menu)
