Clean hotel with good size rooms

Great value hotel, lovely view from balcony of the marina. Two minute walk to the auditorium which was great. Rooms a little dated, but for the price excellent!

Great hotel for position, breakfast was very good, the only thing I would raise was the bed was old and made a noise anytime you moved.

Pros: Excellent communal areas that are kept to a high standard. Lovely pool area and breakfast terrace. Great food. Pleasant staff. We paid for a ‘city view’ and still had a great view of the marina and harbour although our friends were facing the back of the building so this was just luck!
Cons: even on the 10th floor we could hear a lot of outside noise including people walking home from nights out at all hours of the night (and I sleep with ear plugs). The rooms also deserve an upgrade to the same standard as the rest of the hotel, as it’s like entering a whole new hotel once you’re up there!
If in the future the rooms were upgraded I would definitely stay again for the luxury of a large hotel with pool in such a great city location.

Great location, not too far of a walk to the old town. The hotel itself was fantastic, lovely staff, superb buffet breakfast and all the amenities you would expect from this 4 star hotel.

We love the location the view the pool and an amazing breakfast.
However an update of the rooms is needed. The decor is tired and need freshening up.
Also would love for a four star hotel to have natural materials as bed sheets. Right now it is all artificial, which is warm and uncomfortable

The service was good

Property is a bit aged but nice and can see the staff work hard to keep it up

Ongoing roadworks seem to be creating a smell of drains in the hotel and outside - not just the hotel but all the way to the cathedral at various points
The reception and pool are really good
Breakfast is excellent but our room was a little bit tired

Lots of roadworks outside. Hotel itself is lovely.

The hotel was quite old and it was way over-expensive for what it is. The staff indications were all wrong. They were nice, but not really knowleageable.

Everything was fantastic 👏 🙌

When we went to check in at the 2pm time stated the hotel would not let us and told us that hotels.com were wrong and the check in time was 3pm. We sat and waited this extra hour with our bags and then the room was still not ready. The staff on reception were rude and rolled their eyes at us. Disappointing to say the least. The lifeguard around the pool again was rude when we asked why the pool was shut early. This hotel is a little out of town and we ended up getting the bus into the centre. Bang average hotel- I would avoid staying here again.

Central, proximal for short family holiday, decent, value for money, helpful staff, generally a good reminiscence of a visit to Mallorca.

Very well conveniently situated hotel. Right opposite the scenic port and walking distance from the heart of Palma. Very comfortable stay and a lovely relaxing poolside area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly food was very disappointed and very limited of choice really nothing for children great if you like salads every day and want to lose weight
3.0
The room was very old with some cracks in the ceiling and bad soundproof, as I could hear everything from the upstairs guest. The bathroom was clean.
The housekeeping kept disturbing and coming into the room without even knocking the door. I was getting changed and they just came in which was very uncomfortable. I asked the reception to knock the door before coming in but it kept happening.
The staff was friendly otherwise.

Perfect location on the harbour .. a little bit of noise due to the road upgrade but that will end soon!
Staff are lovely and professional.. helpful and approachable..
Will definitely stay here again 😎

Lovely hotel, superb location. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast choice, ideal for a city stay in Palma.

Paid for a room with sea view but was given a room with a view over an air conditioning unit. Called reception and they sorted straight away which was good. Bit of a queue/wait at reception but staff on the deck attentive once they understood what we were after. Nice pool and lovely bar staff there who were very attentive. Just the pool was v busy as it’s quite small. Overall a nice place to stay once we’d sorted out the room issue. But definitely overpriced at well over £200 a night.

This was our first trip to the island. The hotel was in a terrific spot. It was just filled with teenagers running around all night. The hotel next door had teens spitting out of their windows onto the outdoor staircase. The breakfast was ok. The pool was crowded. We took day trips away from the area and ate dinner in town when we got back. Daniel was the best part of the experience. He gave us great suggestions on where to go and which beaches best met our needs. He suggested restaurants that we liked and helped us secure taxis. Other than that… I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotels need a renovation, good position, difficult to find a parking space.

Lovely hotel with really comfy beds. Balcony was massive and I had a great panoramic view even though I was only on the first floor. Nice pool area with bar service to your lounger, friendly staff and food available too.

The property is in a great location and the staff is terrific. Unfortunately, there is construction taling place outside the building along Av de Gabriel Roca, which makes things dusty and noisy. But otherwise we very much liked the property

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We didn’t arrive until 1am, but the staff were still welcoming.
Our room was lovely, good size and loved the sea view balcony.
We had breakfast on one day, and it was with the €18 / person for the wide selection of options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hams, cheese, breads, fruits, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, teas, coffees and juices - everything was covered.
There’s a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel to get other supplies.
We used the pool on one afternoon, and it wasn’t too busy. The sun was off most of the pool area by 5/6pm.
There were some roadworks taking place on the road outside, but this didn’t cause many issues and didn’t stop us sleeping or enjoying using the balcony during the day.
The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral and old town. There’s also some nice eating places within a couple of minutes of the hotel.
We’d definitely return to this hotel if we visit Palma again.

Very service oriented staff and a great location

The main road and road works outside the hotel spoilt it a bit but was very pleasant stay nevertheless. Staff very obliging

All very good apart from the road works and traffic noise

I had a very pleasant stay and the service was fantastic!

The hotel is excellently located and in general very practical. You have a small gym on the third floor and a pool area overlooking the boats. The big plus; breakfast. The minus; the rooms are big but very unpersonal and with zero charm.

Lovely view of the port.
6.0
Very small room with no view and looking at public stairwell

Would go nowhere else.
Perfect location

Lovely hotel, nice room and comfy bed. Breakfast decent but often hot food is cold. Bar prices quite high. Staff great and helpful. Area lacks good restaurants and roadworks have been going on along that road for over two years so can be noisy and dusty. Time for a change.
