Very dated hotel that is in desperate need of updates. Windows were very unclean, furniture very outdated, and could just use an overall change.

Food is awful
Views beautiful and location great

Stayed here just to play Quivira. Our 3rd floor room was like a 2 star motel. The all tile floor was wet and the room smelled so bad we had to turn on all ceiling fans, A/C and open the patio and front door until we went to sleep. The furniture showed 30+ years of wear and tear. The overall hotel appears 40 years old with sloppy paint and caulking repairs. Don't expect a top quality meal here. Brunch buffet was okay although the sushi is not prepared with sushi grade fish. The "International themed" dinner buffet was absolutely horrible. The Sunset Beach location had better dinner options, but even those were not great. Sushi is not good there either but it is included.

This hotel was excellent. The food was good and the drinks were fabulous. The view from the beach was breath taking! If you are looking for a resort with a swimming beach, then look no further. They also allow you to visit their sister resorts as well. Definitely recommend.

My daughter could not join me so I went by myself but had an amazing time. The staff was super accommodating. I love the fact that we had access to other resorts so we there were plenty of options for eating and tasting different menus.

Good resort. Skip the buffet. Go hit up the a la cart restaurant; foods better there. Rooms ok not that clean. Staff are great and accommodating. The Amonia Spa is great. Staff there are wonderful and lovely.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pueblo Bonito Rose, and I can only speak highly of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and kindness, making me feel right at home.
The service was exceptional throughout my stay; every team member was attentive and eager to assist with any request. The attention to detail, from check-in to poolside service, truly made a difference and contributed to an unforgettable experience.
The hotel’s facilities are impressive. The room I stayed in was comfortable and impeccably clean. Additionally, the beachfront location is a major highlight, allowing me to enjoy beautiful views and moments of relaxation.
The restaurant offered a variety of delicious options, and breakfast was a true delight. Every meal was a culinary experience that perfectly complemented my stay.
I wholeheartedly recommend Pueblo Bonito Rose to anyone looking for a place where excellent service and warm hospitality meet a beautiful and relaxing environment. I look forward to returning soon to enjoy this wonderful experience again.

Beautiful stay, came with my son for a birthday. Friendly staff, super clean. The rain got us on the last day but overall great stay.

This is our second time staying at the resort. The beds are very comfortable great water pressure and I can’t say enough about the staff. From check in staff to all the dining and service staff at the pool and on the beach, shuttle and bell staff, everyone is AMAZING! We love that this is a swimmable beach and there are fun places to eat and drink just a walk down the beach. The food is good and we enjoy the different themed buffet nights. We love PB resorts and will return

We actually stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset. It’s an excellent hotel with nice amenities. The hotel is in the outskirts of town, so their is no shopping nearby and you can not swim in the ocean. However they have about 5 swimming pools and a shuttle that will take you to the sister hotel where you can shop, or swim in the Ocean or enjoy their pools. The Market Place is fantastic and they also have a bar for karaoke or dancing in the evening.

Good service from pedro at the restaurant he went the extra mile
Needs more entertainment at night no music so quiet and if you want to listen to your Bluetooth speaker they dont allow you to do it.

Room service was terrible in the morning. The rooms had an odor to them and didn’t seem clean. The pool at Rose looked very run down and need of repair. The music at the pools were loud and too noisy. Not an area to relax.

Property location is great but hotel can use a renovation. Lots of pool tiles missing and our room smelled musty.

Area is beautiful, beach is gorgeous. Didn’t swim in the ocean due to large waves. Pool service was great. Hotel could use some upgrades.

We had a great time at this property. The service was excellent and everyone was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely continue to book our next vacation at this property.

Pueblo Bonito rosé it’s in a perfect location, but the property does need some upkeep and needs probably a little more staff in their cleaning. We found a pizza box in the same location close to the elevators for four days so it’s lacking attention. The rooms need an an update as well. The tiles on the pool, which is the mosaic we’re coming out.

We loved the hotel but the food was average

Not really a luxury resort like they are charging but the food was good but no water or anything at the fridge
6.0
Food is terrible, service is average, except for a couple of waiters rest are rude, room service fatal, you even need to ask for water, first hotel I’ve been into where coffee fixings need to be requested, concierge guy is super rude unless you’re Canadian or blonde
The “welcome package” where these people give you a free trip is a scam don’t fall for that
We had better time in the next door hotel, pool and restaurant are amazing, Miguel at the pool and They guys at cilantros were awesome.
Hotel is overall is dated, little bit of racists and unhelpful, won’t stay here again.

This is a tough review for me. The resort is not horrible, but I don't feel that we got what we paid for. First, the check-in process was horrendous. We got there early, around noon, and were told our room should be ready around 2pm. At 2pm, they told us to check back at 3pm. At 3pm, they said to come back in 30 minutes or we could take another room they have available. We took this other room, and it ended up having a leak in the ceiling. After a couple of days, we had to switch rooms. Won't get into specifics, but changing rooms was not easy. Our new room was much, much better, though.
Secondly, the food was average at best. We enjoyed breakfast with room service, and the hamburgers were pretty good. But I can't honestly say I enjoyed dinner at any of the available restaurants.
Thirdly, the resort is noisy and more for a party crowd. That's OK but just not our scene.
Fourth, the people on the beach trying to sell merchandise was very, very annoying. They were relentless.
Overall, the entire trip just seemed like a commercialized, crowded party. Almost like going to Myrtle Beach, SC or something similar. If that's your scene, you'll love this place. Just wasn't for us. We left very disappointed. Probably our first and last trip to Mexico.

Customer service could be better

Pueblo Bonito Rose in Cabo San Lucas offers a classic, beachside experience with charming architecture and direct ocean access. However, the property's age shows in some areas, and service can be inconsistent.
We were disappointed by the misleading "gift" that turned out to be a mandatory timeshare presentation. The resort credit received was limited and couldn't be used for discounted spa services when we were told it was possible by the spa staff at Sunset Beach and the Rose front desk. Not sure I will be back after my interactions with the front desk at check out and having to pay out of pocket for the services that should have been covered by the wonderful "gift". Additionally, our toiletries were mysteriously removed from our room during our stay.
On the positive side, the poolside waitstaff at Rose provided excellent service. However, service at the sister property, Sunset Beach, was less impressive.
A convenient perk was the ability to visit other properties in Cabo with the provided shuttle service.
Overall, our stay at Pueblo Bonito Rose was a mixed bag. The property's charm and location were positive, but the drawbacks were significant. Consider these factors when deciding if it's the right choice for you.

Friendly staff. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Room service was quick and the food was delicious. Pool service was great. We spent one pool day next door and the pool service was not great like at Rose. Short ride to downtown area where bars and clubs are located.

Very poor and slow service. Dated rooms which are not fully functional with broken furniture

My wife and I stayed at Pueblo Bonito Rose for four days and we had a great time. The staff was very helpful. Shout out to Meyen. The food was great. We liked that we could go to the other resorts. We spent a day at Sunset and really had great time there also. God willing we will be going back next year.
