1. Room felt dusty and dust did come out of vents when heating was turned on. That is probably an Arizona problem, not a Hilton one. 2. Might be nice to offer humidifiers as a mitigation strategy. Hyatt does that at the property we own with them. 3. Coffee packets were absolutely awful. Small price to pay to avoid literally leaving a bad taste in the mouth of your guests. 4. There was mold/mildew where tile meets the tub- easy to fix but leaves a bad impression. 5. We had a unit facing the road, noise was significant. 6. 100% of staff we encountered were friendly and responsive. 7. I'm not a decorator but things seem dated.

This was a nice place to stay. We were visiting for a family wedding. However, it is a little dated and the walls/floors allowed a lot of noise from other units. People above us were noisy all night, which kept us awake. Mostly just "stomping" noises, but they echoed into our 2nd floor room. However, room itself was quite nice and very large.

Our first room did not work out, but Kyle and maintenance helped move us into a much cooler, ground floor unit, which helped with my bad leg. We had a great stay and will return, shoild we get the chance.

Must be a time share type hotel- as soon as we got there at check in they were nagging us to sit in a meeting and “get a gift card if we do”. We had to tell them “NO” 3 times! Very annoying. The pool is nice and it’s nice having the washer/dryers in room as well as full kitchen but the beds were AWFUL and our shower curtain rod wouldn’t stay up. We got a good deal on the room but most likely wouldn’t stay here again just because of the hassle we got at check in.

Cleanliness, friendly, pool could have been cleaner. Windows were great. Atmosphere was wonderful. Roomy. What We did not care for was that the housekeeper came in when we did not ask for a cleaning and cleaned out the stuff. Although they replaced it. Our steaks were torn into and left in the frig. Was not too happy about that but over all the stay was fabulous!!!!

Liked the “Timeshare” feel and amenities unlike a traditional hotel room. Parking and location were convenient. Didn’t like that there wasn’t any elevator access as both me and my husband have bad knees and there were no rooms available on the 1st fl and placed us on the 2nd fl which was difficult and inconvenient carrying our luggage, groceries, etc up a flight of stairs. Also there is no daily maid service.

This room was very spacious and clean. The room had a slightly musty smell but overall nothing bad. The beds were ok but the pillows were too hard for me. The only other issue was the hot water took forever to show up and the water pressure was weak. The pool was great, colder than some we’ve had in phoenix. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve been staying there every year for almost 10 years on a work trip for almost a week each time I go. I really enjoy the place and the amenities. Quiet for the most part (depends on the people above you). My only complaint is the water pressure in the showers. I feel like each year in gets worse and worse. It was barely a trickle this year.

Manager sbjordan was no help ROACHES EVERY NIGHT We stayed for 3 Nights roaches came in through a crack under our door every night. They came and sprayed but the roaches persisted. The pool gets shut down randomly on the weekend without notice. A complete waste of our weekend I have stayed here several times but it's like since they switched from diamond to Hilton a lot of things went down hill and corners were cut. The bath tubs were peeling with paint on the floor clogging the drains few times during the 3 night stay and maintenance had to come to our room several times for many other small fixes. This was not a relaxing stay. Travelers beware this not where you once stayed

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this resort, and we enjoyed it all 3 times! One note: It would be nice to have housekeeping check on us at least once each morning to empty trash, fresh towels, etc. One morning, I put out the trash outside our door for custodial to pick up, and the birds got into it. I did text the front desk and they did come and pick up the bag...but they did NOT clean up the trash that the birds left behind. That was unfortunate.
