I especially enjoyed the suite. There is a kitchen area which divides the living room area from the 2 bed area up front.
The Murphy bed was used at night and went back up in the wall during the day time. The front of the Suite was facing the boardwalk while the back had a baloncy which faced the ocean.
Friendly staff. Free parking.
We will definitely vacation there again!

The staff was nice, the location is perfect, and plenty of parking across the street. The bed was great.
I was surprised to pay for coffee, and there wasn't much to buy for breakfast. The tip was incl in the price, but they will still have you sign with a tip line option.
The rooms could use some updating, but that's Myrtle for ya'. What could be cleaned was spotless, but could use a deep cleaning, like carpet, chair, & window treatment.

NOT service animal friendly. They will grill you and try to remove booking for an ADA service animal unless you argue with them. We booked an ocean view room, was told the higher levels were having maintenance done so we had to have palm tree view, yet every walk we noticed more and more people arriving and being booked the upper floors. Firmly believe we were given a room close to the registration so they could keep an eye on us. No discount was given for the room. Parking and the building layout is not ideal. Forget about going to the gym before 8:30 if you’re an early gym goer. The room itself was very narrow so we were constantly trying to get out of each others way.

Coffee shop forces you to pay a 17% gratuity just to sell you items already marked up 300% and then ask if you want to leave a trip.

The hotel was very nice. Service was friendly. The only complaint I might have was the smell of the room when I first entered. It was the typical smell of a hotel room in an old hotel but aside from that, everything else was great.

Walked in and immediately had to battle two roaches. I had a great view in an ideal location only to be turned completely off by these critters. I had stayed there before without incident which prompted my return. It’s a shame that this is the image I am leaving with. It’s a shame if you don’t fix this.

Good service , great location and good place

We had arrived late, Check in they took an additonal 150$ and the front desk stated they would refund it, even though they were paid in full for the stay ahead of time. The bedroom is outdated. Outlets did not work and they had damaged clocks and outlets, provided 1 toliet paper roll which is not enough for more than a couple of nights. Roaches and bugs in the room with a musty smell all noticed around 3 to 4am. Breakfast not served for the cost of the rooms. We asked not to be disturbed and still had not checked out in the morning since it was not time and we left the hotel, when we came back the room we were assigned, the room had been stripped down and they removed my fridge items i was taking home with me for my family. And placed one of my items worth more than 20$ in their closet. Than when we asked about it at the front desk they had us waiting and returned one of the multiple of items they took from the room to me while applogising for going in there prior to our check out time. They did not offer a reimburstment of any of my family items for their ignorance of the staff and it is very difficult to even speak with a manager or owner of the hotel. I never experianced a stay at any place like this before. We will not stay here ever again! I would really like for the owner to call me and make this right on their behalf like they said they would.

Maid was courteous, however the room was not tidied nor cleaned. Maid did collect the trash bags twice. Towels replaced regularly but change of sheets never happened.

I had not stayed at this property in a little while. The service is still amazing, but the property has went downhill. There were large families allowing there children to swim naked in the pool and hot tub. The hot tub actually wasn’t even working. Just seems like for the price, it would have still been nicer and it was like staying in a motel 6. It was not worth $200 in the off season. Again, service was amazing, it’s not their fault the property has went down.

Room had a funky smell, our whole stay. Room needs to be updated: furniture, door to bathroom didn't close properly. Beds were very uncomfortable!!!

Overall it was a great stay. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and lazy river.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. It’s very old and needs to be renovated. I would call this more of a two star hotel versus a three star. The beds were very uncomfortable, my wife and I both tossed and turned all night. The coffee shop was nice and the tiki bar was pretty good also but that’s about.

The best part of our stay was the bartender at the pool/beach bar Josh. Personable, people friendly, welcoming and eager to hear about where you are from.

It’s not bad what I paid.

Staff at check in was great. Very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Balconies have ocean views even if partially. Clearly the management takes strong pride in their property as it shows everywhere. Poolside bartender Scott was hilarious and kept us all engaged. Will definitely make this a regular stay.

The rooms were clean with space. I suggest for TV viewing options

Not enforcing rules like smoking on the balcony.

This was between the Ferris Wheel and peir 14. We walked almost every where we went. We had an awesome view of the ocean. We would sit on our balcony and just look at the waves.

Pictures are very misleading. Property is in major need upgrades. Rooms and pool area look nothing like the pictures online. Rooms have a slight musty smell. House keeping doesn’t turn over the room daily.

Right on the boardwalk. Not too noisy. Ocean view room. Truck will fit on parking lot. But limited parking. They do have three other lots to use.

Pros: The location of the property was great as it was a close walk to the Pavillion for the Waves of Praise Gospel Festival. The indoor pool and outdoor pool looked good. Parking was not available on the hotel property but across the street from the hotel. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Cons: I was unhappy as I thought the rooms would have been a little more updated. There were stains on the curtains, the microwave was dirty, and the bath tub did not drain. I also checked out a day early and was still charged for the extra day. I have emailed both the hotel and Hotels.com with no response. I really enjoyed the festival and hope to return again next year.

Perfect spot for beach, shopping and dining.
Place was nice but looks like they might be ready for some up grades. Hotel staff was excellent, helped us out with every need.

My wife and I are Abbott stairs in hotels as we travel and I always take a black light to check for bedbugs and general cleaning out of all the hotels in a year. This hotel was the cleanest very reliable very friendly staff all around great experience highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, however I think it would be even better if they had a dining area within the resort.

There isn't enough close parking or visitor parking. The building with no elevator was horrible place to have to drag all your belongings up the stairs.
