Stayed in the family suite. Very cozy and sizable. Delicious daily breakfast. Great friendly service.

Small room at an affordable price before ski season rates bump it up $200 starting the day before thanksgiving. At $300 a night you get a paper thin walled room that’s the size of my walk in closet and bathroom

It was a nice and quick stay. I liked how cleaned and spacious the king studio was. The staff were all very friendly and were prompt. Check-in and checking out was a breeze. Parking was right in front of the room so that was convenient for me to unload. I would recommend this place to my friends and would stay here again. I did not try the breakfast or the hot tub. The rooms has a mini “kitchenette” which is nice but there isn’t a table to sit at unless you go to the lobby.
I would say that the property seems to be a bit older so the gas heater and water heater/plumbing system did make a lot of noises. I personally didn’t mind it but I can imagine others might be bothered by that. I stayed during the winter and the heater worked excellently.

The worst stay at mammoth in last 6 yrs of visiting.
This is the luxury suite and there's nothing luxury about it ..
The second room has a ladder to climb and they are expecting old parents to climb. We literally had to stay in sofa for the entire night of coldness.
Coming to amenities these are list
1. Fireplace did not work properly. It literally stopped at 12 midnight, where outside was snowing, we had no sleepfor the entire night.
2. No dish washing soaps or pods, i had to buy from my own
3. No laundry detergent even if the washer is promised.
4.the windows have no curtains, its getting chilled here..
5. I can't pick more..

An adequate inn that is walkable to commercial areas in town. Room 17 is large with great high ceilings and a picture window but it is dated. It has older finishes and some spots in need of repair (kitchen has duct tape on counter edge). On the positive side, the parking was nearby and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Cottages were old but very quaint. Our room was tiny. But we made it work. People were extremely pleasant & friendly.

Good old fashioned hospitality in a charming old inn. Great to stay with independent providers rather than a bland chain

This is an older property in a strange location overlooking the back of a strip mall and dumpsters. The rooms were ok but dated. I will not stay here again.

More than likely the worst hotel.I've ever stood in my life. The place was run down.It smelled nothing worked lighting.Going up to the 3rd floor was just an adventure. It was more Complex than anything else the room stung Everything about the place was totally terrible We get to the free breakfast early And they tell.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

The staff was helpful and so welcoming! The fan/open windows regrettably weren’t able to cool down our room much, but the room itself was cozy.

Nice little place. Convenient. Friendly staff. Above average breakfast (has also eggs, hash and great homemade salsa in addition to the basics). However two issues prevent us from coming back: 1) bed I had (room #1 closest to door) was beyond sagging. Felt like I was sleeping sitting down. Worst night I had on my trip. 2) Room #1 is on the first floor right in front of parking. If you want some privacy or sleep early you need to close the blinds - but this cuts off air circulation and since there is no A/C it becomes unbearably stuffy and warm.

We stayed in room B and we loved it, reminded me of a cute little cabin in the woods. Breakfast was great and convenient. Overall it was a good experience, would stay again.

No air conditioning in the room made for an uncomfortable nights sleep

We reserved a room for 5 with a loft that was substandard. The "loft"was more like an attic crawl space, 3ft high. Unfortunately, with no AC the apartment was 86*. We understand that this is a mountain community but for the price we paid it would have been nice to have AC. There was a fan provided and by 3 am we were somewhat comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We would not choose to stay here again. Staff was friendly but was not enough to compensate for our discomfort.

We love it all!

I would not recommend Room B. It was an afterthought room situated above the kitchen where we could hear the staff quite clearly and separated from Room A by panels of “sound proof” board on the walls. The other guests were very noisy and the walls were very thin There is one small 15 inch window for breeze and it was broken so we propped it open with a roll of toilet paper. Then we saw other rooms with large beautiful windows that even had the TV pointing towards the bed- because of the size of the room that was not possible so we had to pull out the dresser and angle the TV so we could watch it comfortably. I expressed concerns to the daytime text line about whether this room (400 for two nights) was priced at a discounted rate for the above reasons and after a week no reply. So I’m sharing my experience here. I’m sure all the other rooms are very nice, breakfast was wonderful the first day, then ran out 45 minutes into serving so we had Froot Loops and toast the second day.

This was exactly what we needed! Room for everyone. Reasonably priced. We would like to see some meat in the breakfast offerings. Very welcoming.Communications felt personal.

Cute property, but quite run down. Staff needs to be better trained in customer service.

Cinnamon Bear Inn is a quaint and effective inn, offering a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks. My room was adequate for one person, providing enough storage space for clothes and extra blankets and pillows in the closet. The price was good, and I appreciated the free breakfast and Wi-Fi, although the Wi-Fi was a bit sporadic at times.
The inn features a nice common area for breakfast and other activities, and some rooms have outside closets for snow gear, which is a nice touch. My room included a small fridge and microwave, adding to the convenience.
One issue was that the bed was on rollers and slid out when I tried to sit up. Additionally, the inn is a bit off the beaten path, so I had to drive out to get food. This wasn't a big deal for me, but it's worth noting for others. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with friendly service and practical amenities.
I would stay here again!

We had the two room white on ground floor of main house. It was an upgrade provided by B&B. We enjoyed the extra room. The small fridge had a freezer section where we could refreeze our ice water bottles—-nice to have. This is one street off the mail road. It was quiet. We stayed here many years ago too. It is not expensive and worked well for our overnight.

Very comfortable room, breakfast provided was delicious. Plan on booking again in future. Knowledgeable staff... just a very pleasant stay.
The personal information packet was great too. Love it.
