We checked in. Went to our room. Walked in our room. It was so un-kept and dirty we went back down and checked out and stayed somewhere else. Sure wish I could receive a refund since we did not stay.

Absolutely awful service, dirty room upon arrival, no clean linens on our second day, the service was absolutely awful. Lady at the front desk was rude as can be and shouldn’t be working there.

Although the photos show an updated look, this hotel is in dire need of a facelift. There is a musty smell as soon as you enter the building which only intensified in the room. Cleanliness in the bathroom was poor: the toilet was dirty, the shower was dirty, and there were some type of bugs in the sink and toilet as well. The carpet had visible debris. Overall, it wasn't clean and I didn't feel comfortable walking around in bare feet at all. The only positive was that the price was low for a Saturday night. Our card was charged before we checked in which was something that hasn't happened before resulting in two charges when there were two separate parties, thus having to wait for credit back to my card.

Very happy with our stay. It is an older hotel and on a busy corner so that is why I didn’t give the property 5 stars but very clean and I believe it’s the owners who checked us in? Very nice couple.

Could use more parking spots but otherwise outside and inside was very clean. We could hear the people above us walking around and it sounded loud at times but otherwise it was quiet. The beds are very comfortable!

The people there running the place seemed pleasant. There are numerous colorful people there. We had double beds and my son had a blanket under his duvet. I didn’t and I requested an extra blanket x 2 due to my son having it cold in the room. I was questioned about this. I didn’t have three blankets. Someone didn’t put a blanket under my duvet, so I had requested the one I should of had and then when it was colder I requested the second one, as I do not like to be cold. Questioned about this. I’d be more concerned about the people outside digging through trash to retrieve and smoke cigarettes and the needles/syringes in the ash trays.

The room was clean. A bit noisy because we were by the stairs. The first set of towels was thin and hard to dry off with - the 2nd set wonderful! Desk people were so nice. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area- price is great!!

Received mixed information before check-in. Told me it's prepaid don't need anything...did need credit card for incidentals but never stated that. Customer Service was awful at best. I tried to shorten my stay but they REFUSED to work with 3rd party. Room not clean, covers have stains, shower curtain dirty, breakfast immediately evacuated my body, etc....you like to live dangerously? Then give it a try!
