We tried to move after day one but was told we would not receive a refund.

Location

Musty smell in the rooms, could not take a tub bath because drain was broken, the beds were uncomfortable, sagged in places and lumpy in others. My 88 year old mother was required to take stairs to the room, however they did move us to the first floor for an additional $45.

dirty!! Have bug bites all over my body!! Itching, weeping. Daughter, has bites. Very outdated!!! owners don’t want to refund my money because booked through Booking. com. But offered me a free night! You have got to be kidding, Does he think I want more bites???

Comfort and clean

We really like the quiet of the place, and the comfort of the beds. Very clean and breakfast was very good. We will defiantly stay there again when or if we do come that way

The parking lot when coming in needs to be fixed, but this could be due to winter which caused it

Not a fan. Thing about it. The staff is keeping it a dog in the rooms and I have no slepp for the weekend because you could only hear that thing barking in the room next to me all day and then night long

The town

The bed clothes and the carpet were stained and dirty. You could hear the people upstairs in the bed. You could hear the traffic outside. The bed was very uncomfortable.

You get what you pay for !

The price was reasonable but fit the accommodations. Close proximity to downtown as well as restauants and shopping(Wal-Mart and Target)

Television was low end and did not receive major networks. Staff had no answers for improving reception. Front desk person was never at front desk and did not answer house phone. Complimentary breakfast was a joke.Nothing but waffle iron and a few bagels. No fruit. Juice dispenser and coffee machine. The low point of our visit to Winona.

Simple but great! Very friendly and kind staff. Room super clean! I’ll definitely stay again if I need it!

Just a stopover in a longer trip.

The manager was friendly. I didn't stick around for breakfast.

A little loud. not much for television choices. Put Me in a room that hadn't been cleaned so I had to transfer to another room.

Room smelled musty. Beds were comfortable, but very squeaky if you move. Carpet and bedding looked very outdated.

Good choice

It was not fancy, but was clean and well-managed and seemed to have wifi that was reasonably secure.

Awkward entry location. Lots of road work, but that will just improve the location.
