Everything was excellent. The only suggestion at all that would help is handicap toilets and grab bars. My Mom was on a walker and had difficulty getting up off the stool. No complaints about our stay and will definitely stay again.

We stayed for 10 days visiting family. Staff was always wonderful and helpful, daily breakfast was good, hotel is clean. Only complaint is the beds weren’t very comfortable for a longer stay.

Rooms were not ready by the 3pm check-in time. We weren’t able to check into our room before we had to leave for other activities which was quite inconvenient since we planned our arrival specifically so we would have time to check-in and get ready to leave.

The service was great from check in to check out. Great breakfast, my room got upgraded cause of an issue with the room I booked, on site staff very helpful and polite.

Overall a very nice day, no significant service issues. However, we were in room 302 and it was really quite noisy at times. There was some loud fan that was running all night and the other times that we could hear it sounded like it was right outside our door. Also, there were mechanical parts from some sort of air conditioner or some thing sitting right outside our door. Also, the Security latch on our door was broken off and had not been fixed and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was wobbly and seems about to fall off of the wall.

The room we stayed in was beautiful! Loved the updated decor, ambient lighting was great and LOVED the lighted mirror in the bathroom. The only negative I would say is the parking lot needs more lighting at night.

Air conditioner blower had only one speed. Could not adjust room a/c temperature and blower speed. It a was extremely cold

They just remodeled and it looked very nice. But I feel they reopened before they were ready. The a/c in the lobby didn’t work and it was 100 degrees outside. So it was uncomfortable checking in and eating breakfast. There was no ice available, first floor machine didn’t work, second floor didn’t even have one yet and third floor wasn’t even plugged in. Our toilet wouldn’t flush the last 15 hours of our stay, and we requested help twice. No one answered when you called front desk. Went down in person and had to ring bell and wait. When checking out they couldn’t even provide me a receipt. Had me leave my email address to send me one but as of this review still haven’t received it.

Property is clearly in the middle of a renovation. But if you are not ready don't open. Shipping crates in the lobby. Amenities in the room not available like lack of hair dryer and garbage cans. Pool area completely neglected hot tub clearly has not worked in years however is listed on Expedia as having a hot tub.

I wasn’t happy that I was required to change to a different hotel upon arrival. And don’t get me started on the Hampton Hotel I was switched to that didn’t have hot water!!
