It was a decent stay.

We like almost everything. There were a few things that didn't work.

That there was no shampoo glad I had bought some. The light cover in the bathroom fell on my husband while he was taking a shower, Phone didn't work, Blow dryer didn't work

Air conditioner did not work, bed was worn out, place smelled like Indian food , the breakfast in the morning was a joke, look something like a kindergarten would put together

Very good stay here!!!

The room was very nice. They have an indoor swimming pool that goes from 3ft to 9ft. They offer Dove Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash in the rooms. The free breakfast was good. Attached to the left of the hotel is an Ice Cream Parlor, and at the front desk there are coupons for BOGO free. And also attached to the right of the hotel is a Pizza Inn Restaurant that if you eat there and show your room key you get 20% off. We did end up eating dinner there and it was buffet and the pizza was really good. All of the staff here was very friendly and helpful.

The TV and remote was a little hard to figure out but after help from the front desk that was taken care of very easily. The pool was advertised as an indoor heated pool. But even though it was indoors it was very cold. We did not have any complaints at all about our stay here.

The bed

That when I first went to check in my sister had paid it for me but the lady at the counter was attempting to make me pay again so I literally had to call me sister from her house and wait for her to show up to show them it was paid for and the lady kept trying to refuse until my sister pulled up her bank statement then she proceeded to get her boss and whenever he sorted it out she was still acting very rude to us after

The price was great. They have an indoor pool, however it is not heated.

The Beds were uncomfortable, and the rooms had a moldy/old smell to them. The breakfast is mediocre....

Overall, it was decent enough to stay both nights, and not leave. Friendly staff.

What breakfast? Sausage biscuits and cereal aren’t breakfast. No juice, weak coffee, stuff in the syrup. Do better. I expected scrambled eggs, maybe biscuits and gravy, Bacon or sausage. Don’t advertise breakfast, serving what you are serving.

Breakfast. The property was run down, outdated. I give them a lot of credit for doing improvements, as I see they are working on it. They do need better housekeepers. Our room wasn’t vacuumed. Other than that, the bed was fine, and everything worked, but hardly any water pressure in the shower. Our room was updated, but clearly not remodeled. The bathroom needed new grout, and a good scrubbing of the floor. I expected better at a Ramada property.

Disappointing

I liked the location of the hotel - right off the highway. It was a very good hotel for one night's stay and the value. The staff was very friendly and I would stay here again, if needed.

There were no elevators, the air conditioner sounded like it was going to fall out of the wall. The hotel is very old and needs more updating.

It was a pleasant stay

Check on clerk was very friendly. Clerk after midnight wasn't very nice. Room was loud from heat and air. Blood on wall by door.

The staff are amazing! Everyone who we came in contact with always had a great attitude and smiled like they truly enjoyed their job and treated each guest as if they were THE most important!

Needs improvement to be under Wyndham

The bed was perfectly made and comfortable. The staff were so friendly.

No shampoo in the room. I had to was he my hair with body soap. Man hairs in the sink from shaving. No trash can in the bathroom. Hair dryer didn't work. Coffee was horrible! Just nasty. The pool says, "heated" but was so cold!

Available....just a good place to sleep

If I pay to stay somewhere I don't plan on having to clean the bathroom to use it!!! Flooring was also coming up!! I don't expect 5star...I do expect clean!!
