Terrible back injury. No elevator all stairs and no assistance to carry my belongings.

Not accommodating. I did not you a handicap room as I’m not in a wheelchair and would not take that away from somebody

Not accommodating Unable to carry belonging nor could I walk up and down stairs.

Good location. Quiet. Lots of breakfast options

Staff came out of their laundry room very abruptly without looking and almost ran in to us more than once. There was a dirty wash rag from previous guest on top of shower curtain.

Great stay if you plan on going to Lake Norfork.

I liked the clean room and soft beds.

I didn't like the breakfast options.

Easy to find. Good price. Great air and the beds were very comfortable

Lobby smelled like cigarettes!! Trash cans in lobby were overflowing at breakfast

Will not be staying there again.

The bathroom and room was not cleaned. Shower and sink had left over hair and Toothpaste from previous occupant. Hair was all over the floor in the bathroom. The room was not dusted or swept. It makes you wonder just what all wasn't clean unfortunately. Appliances were outdated as well.

Having fridge in room

Bananas were bad(black) everyday for breakfast. No snacks in vending machine. Provide paper plates for breakfast...not good to put Styrofoam in microwave to warm up the muffins. Highschool golf group stayed in hotel on the last night of our stay and were running up and down hallways screaming at night. USB ports on lights did not work. Had other regular outlets in room not working. Luckily used bag in ice bucket bc bucket must have small Crack in it bc we came home to a large water mess. Need more lights at entrance by main rd so you can see driveway. App said I had a $25 credit to use by checkout but hotel didn't know what to do with it and told me they could not help.

Stayed 1 night. Not upset at the stay. Pleasant enough for what I needed it for

It was quiet and convenient for what we needed it for.

Pictures showed it to be alittle more upscale then it actually was. And the breakfast was crap

I would never stay there again.

The staff was friendly.

it’s needs to be updated. It looks something out of the late 80s early 90s. I have bumps on my neck after sleeping in the bed. I noticed the sheets under had stains leading me to think bed bugs were present. I should of taken pics. I only stay one night. I arrive late and left early the next day.

All in All it was nice, great Location, comfortable beds!

It was pretty much updated , clean and nice .

kinda wish in their remodel , maybe down the road they could open up their Lobby Space a little more, and change up their breakfast a little bit.

How nice the staff was to both me & my husband. The room was beautiful!! The price was amazing it was very affordable & that in itself helped emencly when we had to have a little extra for our adventure. Can't wait till we have come back!!

Not a good place to stay.

The room was dirty and very outdated. There were old water/mold stains on the ceiling and the room smelled like smoke and it was supposedly a non-smoking room. There appeared to be people living in the room at the end of the hall and the smell of marijuana was very strong in the hallway. There was no elevator in the place either.

Pretty much everything was bad. The staff were decent and I felt bad for them having to work there.

loud construction workers overhead all two nights in a row after telling front desk twice-hotel at half capacity could have easily moved one of us.

Didn’t eat there. Very clean. Every nice. The tin around the bed if you touch mad a lot noise. The one up stairs was touch several times. Enjoy our stay. Will stay again.
