They called before check-in to say they had a water leak but it would be fixed before we checked in. Unfortunately, after driving all the way there, I found out at the desk it wasn't fixed so we didn't have a room. She said they would cancel my reservation without a fee, as if that was accommodating, but we wasted time and gas to turn around and drive right back home same day. The lack of communication and lack of willingness to make amends for the inconvenience of having to cancel our vacation was very frustrating. So, we never actually stayed there... but from what I saw when trying to check in, it looked very nice.

Our rooms AC did not cool the room very good so we opened the window to get cooler air in but the window didn’t have a screen so bugs just flew in.

Love this town and the property was nice, although for the price requested it is not nice enough. Found a bunch of trash under our dresser, paint was pealing. They need to make some renovations to continue to ask for those prices.

Love this hotel, Come at least once a year just to get a way for the weekend. They have a great bakery on site and two places to eat makes it easy. Kids love the mini golf and pools. But lately the hotel starting look ran down and out dated several lights in the room were not working. The pool was very dirty looking the pool floor and side tiles looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time made the pool feel dirty and the ceiling in the pool area was moldy also

Trinidy at the front desk took extra good care of our family during our check in process. The next morning we had a tired baby, and again the AM front desk associate was so generous about giving us a complimentary late check out so the baby could continue comfortably napping in the pack n play before heading home. We were so grateful and had so can a nice, relaxing stay. Thank you l!

The property is in desperate need of an upgrade. Paint is peeling carpet is fraying. Big gaping holes in the ceiling of the hallway. The hot tub is always broken. The place is straight from the early 1980’s and need work!

Zermatt was just ok. The room was clean, tired but ok. The water pressure was terrible. The walls are super thin. It’s loud. The TV was tiny, you could hardly see it from the bed or chair. The grounds are clean but not amazing. The bakery/coffee shop opens at 7 am and closes at 2 pm. The bar had zero gluten free options for food. The steak house has only 3 gluten free options, menu wasn’t great. Most hotels have a general store with snacks and supplies. They don’t. They only have 2 vending machines, one with snacks and one with energy drinks, they were not visible or easy to find. The staff was just ok. Not super helpful. For the price I expected more.

Bed was too soft are and made rumble at every movement : we spent a very bad night, tired in the morning. This should not be in this kind of hotel. No breakfast included in the price, is it a joke ? Should fix this also. Great fitness center.

Zermatt/Midway Utah was a convenient stop on our 5 week trip. The resort and town was relaxing and quiet with enough options to stay active while resting up. I highly recommend this hidden option as an alternative to Park City.

Super great place, tons of stuff to do and the staff was very helpful and kind. The room was comfortable.

The room was nice and big and fit our family however the carpets were not cleaned properly. Our feet’s were black after walking on the carpets and our son was also dirty have crawling on the floor.
For a “resort” there was only one dining option for a family and it was the same place for breakfast and dinner.

I liked the different activities to do around the resort with my kids, but our keys stopped working 1/2 way through and that was frustrating. The bakery was nice, I really loved the chocolate croissant.

Staff were friendly and professional. Facility looks dated with scratched walls, holes in carpet, etc. The pool is extremely small, even accounting for indoor and outdoor sections. Thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Zs restaurant on property

The property was very nice, pools and hot tub, beds very comfortable However sleeping conditions not good, thin walls with loud guest called the front desk at 11pm finally around 1130pm got quiet, after a false fire alarm which got us up again, second night loud woman who woke us up, so sleep deprived

The room was fine, but we were annoyed about the "resort fee" when on our single night stay the pool was closed, the hot tubs were cold, and the jets weren't working. We specifically booked this location so we could access the pool and hot tub for my husband's back condition. When I inquired at checkout about a refund I was told it was for other things as well and that a manager was not available to provide the refund.

Had to have engineering come 3 time to fix hot water So many kids running in the hallways and the fire alarm went off and have a feeling it was a young kid who pulled the alarm

Pool was dirty, the hotel badly needs updating, the service was poor mostly due to a problem with their water pipes. They forced to earlier check out, then was desired or planned for because of needing to turn the water off to fix things. Almost no concession offered for the inconveniences.

The unique Swiss feeling is one of a kind. We spent our honey moon here, and returned this visit for our 5 year anniversary. It was a lovely visit and the view from our room was beautiful. The art on the buildings was beautiful, even the pool was themed.

I like to stay at the Zermatt when in the Heber City area because it is off the beaten path and the area is full of Swiss culture.

We were pretty disappointed with this stay. The pool was dirty and didn’t seem to get cleaned the three days we were there. It was over crowded with people from other hotels using it. People weren’t minding the rules at all. The rooms need to be updated, and the poor elevator sounded like it was going to break every time we used it.

the website and listing of things available are not up to date, the staff is not helpful, the rooms had not been cleaned we found cheetos in the blankets pubic hairs in the shower and dirty windows, the staff doens't listen to customers when told about the issues we said we would get new sheets and blankets when we returned because we had our children in the room watching a movie they sent staff up anyways who just walked into the room with out even knocking. they called and asked how many children we had with us to send up treats from the bakery to make up for the problem and instead of sending 3 treats they only sent 2. half of the channels on the tv didn't even work. when we asked for a room service menu the staff laughed and said we don't have room service.the only reason I am giving a 2 star is they atleast tried to make up for the problems.

In-between seasons so dining was limited but there is still a daily 'resort fee' added. It was clean quiet well managed but a typical tourist grab and overpriced. Daily housekeeping was non existent so make your own bed every morning.

Well I think the Zermatt needs a bit of a face lift! The “Villa” was nice with a full kitchen and a wine opener! Pool was covered in bugs so a few of us guests got the pool scoop and went for it. You would think they might have someone checking on that. Front desk staff was fine although I arrived early and asked for early check in and was told they just had to clean the room. I finally got to the room at 3:45!
