The lady who owns the property was very nice to us. The location at Via Foria is really good, you reach many sights in the center easily, nearest metro and train station (Piazza Cavour) is quite near.
The apartment we stayed in was supposed to be located in the ground floor (floor 0), actually it was rather in the basement (floor -1). There was supposed to be view into the garden, but as its situated in the basement of the house, we saw almost nothing. The worst thing about the apartment was the humidity. According to the machine in the in the appartement the humidity reached 95%, which means all our things were very wet and some of our clothes even got mildew. The bed in the room was quite short (Im 183 cm and my feet stuck out), and wasnt really comfortable. Cleannes is questionable, bathroom was so so (definitely not perfect, but bearable), the floor in the bedroom was quite dirty - there was also mildew/fungus on the walls and the door of the bathroom. The interior overall was rather shabby.
There is a lady, who owns the property and manager, who runs it. The communication of the manager was quite bad. We tried to reach him for information about check-in for several days, sent him multiple e-mails and phoned him many times, but with absolutely no response. He texted us just few hours before our departure for Naples, which made the preparation for the holiday stressful.

The garden was absolutely stunning!!! And Anna, Stefano and Mavi were very kind and helpful.
My room was in the basement with only two small windows so it felt quite damp. It was ok as a young person for just a few days.
