Nice room with desk, table, low counter, two chairs so we could both be comfortable, lots of towels and nice staff. There was no freezer in the refrigerator to refreeze our freezy things for the ice chest. The biscuit at breakfast was too hard to eat.

The rooms are nice. The pool was cloudy and way over chlorinated, made me nauseous. At 7:00 AM there were some bikers who were right next to the hotel who started their engines and were revving them over and over. It woke me up. I called the front desk and they refused to do anything about it. They just kept saying that they were about to leave. It was over 20 minutes that they were their blasting music and engines. I have no interest staying at a hotel that doesn’t care about the concerns of their guests. I won’t be staying there again. Also, when checking in at 4PM I was told that they didn’t have my room ready yet, and I’d have to wait. This was after the check in time. If it weren’t for another worker there who told them to put me in an available room, I would have been waiting around for who knows how long. This is just another example of how poorly trained their front desk staff is. Hopefully their management can get them better trained in customer service and operations.

It was a nice stay but after reserving my room with a bath tub to be kid friendly they did not have that room ready for me when I got there an hour after check in. Doesn’t seem like great customer service. Everything else was good.

Room 330 was absolutely fantastic. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Bed linen was amazing. Loved it! Only gripe was noise from road and railroad nearby. Better double glazing required? Otherwise, excellent.

Friendly staff, modern and well kept (maybe new hotel?). They only had 2 luggage carts so we had to wait a bit. Perhaps adding more carts would be good. We arrived on a cold, rainy night, so we ordered Domino's Pizza which was conveniently delivered to our hotel room [wonderful]. Overall, a good hotel.

The hotel appeared new and clean but I had two rooms that really smelled of cigarettes. The first room they gave me was horrible and I asked for a new room. The second room also smelled of cigarettes but I figured it was more tolerable than the first and I didn't see any point in swapping again. There was also a lot of road noise (not ideal along I-80) and come to find out, my window wouldn't fully close. Otherwise, staff was friendly and breakfast was above average for free breakfast places.

This is a new hotel and everything is very clean. Room and bed were very comfortable and quiet. Dogs are allowed. Breakfast is set out at 6 a.m. and has many items. Breakfast area and stations very clean and sanitary. Staff was friendly and check-in was fast and efficient.
