The location here was absolutely perfect—we were within walking distance of almost everything we did; staff were very friendly and accommodating; the room was neat and clean and larger than expected for the location; would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

We arrived very early but we're more than happy to hold our bags and give us access to a bathroom. The bar had great service as most nights we all met down there for a drink before we went to dinner. The Club Lounge is a great touch for free coffees and hot chocolate. We were in there a lot. Room and bathroom were a good size for us.

The hotel has a great location for central London and transport and all the staff were very serviceminded and pleasant. However, the rooms were very outdated and in great need of updating. We stayed 2 nights and did not receive any form for housekeeping after the first night. The room was not tidied nor bed made. One room was dirty upon check in and had to be done again. With the choices available in same area for same price, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Location location location, that's what you pay for. Grand building and setting, friendly staff. Rooms are ok, old faucets, chipped paints, soft wooden/carpeted floors, desk has multimedia and power connections that doesn't work, desk chair had protruding screws on the back, etc... The bed was comfortable with amazing pillows. Overall, I had a good stay with unbeatable location.

Most comfortable bed I have slept in while in a hotel. Room was a bit dated with small bathroom. Our room had basically no view since it was on floor 2 with a building and roofline.

Great stay. The hotel is located right off of Trafalgar Square making most of central London walkable to visitors. There are also many options for public transportation very near the hotel. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet, plus there are several other breakfast options just a few steps out the door. The Pizza place next door is great, too. Our room was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control.The CQ Lounge is a great amenity if you arrive too early for check-in, or just want to relax somewhere besides your room. We also loved the refillable water stations throughout the hotel.

Our room was located in the basement, offering no view of the outside. Despite this, we were surrounded by the bustling noise of people walking by and the rumble of the subway. The facilities were clean and provided a comfortable stay. While the staff members were kind, there was minimal interaction with them. The location, however, was perfect for our needs.

The first time we got , the toilet had poop and went flushed. We requested a new room and got one within one & half hour. Overall the location is good , property is bit old but location was great . The first impression with the rest room situation made such an impact on our mind & opinion. Rather than that Overall is okay .

The staff at Club Quarters were above and beyond during every interaction. I arrived beleaguered and mentioned how much I would appreciate a bath tub. I was upgraded to a suite with a lovely tub, a sofa, and a kitchenette. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, there was a smart tv, yoga mat, and other comfort amenities. I was struggling to order meal delivery and the front desk staff again were very helpful and got a meal ordered. I was happy with the room but was truly impressed by the level of customer service and kindness I experienced from everyone at Club Quarters. I would happily stay there again. The only small note is that the hotel is directly above Charring Cross rail station so on the second floor you can somewhat hear the trains coming through.

Great location, clean hotel and has amazing coffee machine in the lounge. Cameron at the reception was great and very helpful. Room was clean and small. I did not like that I had to ask for small refrigerator to be delivered to my room. And there was no safe box in the room either. I was told that I had an option to use safety box at the reception, but I feel that it was not comfortable. Otherwise, I was happy with this hotel.

Beautiful hotel situated in a great area! The staff are helpful and kind. There is free coffee and a tea available. Hotel has a lovely buffet (for a fee) and a lot of eating options near. This will be our go to place to stay for every future visit!

The staff was the best! We had interactions with Serena and she was so helpful and pleasant. One was looking for things todo. The other was our departure and transportation to the Victoria coach station. All of the staff from the front desk, the restaurant and the housekeeping staff were excellent and took care of our needs. We felt spoiled.

Love this hotel. Right in the center of London and close to all the sites. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Staff is helpful and friendly. It took us a little while to figure out where the AC was, but they have AC. We visited mid- to the end of July and it was quite hot and muggy. I'm used to hot but not the humidity.

This a 400 usd per night? They do not do the cleaning. They do not advise that during check inn, only in a small paper behind the telephone in the room you can see that cleaning service is on request. First time that I see that for a 400 usd night hotel..... Bathrooom in the bedroom is like a container, if you close gently the door a lot of noise is done (I woke up my wife during the night) Air condition is set up at 16 degrees however temperature does not go down min is 21. With a lot of noise so you need to choose between sleep or a 21 temperature.... Description in www was very good experience terrible....

Lovely hotel close to great city attractions—Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery, and more. Wish there were porters at the entry as there are steps coming up from the street. A desk attendant helped, but would’ve been nice to have someone at the doors. The room was stuffy and it was hard to cool it in the unusual warm London day.

Great hotel in a central location. Nice clean room and free water and bottles available. Only issue we had was there's only 1 coffee machine at breakfast, so a line builds up. Other than that an all round enjoyable visit.

Conveniently located hotel at a very affordable price for the location. We were gladly surprised with the size of the room. We were three and it was quite comfortable. Be aware that if you bring heavy luggage you are going to suffer because there is no ramp, only stairs.

This property is walkable to the South Bank,Big Ben Trafalgar Square,Leiscster Square, Coventry Garden use the maps app. There are numerous places to eat and shop. There is also a park St James to sit and relax.Thix property is near buses and trains

Didn’t care for staff at breakfast buffet. Very rude. Also floor layout on 4th floor had 4 steps to negotiate to get to room 434. Very difficult with heavy multiple pieces of luggage. Otherwise everything else was great.
