Alan welcomed me and was super helpful.
His staff were all very friendly and went the extra mile to help with my business trip!

Wonderful B&B with lots of charm and great location. A true English experience.

Excellent service. Very clean and fresh room. First class breakfast. Can’t recommend it enough. In the center of Canterbury

The positives were that the room was spotless. It was situated in a beautiful part of Canterbury, very close to the city centre. Breakfast was devine for the both of us. Very friendly staff.
The Negatives were. The windows wouldnt close completely and you could hear eveything from the beer garden below when trying to sleep. The wadrobe had no door knobs on both doors which made it very almost impossible to open. Lots of coffee pods and tea bags, but only not enough milks. I had to shower kneeling down as the shower did not go high enough for me to get under (im 6ft 3in). The scorch marks going across the bathroom floor was abit worrying and quite hot to stand on.
I expected more for £165 per night!

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and personable.

Great food, close proximity to the Cathedral and the Marlowe and a lovely view from our room over the river. We would come back again.

It was in good location and breakfast is complimentary. Staff is very friendly and it is convenient to have the pub downstairs.

Lovely room above a wonderful pub and great staff

5 minutes walking to Canterbury cathedral, paid car park across the street. Included breakfast is good, as is the pub. Helpfull staff. Rooms are small, run down and sorely need renovation.

Awesome location. Great restaurants/sites within walking distance. Great, fresh breakfast.

Had an amazing stay here for 2 nights in July. Stayed in room 6. Lovely room in a great location. Staff are hardworking and friendly. Food was great. Would definitely return.

We had a very comfortable room for a reasonble price. It was surprisingly quiet considering the location in the centre of Canterbury. Parking is no problem. We were dissaapointed that the bar was shut by 9 PM and that even before that the real ale was not available.

Great location, friendly staff. Very old property so you expect that it is not as well equipped as a modern hotel but makes up for that with character.

Our room was located at the back overlooking the kitchen and flats, downside of this was the lack of privacy when in the room. Although there is a roman blind at the window, it is a black out, which you need to shut when getting ready. Would be better if there was some frosted vinyl adhesive on the glass, so you can at least get dressed in the daylight. The bed was too hard, but some people may prefer this. Breakfast and service at breakfast was excellent.

Friendly and clean everyone very attentive
It is in the right spot for visit to Canterbury
Food very good super breakfast
It only has stairs no lift if its an issue for you

Splendid 2 night weekend stay in Canterbury.
Central but quiet location, a 5 minute stroll to the high street, even less to the Marlowe Theatre, very helpful staff and a great breakfast.
Very importantly for Canterbury, it's just over the road from St Radigands car park which can be paid at a discounted rate at the hotel.

Overall a lovely stay. The room was nice, could do with a little bit of an update (handles missing from the wardrobe and the bathroom being a little tired) but a lovely view with a lovely welcome from the staff on checkin. The breakfast was great too, lots of choice and made really well. We very happily stay at The Millers Arms again. Thank you.

Lovely hotel/pub. Our second stay. Lovely room, a few rough edges. A little lacking in non alcoholic drinks/mixers. Breakfast lovely, staff attentive. We will stay again.

Good welcome and everyone encountered helpful and friendly
Room a little tight for space but otherwise fine
Signs of wear - stairs carpet in particular

Very comfortable stay with excellent breakfast. Lovely view from the room however some blinds on the windows that adds a little privacy during the day wouldn’t go a miss!

We stayed in a family room on the top floor, which was a good size and had a lovely view of the cathedral. The pub is well located, it didn’t take us long to walk to the King’s mile shops and cathedral. It isn’t too far from the train station or Westgate park.

This is a real gem in the centre of Canterbury. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly, showing us to our room in person - a nice touch. Our room was very pleasant and confortable with a large bathroom. We had a lovely dinner in the Millers Arms restaurant which was good value for money. The price of our room included breakfast which has a wide selection of different dishes. I went for the porridge: not bad but if it had included a couple of slices of toast would have been better. A great experience and I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Canterbury.

It is good place but sometimes it is noisy outside.

Pleasure to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pub downstairs serves excellent food and drinks. City car park across from the accommodation, and you’ll get discount if you stay at the hotel.

I would stay here again nice location great full English cooked perfect.
Parking is over the road 1 minute walk and is £12 for 24h
Pay at the hotel not in the carpark. There is EV charging in the carpark. 5 minute walk to the Cathedral, Sops and restaurant's.

Stayed here before many years ago so chose again. Staff very friendly. Arrived Sunday teatime and no food available. Good job I brought a picnic! Room very small but bed clean and comfy. Single glazed windows were draughty and I could hear the river. Spiders and cobwebs on the blinds and walls. Bathroom walls were dirty and shelf was broken. Lack of toilet roll but nice smellies. Room is in dire need of decoration. Must have had a leak at some point because there were water stains down the walls. Tea and coffee good and also a tv. Wasn’t a bad stay but could have been soooo much better. If I’d have paid out my own pocket for this room, I’d have been disappointed. Glad it was just for the one night

We only stayed one night and check in was delayed. Bags were stored at the bottom of stairs as opposed to being more securely located. Whilst check in was for 2pm, nearing 3pm the room still wasn't ready and it would have been nice to have been offered drinks whilst we waited. We didn't get to the room until gone 15:15 and needed to join a wedding party at 16:00 so not the most relaxing start.
Room was very small, but functional. Toilet seat wasn't fixed properly. The wardrobe was fine but had two drawers - one taken up by extra blankets and empty packaging. There was the remnants of one toilet roll from last occupants and only one small other roll although staff were fine to supply extras.
Breakfast was really tasty. Good choice from a menu. No cereals, continental or selection of juices (just one orange juice) with anything else to be charged (although chef accommodated change to apple juice - small amount, lots of ice though). Felt costs were being very much managed which is not a bad thing, but when spills to customer - not so good.
Staff very friendly, pub really nice and great location. The room was fine for a night, but I feel needs some tlc and more cleaning staff to turn rooms quicker.

We stayed over with 3 other couples, as part of a late Christmas do. Check in was quick and painless. Parking in the car park.oppsoite, which is
