The room not clean Furnishings old and tattered. Carpet dirty and pulling up from the edge. Refrigerator all door inside coverings gone would freeze your water bottles. Toilet plugged up had to call the company that sub rents this unit. Not a 4 star room by any means. Very unsatisfied.

Check in was great. Upon arrival to the room it was good. Furnishings are old and ragged- couch, chair couch is covered in seat covers, just like grandma's house. The cloth chair the old also. The 2nd sink closest to the toilet door doesn't drain. They had sample body soaps, tons of body lotion and hair conditioner, but no shampoo. The dirt that is collected along the wall towards the night stand carpet is gray with dirt/ dust. There is NO way that a person should be charged with the cleaning fees that we were charged when the room was/ in the condition we had it in.

First, the reservation was made thru Hotels.com, but we didn't know we were renting from a owner until after we submitted the reservation. We have previously stayed at the Signature Towers and had a great experience, so our experience this trip was a surprise. The room was okay, you could tell the house keeping was lacking. You could really see it in the bathroom. The mirror and counter top were dirty. The shower grout needs a thorough cleaning. The couch and chair were very dated and worn. The alarm clock was so old it was useless. Then, lack of wash clothes and paper products was disappointing, considering we couldn't ask the hotel for them and the owner would charge an astronomical fee if we requested anything additional. We were provided 3 washclothes for two people for a three day stay. We always use a new washcloth for every shower, as that gross to use a washcloth more than once. They would have charged us $28.xx for any additional towels. They provide one very partial box of Kleenex. There was maybe 10 in the box there was not any extra boxes provided and we would have been charged for any house keeping services. My husband and I both ended up with a cold on the trip, so I walked to the Target on the strip to purchase Kleenex. We have traveled a lot and stayed at many different hotels and VRBO's. This is the first time in my life to experience this sort of circumstances.

terrible experience.. the property is leased out to 3rd parties Need extra towels…call LSI and there’s a fee! need room cleaned…call LSI…there’s an extra fee! tv not working .. call LSI they’ll get to you when they can.. which was the next day!!! Valet parking couldn’t find our vehicle 3 different occasions.

We had no idea our reservation was for a tired timeshare room with old, worn and filthy carpeting and furniture. This was like the motel 6 of hotels but with high prices. We tried speaking to the check in desk but they said it wasn’t their problem and gave us a phone number to call. Of course, there was no answer or response and the room was never cleaned. We had a difficult time sleeping and I really hope we didn’t brung home bed bugs. Terrible experience and expensive. Never again!

Really let the place get run down. No maid service….. have to request extra towels for a charge….. limited paper products. We stayed here a few years ago it was great. We will not be staying here again! It’s too bad

Stayed here in the past and it was amazing. Not so much anymore. Check in and the people at check in and valet were great. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. Dirty towels left in the room. Empty beer can left out on the balcony. Sliding glass door and bedroom window were disgusting. Looked like kids had been licking them and had dirty steaks all over them. One of the lights in the bathroom was out and the remote for bedroom tv didn’t work. If you want clean towels they charge you $35. I used to be ok paying the super high charges because the rooms were great, not anymore. Probably my last stay here. I’ll find a new place to stay next time.

This property was selected related to its location and that part worked out fine in regards to events I was planning to attend and ease of coming and going from this location. For the price, I was expecting more as the property on the outside appeared to be newer then it appeared to be on the inside. Overall very dated, many items not fully functional in the room but didn' t have time to deal with them. There was only one small Cafe to serve all three towers, which the staff there were trying hard but the overall prices for food and drinks were much higher then would be expected. Overall feel it needs to be updated and modernized with more options made available for food.

Stay was ok. Things to know if you book from Expedia. House keeping is not from hotel , it’s from Expedia and service is terrible. Bed had lot of small hairs and when called they say it can be done tomorrow. Even next day when they came they didn’t had a great service.

I did not like anything about the room I stayed as of a matter of fact I check in inspected the room and did a u turn to check out. The couch was dirty the tub was yellow and dirty which supposed have been a hot tub with jets that was filty never again will I stay at this raggedy hotel instead I went to The Orleans and the stay there and it was awesome.

We have stayed at this property numerous times. This last visit we found the bed to be somewhat broken down. While it doesn't impact the overall stay, it did make sleeping not comfortable as it should have been. Otherwise all good.

Having a kitchenette, strip view, oversized separate tub and shower was amazing! There were several maintenance items that needed attention like the curtain missing a rod to open and close on one side, the sticky nightstand, the dirty carpet, and the cushion covers on the couch being exchanged for a really bad substitution. There was no hot water at the kichen sink and the coffee pot was filthy. Finally, one of the kichen cabinet doors had a lot of water damage.

Loved staying at the Signature Towers. They had all the amenities close by as well as numerous pools for you to swim in. Downtown Vegas was right down the street as well as Top Golf being right out the near tower 3. This hotel was top notch!

The property was noce but the room was discusting. when we contacted the front desk they let us know it was a 3rd party ownership and they couldn't help. We ended up reaching the owner and they were unable to come since we arrived later than the staff was available to come back and clean so they instructed us to change our own bedding and use a blanket instead of a sheet for the night. the next day theu did not come to clean until 3:00 in the afternoon and because we understood the maids language (spanish) heard her talking about how we were exagerating and probably made the sheets dirty to get something for free. The rest of the hotel was clean and was close enough to the strip to walk or short uber. Over all none of the staff was friendly but not rude either. If the bathroom and bed was clean it would have been a good stay.
