This is an older Cape motel that has been spruced up a bit, but not much. It was clean. When we arrived there was no toilet paper or towels but the manager brought them right away. The bed was comfortable and the shower, hot, so the important things were taken care of.

This is a hotel where you get what you pay for. Very reasonable price for the area, customer service was great. We used this hotel to just sleep at one night and leave. Perfect for what we needed

The property looks nothing like the online pics. We found out on our 1st night there that most of the rooms are occupied by tenants. There was trash all over outside of the "tenant" rooms. The pool was dirty. Wifi was spotty at best. We lost power in our room for a short period do to a blown fuse. I will say that the manager was wonderful and very accommodating. The "tenants were very respectful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms, as well as the property need some serious updates...especially the bathrooms.

This place is horrible, I only stayed because I had pre-paid and did not want to drive any further on the road. The room was filthy, had windows open to try to get the smoke smell out. Cigarette burned holes in sheets, trash in room, cigar/blunt wrapper in toilet.

We went to check in and nobody was there. We called the number on the door. Nobody answered. I left a message. Nobody called me back. We went back, still, nobody there. It seemed as if people lived there more than it was to accommodate individuals for a night or two for a get away. We had to find other accommodates since we were attending a wedding and needed to get dressed and leave for the wedding.

This motel should be shut down. It is very run down and unsanitary. I booked it despite all of the bad reviews because I was desperate but given my experience there, I think that I could have saved my money and simply slept in my car for the night. It seems that there is only one person running the place and good luck trying to find if you need any assistance. The room had no blankets , no towels, not even any toilet paper!!! The wifi is terrible and the room was filthy. Worst motel I have ever experienced. The reviews are accurate so don’t waste your money on this dump.

I booked this for my husband while he was doing a job on cape. It was so horrifying he wouldn’t stay the night. No smoke alarm, ancient furniture and whatever this abomination is in the wall. Hotel refuses to give refunds. It should be condemned; hotels.com would do well to remove them from their site.

NEVER EVER STAY HERE! this was by far the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of staying! The manager was not present for checkin and we had to wait, our room wasnt ready an hour past check in time, there were no blankets, no towels. manager said she would bring towels and blanket for my toddler, never did at all. the shower curtain was so molded it smells and it wouldve been significantly unhealthy to step in so none of us could even shower... but it all gets better!!! AT 11PM the manager LET HERSELF IN OUR MOTEL ROOM to tell us that she lost the information with my home address, phone number, etc on it. The pool was green and thick, not safe at all. Another guest also had issues and requested refunds/owners number. this place is somewhere that i didnt sleep because i feared for my child, my familys safety, and the cleanliness of the beds,room, and overall place. Wishing i got a refund, nothing good to say and NOTHING like the reviews. pictures of rooms, office, pool, property look NOTHING like the actual stay. If youre the owner reading this, Please call me!

2 star accomodations are supposed to be basic and there's nothing wrong with it. Cleanliness,accesibility of reception services at normal hours are not negotiable though. You might want to reconsider offering this place on your platform.

Checkin, had to call for service. TV needed new coax cable, refrig missing leg, not level, had ice block melting inside. Bathroom light only had 1 bulb, toilet seat not secure to toilet. Sheets had cigarette holes in them.

The room looked nothing like the pictures, it smelled of smoke and weed despite them being a non smoking motel. There was a cigarette on the ground, boarded up air vents, the ac unit was all broken and taped up, and the mattress was yellowed and stained. It also looked very unsafe and the service was poor. The lady has to be called several times before she would come to the front desk.

rugs r filthy, bed sheets had cigarette burns, shower curtain moldy, shower head constant drip, refrigerator very noisy. motel office very dirty, a pile of dirt was swept in front of the checkin counter but never picked up during our stay. towels thread bare had stains on them. furniture was ancient dont know the last time the chairs were cleaned

I give this place high marks in the category of Basic Motels. The manager, Hope, is an exceptional host who has gone over and beyond to accommodate me in my many stays. It’s super basic but has good cable, fridge and microwave and I love that I can park right outside my door. I’ll be back.

This property wasnt anything like the pictures. It was filthy. The lobby was trashed. The air conditioning unit was broken and filthy. The sheets appeared like they hadnt been washed since last being used. The room smelled of mold, the bathroom was disgusting and poorly maintained.The exterior door was a hollow core interior door with just the button lock in the door knob. No dead bolt, no safety chain. Unfortunately I registered and paid before I saw the room. We saw the room and turned around left. I went to the desk to cancel my reservation and get my money back and they said we had to go through Expedia. Still waiting for Expedia to get my money back.

The hotel rooms are really, really in a very bad shape to say the least. It was a great shock for us, when we entered the room. Walls, floor, the beds, chair everything filthy, dirty. We asked to change the room, it was about the same condition, even the shower wasn’t clean, though the woman said she was cleaning the room just before us. Both rooms were non smocking rooms, but the smell from smoke was so bad, that all our stuff, clothing, even our car after the trip smelled with that disgusting smoke, so I had to deep wash everything to get rid of that terrible smell after that. The side tables in the rooms had cigarette burns on them. They have old air conditioners, when the cover accidentally fell off, you could see the dirty filter, probably not cleaned for a year … Garbage outside staying in piles, the office is terrible too. So nothing like in the pictures. We came late at night, so we had to stay there, when we asked for refund for the night we didn’t stay, but paid for, they didn’t want to do it! Stay away from this hotel!! The worst experience ever!

Definitely the least comfortable I’ve been staying somewhere. Room carpeted and seemed never vacuumed. Bureau was literally falling apart. Bed sheets were stained. Lighting was terrible. I literally kept all my belongings in my car except what I needed for the night, and didn’t let my bare feet touch the carpet.
