Overall a perfect stay! Central downtown location but still very quiet and I slept well my entire stay. The hotel staff were all so helpful and pleasant and the room was very clean and well appointed. Charging port for my devices, in room tea and coffee, and breakfast snacks in the lobby. HIghly recommend!

Room was clean and comfortable. Only one robe in room wth a hole in the back..we did not request a second or a replacement. Parking is across the street kitty corner to hotel. Had a little trouble finding it. Restaurant and lounge very good. We appreciated the Vegan options. Staff excellent both at front desk and in lounge/restaurant.

Small but very comfy room in a perfect location was great value. Good lavazza coffee in the room! Fridge and microwave were handy. Unbeatable location for proximity to cute shops and good food. Attached restaurant was great

First we got a room with a stain and we were moved quickly. Clearly a dog spot had not dried. It was fixed and handled. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult and across the street in another building. Don't bring a big truck.

Overall our stay was okay. There were a couple things that were an bummer that were our own fault for not reviewing property details, and calling to confirm. READ THE FINE PRINT & THE EMAIL THEY SEND YOU LOL.
First off, the area is a bit sketchy. Not far from the harbour, walkable, but as a female I would not walk anywhere alone in the evening. Lots of unhoused in the vicinity, some openly using drugs on the sidewalk.
Secondly, parking is across the road under another building. Secure, but again I wouldn’t want to be arriving late & having to walk alone to get access. It’s also $25 a night so plan for added charges.
Third, we booked for pet friendly but when we arrived they weren’t aware. We had to swap rooms. $50 fee per pet, they waived one charge for us as we had no idea about it when we booked. It was NOT in the listing when we booked.
Fourth, it was very noisy. We were there on a Friday night and in a corner unit. They supply ear plugs, but it was super loud with party goers and loud music. Pretty sure we were over the bar, so extra loud.
Also, we had a VIP package. We thought it was for a drink in the bar/lounge but was in fact two cans of San Pellegrino and two packs of shortbread cookies. Still a freebie but not what we expected from the description.
The hotel itself is lovely, older, well restored character building that caters to a higher end clientele (which we aren’t lol). It was fine for one night but we won’t book here again.

Just stayed here for the night. We arrived very early and our bags were placed in storage. The person at the front desk told us he would phone or text us when the room was ready and this did not happen. Otherwise the room was nice, very clean and well appointed. There were two bins in the room but I was not sure which one was which so took a guess. Other than these two minor matters the staff were good. They may wish to find out directions for the BC Conndctor (bus) as the details we were given were not correct.

My family was excited to visit Canada while their dad was on a port call. Unfortunately the bathroom pictures were misleading. We only had a small stand up shower and being on a ship for a month we were looking forward to having a tub to soak in. Other than that everything else was lovely. Walking distance to all the places we love to visit ❤️

Gorgeous building, very close to the waterfront, and easily walkable. Very friendly staff, room was beautiful but a touch on the loud side (we faced a busy roadway - Douglas - but what do you expect when you're downtown? Not the end of our world haha). Comfortable bed, spacious room with a very nice washroom (the heated floor was a great bonus!)

Wonderful stay. Great location. Comfy bed. Quiet for being on a busy street. Never heard the other guests staying near us.

Close to China Town.

The parking is scarce and is parallel parking on a city street. The nearest garage is accessible only through streets where homeless abound. We were followed closely but ran the last few steps to avoid confrontation.
