Great location, excellent room and beds and a great breakfast - all in all , a great stay!

The location is great, being so central and having parking available is excellent. The room was very spacious and clean and the hallways were also very spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Could be better but couldve been worse

Location

Dirty pigeon poo covered balcony. Tv casting features didnt work properly. Shower didnt drain properly. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Greta location to spark arena

Location was fabulous for the closeness to the stadium for concert. Was clean and spacious

It was rather noisy with all the outside noise. Would have been great to have one of those books like other places have with close amenities and places to go brochures etc

The food at the restaurant was delicious, all Staff were very accommodating and friendly, this is our Accommodation favourite, had a wonderful stay with you 😁😁😁

The location was prefect

That there was no room service we stayed for 5 nights and had 1 service the night before we left. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Range hood and a few lights weren’t working. Tv kept switching off.

Room was small and fine but would be great if had microwave.

Very handy to Spark arena, and to CBD. The room was quite small but fine for short stay to see gig. Bed was comfortable enough. Shower was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This room would be no good for someone who wanted to put something quick in microwave as room does not have cooking facilities and the coffee/tea cups were very ,very small? No cutlery or plates ?It is possible to cast from phone to tv but sadly cast to tv kept cutting out.

The front desk staff upon check in wasn’t friendly or warm. He actually looked like he hated his job.

Location to Spark Arena is unbeatable, but overpriced and basic.

Good size apartment, comfortable beds and pillows. Location is great for Spark Arena.

Very basic furnishings, no cushions or pictures on the wall. No extra bedding. Windows were unable to be shut properly, quite noisy. Carpark is not onsite. Room was very cold when we arrived, heat pump took an age to get room warm. Over priced and doesn't look like photos.

Comfortable and clean

The property was clean and the staff were excellent.

The property seemed to be at the edge of the city and currently that area is a bit dead. The furnishings in the room were basic and the carpet had bunched up in places

Comfy and spacious.

The late checkout until 3pm for $30 extra.

The plug in the bathroom sink, couldn't undo it to let the water drain.

Perfect stay right in the heart of Auckland city.

Local to the city only being a 10 minute walk max. The beds were super comfy, bathroom was a good size and had an android tv so can connect your phone.

Parking lot wasn’t under the hotel and had to lift suitcases up stairs.

No Servicing of rooms. Staff at reception desk very bland and reception not welcoming.

Great location

Great location, walking distance to Spark Arena and Britomart. Comfortable room and bed. Plugs above the bedside tables were handy and a nice touch.

Parking was a little bit of a hassle having to go to reception every time to get a key card to exit, especially during check out when there were no cards available so we had to wait for someone to collect old ones. The fridge in our room also smelt really bad, thankfully we didn't need to use it for anything.

Came for a concert chose the place as right by spark arena and staff were super helpful especially Ben!

I liked the big sized room with a good view. Although there was a bit of wear and tear it was nice.

Could use with a bit more utensils and a welcome booklet thing with places to eat etc

Great hotel in Auckland

Hôtel bien situé et confortable

L’emplacement était très pratique car proche du centre-ville et du quartier du port. La chambre était spacieuse avec un grand lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

Nous avons regretté l’absence de radiateur chauffant et de porte- manteau dans la salle de bain.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The location was wonderful. We walked to several excellent bars and restaurants. The bus and train system is also very convenient and the Spark Arena bus stop is right out front. The staff was exceptionally friendly, our room was comfortable with a great little balcony, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Es gibt hier ein grundlegendes Problem mit der Sauberkeit. Das das Bad beim Einzug nicht ganz sauber war, ok. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann Service gibt’s nur alle drei Tage. Wie man ohne Klobürste und ohne Service sein WC sauberhalten soll, konnte man nicht beantworten.
