Cozy hotel with a lot of potential: big breakfast, 2 different pools, 10 min to a beautiful beach and grocery store. The personnel were nice and professional and the hotel area felt like a small enclosed paradise. But the rooms needs some modern updates such as the beds, tv, mirrors and other well needed details.

We love our stay in Valentin Playa de Muro. Our kids enjoyed and have their own beds to sleep. We've been here last 2022 when they were 2 years old and now they celebrate their birthday last night. The staffs are so nice and friendly. Our stayed so wonderful and so quiet place. We definitely will be back again. Highly recommended.

This was our 5th stay at this hotel (whereof 2 with current brand), since we really like the concept and location. We had the breakfast and dinner package. Food is great value for money! The hotel is clean, tidy and well managed. The stay was, unfortunately, not without it's flaws: * The wine list was decent, but unfortunately where several wines from the list not available when we tried to order them. * At all our previous stays did we get a bottle of water in our room at check-in. Not this time. Great when you have a late check-in ;-) * Our bungalow wasn't equipped with a sunbed when we checked in, thus we told the reception. We had to remind them and it took 48hrs before it was delivered. * Due to a heavy rain where we unable exit our bungalow for a full day (9 hours) without wading in dirty water. Thus there was no cleaning in our bungalow during that day. Better draining or better/more pumps needed. * Pool towels are 7€ each + 1€ per change. A bit pricey.

The stay was fantastic, very nice, clean and modern bungalows. We stayed in one of the golden bungalows. Good quality beds. Nice and friendly staff. Pool was also good, I would recommend everyone if they are looking for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast was good, lot of choices Diner buffet was ok but not fantastic. You can walk to town but it is still 20min and the first part of the road is busy. But overal this place is fantastic and I would book it again.

For a family or a group holiday, this resort might be just the thing. Further, perhaps if you are keen cyclists, this resort could work well. It was convenient to have a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. There is a tennis court and playground. I liked having a private covered patio attached to our cabin. The breakfast buffet was immense and varied. I especially liked the fruit and fresh blended fruit juices. The resort is not on the beach. One needs to cross a road and then walk thru a natural area before getting to the beach. It isn't far but it isn't right across a street either. The hotel does have a bus stop nearby. As a couple, this wasn't the best option for us. However, we would consider returning with a group or with our children.

They were detached so no noise from other people .would not recommend for coeliac . As an English speaker staff could not understand when talk to them . Did not understand coeliac disease and cross contanmation and i hadcoeliac spanish card explaining

We rented two nice bungalows, since the bungalows are to small for a family of two adults and two teens. The bungalows has really nice terraces. Decent gym, nice swimming pool and great regular pool. The included breakfast and dinner was nice and includes a really fresh selection of fruits. Wine selection is great for red wines, ok for whites but really lacks the quality for rosé wines. The hotel has a nice pool bar. The staff is service minded and friendly.

We really liked this hotel. It had a nice poolarea and the food was really good. We stayed in one of the newly renovated bungalows that was really great. We did however not like the light in the night that turen on as soon as you moved. Another thing we found strange was the pricing at dinner. The price was different in the restaurant if we paid cash or with a creditcard. It was cheaper to pay cash:-) Strange! All in all we had a great stay at this hotel that we really can recommend!

This was our 4th trip to this hotel. Earlier in the season so the heated pool was perfect. We stayed for 7 nights this time and the half-board selection/variety was great. Very peaceful and relaxing break.

Pluses: 1. Great location! 2. Long sandy beach in a few minutes walk though the park! 3. 2 big swimming pools. 4. Dinner was good and changed every day. 5. Comfortable and big children playground. 6. 2 big supermarkets nearby. Minuses: 1. Old furniture in the bungalow. 2. The bungalows are too small for family more than 4 people. 3. Noise from the road nearby. But you can ask for bungalow that far enough from the road. 4. Breakfast was good but the same every day.

Very convenient, great facilities, lovely staff, wonderful food. The quiet area is a very nice touch too. Excellent value. One drawback was the apartments you stay in need a updating and a thorough clean. Ours had a strange smell when you walked in and the fridge also wasn’t very good/broken...

Good alternative for families. The bungalows are not new but well maintained. Friendly and service minded personnel. Good training facilities and good buffet. We enjoyed our stay and could very well return in the future.

They charge EUR 7 for Beach Towel for a week. If you stay for a shorter duration you still pay. They have charged a premium as a nicer hotel already why would they charge this pittance amount to annoy travelers.

Great food, wonderful staff. Short walk to beautiful long, shallow beach ideal for families. Close to pine forest for early morning jogs and walks away from tourists and traffic.Training pool for swimmers as well as the usual play pools for bathers. Large, spacious complex, with well kept gardens. Football pitch, wide playing green, tennis court - though the later could use some tree shade. Fun, varied night-time entertainment. Kids club. All in all this was a great vacation for our family of four with two young kids. It was our second stay here and I'm sure we'll be back again!

Good location, friendly staff, all guests get their own little bungalows with terrace ;)) , walking distance to the beach, and supermarket. Give you a good feeling, I have most of the time stayed in 4-5 stars hotels, but this hotel give you the relaxation and feeling comfortable, you wont get from 5 star hotel, trust me, :)

We booked this hotel, on a bed and breakfast basis, last minute and were a little apprehensive due to its 3 star rating. However it definitely exceeded expectations. Staff, both in reception and the restaurant, are professional and friendly. The bungalow was basic but clean and air conditioned. The two pools are a really good idea, one being set up with lanes for a 'proper' swim, away from the family fun pool. Most days we tended to go to the beach, a short walk away, but on the days we used the hotel facilities there was no problem getting sun beds. Breakfast was very nice, lots of fresh fruit etc. We booked a shared shuttle bus through Expedia from the airport and it was a 2 hour 45 minute journey, on retrospect we would definitely have paid extra for the private shuttle or taken a taxi. Overall we had a relaxing weeks holiday, in pleasant surroundings by a lovely beach, in a nice hotel.

This is a wonderful place to go with friends, family and children. Very basic accommodation. Kept very clean, tiny bath tub. Only criticism of the rooms is that the beds are too hard for me, I wish I'ld asked for a topper, felt it most the last two days. Only criticism of the facilities and service which are great and the food is really good, (esp. The mojitos) is during lunch they closed kitchen so when my plate was cleared and I asked for fruit as dessert it was a straight no, it was 4.05, I thought that was a bit strange as I was mid-meal. Apart from that I would not hesitate to go back.

It is hard to find something bad at Valentin, the staff is very friendly and above Spanish standards. From the reception to restaurant you can feel the professionalism. The village is very nice and extremely family friendly so you can meet a lot of people and make friends. There is something constantly happening at Valentin in terms of live music or events. The rooms could use some better tvs and more modern furniture but that is very marginal given everything else they offer.

Good: great pool area, near to beautiful relatively unspoilt beachNot so good: tiny chalets, shabby furnishings, rock-hard beds, tiny bathrooms with poor water pressure, food selection limited and repetitive and quality not great - fish overlooked, meat flattened and overlooked. We paid a lot for 7 nights, and it was poor value for money.

Special thanks to Tolo in reception, Margo in the restaurant and Daysi hotel cleaner, (all staff but too many to mention) who were friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough to please you to make you're stay comfortable. 10 mins walk from C'an Picanfort (slow stroll pace) bus stop outside hotel for transfer to Alcudia short walk through nature reserve to Playa de Muro beach.

We enjoyed the place. Nothing fancy but good value for a 3 star hotel. Food was good but they have short periods to eat! Breakfast was from 8:00-10:00 only; lunch: 1:00-2:30; Dinner: 6:30-8:00. Besides that, the bar did not have anything to eat, not even ice creams! Only drinks. They said the had a heated swimming pool but doesn't. But the pool was nice. The room was clean but the floor was slipery and the shower head broken. Staff was ok. Very close to a beautiful beach- Muro and a matural park.
