ROOM WAS NOT READY. HAD TO TAKE ANYTHING THAT WAS CLEAN. HOTEL EMPLOYEE'S WERE A HOLES ABOUT THE WHOLE THING. THEY ACTED LIKE BOOKING THE ROOM THROUGH A THIRD PARTY MENT NOTHING.

Staff are wonderful. Room was fine and we appreciated the drink coupons. The bar in the casino that had live music was not fun - why would you have the entertainment in a smoking section?

Our stay started out a little rocky due to the front desk staff not making an effort to accommodate me initially. Eventually, she found a way to accommodate me and my fear of getting on the elevator. Overall, the hotel was really nice with beautiful decor! The casino was nice and i loved the fact that i could order free drinks from my slot machine! There was a mall attched and lots of dining options.

While the hotel was great we ended up checking out the same day and not spending the night. There were a lot of young children being loud running in the halls and their room. This was our first night away from our own kids in literally ten years. The front desk lady at check out didn’t care when I told her why we were leaving. The hotel was nice but we were looking for a nice, quiet private evening.

The building is huge and a long way from the casino and long walks from some rooms to the elevators. Very clean, friendly staff. The pillows were all way too soft, for us anyway. Other than the couple starting a huge, extremely loud argument from 1:30 until after 4 am the stay was good

It was “fine”. They have done some upgrades since I was there last. I opted to stay there so my kids would have access to a pool however when I checked I was informed the pool was under construction. I explained to the reception attendant that was the only reason I had chose to stay at this property. They seemed unaffected and unapologetic. I feel as though I paid a premium for an amenity that not only was unavailable, the facility was aware that the amenity was unavailable when I booked. Overall, this isn’t a place to stay with family.

We stayed the night here for a concert. This place is amazing. It was so convenient to be able to eat and stay here right after the show. Staff were all friendly. Just a great overall experience!

Me and my sister-in-law were attending an event in the Wind Creek event center. The front desk was not staffed sufficiently, so there was a wait to get checked in to our room. Okay, things happen, and we had a couple hours before the show. Then we get to the room, and the TV is not working. I called them immediately and they said they would send somebody up. I called again about a half hour later, and once again they said they would let the staff know. More than two hours later no one had come to service the TV, and we had to leave for the show. We get back to the room after the show, and called again. Waited over half an hour, and as you can imagine, we were tired and just wanted to rest, but I sleep with the TV on. Called one last time, and the guy came about 20 minutes after we called. As if the inconvenience wasn’t enough in terms of having to call several times, and then coming back to the room and having to call again, it literally took the tech two minutes to fix (one of the wires was crossed) and he took care of it. The tech was very polite and friendly. It just seemed to me that they are understaffed.

A standard room at Wind Creek is nice. Very much a standard hotel room. It's spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We arrived two hours after the check-in time and still had to wait an hour for our room to be ready.

Really decent casino and hotel. Rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom was clean, but nothing luxurious. Not much going on at night other than the casino, but the casino floor as good with a nice balance of reasonably priced table games ($10, $15, $25+) and slots. If there is an event in the area, I honestly would rather stay here than a local hotel

Terrific hotel! Comfortable beds. Saw the Skillet concert and having a room right there was great. I made the mistake of getting a smoking room and what a mistake it was. Room smelled horrible. But again, it was a smoking room. They did mention they could clean the room for me again. Which there was no need. Very friendly staff and all. Would definitely stay again!

Checking in was easy and the front desk staff was amazing. The room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable. However, all night there was a high pitched noise lasting anywhere from 30-40 seconds every couple of minutes which didn’t allow me to sleep. My husband even heard it this morning and we were able to confirm it wasn’t coming from outside (train tracks are close but we didn’t hear them when they were moving). The succulents in the room were nearly dead (poor things needed some TLC)!

Everything was great for our 24th anniversary but the last day. We ordered room service today 9/8/24 and it’s our anniversary. The food came on a tray not a rolling table. Yesterday it came on a table. Today which is more meaningful to us, we had to eat separately. No table in room to fit our plates. My husband had small table between chairs which was the size of 15” circle. I had to use an end table. Of all the years of room service, this was the 1st time we didn’t have a table to eat on. Plus we pay so much to be in this beautiful hotel to have no table smh. We were told limited table only used for bigger group. A grand hotel like this had no room tables? This is my one complaint and he told me to mention it’s my anniversary next time. It doesn’t matter. No one deserves to eat at an end table separate from your spouse. Other thing we really liked our check in girl but said she gave us a better view but it wasn’t. It was a view of hotel AC rooftop units. She apologized and offered to move us. We were already unpacked. So we declined her offer. We will go again. Restaurants delicious food. Knowledgeable staff of history of steel industry. Very interesting.

Did not like overwhelming smoke in casino. Breakfast menu not conductive to vegetarians, and pork meat options only is OUTRAGEOUS. The facility is well kept and great for a relaxing getaway

Near the refurbished Bethlehem Stacks complex (now an entertainment and leisure facility), this hotel offers a casino, shopping, dining options and modern facilities. If you have a need to be in Bethlehem for business or leisure this hotel comes highly recommended.

This property is very high tech and well maintained! Staff were very polite throughout the entire casino, plus there were many restaurant and food options in general! Only complaints- 1) pool was under construction 2) paid 28.61 for an on demand movie ( became a little tired with about 15 mins remaining and figured i would finish it in the morning). Unfortunately, you only get to watch it through one time. I brought it to staffs attention as i was checking out and she just said sorry. Other than that though, i would highly recommend a visit to this establishment! ( PS: don’t fall asleep if you purchase / rent an on demand movie😂)

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, friendly staff and if we were looking lost someone always stepped forward to assist. Car valet was excellent a major plus. Would not hesitate to recommend and plan on returning to the area next year.

Check in seamless and the girl who checked us in was sweet & friendly. On our way to our room, every staff member along the way greeted us with a smile or hello. We got 2 free drink tickets for the lobby bar which was nice, but we never made it down before our show due to husband’s upset stomach after dinner (see below). Our room was clean & spacious, bed was comfy, but the pillows weren’t great. Although we were there for a comedy show, we were impressed with the shopping options- it was like a mini mall. We ate at the restaurant by casino floor that had buffet or a la Carte. We ordered from the menu after the waitress said there was no buffet that day. I ordered chicken Alfredo, which was awesome and I was full after eating 1/2! My husband ordered a sampler appetizer platter which was lots of food, but he was disappointed & said it was super greasy and had an upset stomach after. He didn’t eat much of it at all. We had a great time at the show, and overall a great stay at Wind Creek, would definitely go back!

Room and casino were nice. Staff was friendly. The restaurants were nice. We were disappointed that the pool was closed, and a lot of the stores in the mall were closed. I think we should have received some sort of credit from the hotel. I had taken my wife there for her birthday. It’s over a two hour ride from our home. I don’t think we will return again.

The room had a strong musty smell. Carpet had cigarette holes on the carpet. Furniture was dirty and worn out, the same for the bottom of bed(the bed stand). Bathroom door would make a sound every time you open and close it. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the smell in the room.
