Very uncomfortable evening.

Didn't have breakfast .The happy hour prices and the friendly staff.

Had to move to another room because toilet wouldn't flush.Then there was a plumbing problem with toilet,it was fix.The heater kept noise all night.

Not pleasant at all.

No microwave, only bananas, not well cooked eggs, terrible coffee, etc

At least to have my room cleaned everyday. 2 days without cleaning my room even though I did not hang the “do not disturb” sign. Terrible servicez! 😡

The stay was very good.

Everything was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and the ladies that worked there were excellent.

Microwave did not work. One of the workers at the desk was rude to us.

the bfast and late checkout

two separate housekeepers walked right in my room with our knocking after the first one did I called the front desk and the staff sounded slightly annoyed that I would find that alarming. about an hour later a second housekeeper walked in without knocking and saw me naked

Good location, friendly staff, but a little dated

The location, staff and breakfast were all good. The front desk personnel, the ladies working breakfast, and the maids were all very friendly and professional. The location was good, we walked to the historic area and to the arts district. We only went to breakfast once because of the timing, but it was a nice spread with eggs, bacon, breads, muffins, fruit, yogurts. The 24/7 coffee, hot water and iced water in the lobby was a nice extra perk. The lobby also has a bar, although we did not go, and a pretty big section with items for sale - snacks, drinks, etc. We had a pretty big room - "a suite" - on the top floor, which helped with noise and in the room was a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel is dated and could have been cleaner. It needs a little refresh. The vents in the room were dirty/dusty. There were a ton of cigarettes in the parking lot. The first night we had a lot of loud neighbors but luckily the next two nights were quieter. You can hear some traffic and the train, but luckily the train does not seem to run overnight. I wish breakfast ran until 10 am, instead of 9 am.

Nice staff and delicious breakfast

Couch in our room is full of stains, dirty looking. We had to change to a bathtub King room because the tiles in the shower from the initial room that we had had a very disgusting grout dirt.

Good or the price and has all necessities

Location was ok, not too far from the downtown. Hotel offered breakfast. Also, the room was clean and bed comfortable.

Would be nice to have a cafe or restaurant at the site to get fresh made from scratch food varieties
