All of the staff my daughter and I encountered were exceptional. We ordered room service twice and the food was very good.
The room and bathroom were very small and cramped. The bed was only a full, not a queen. The website makes the room look much bigger than it is.

The location of this hotel is stellar for exploring downtown Bethlehem, which is amazing! All of the spaces are gorgeous and the food at all the restaurants is top notch.
The beds are very firm and were pretty uncomfortable for us. On top of the mattress, the bed frames were extremely creaky so you couldn't even shift your weight without making a LOT of noise. The room was also very small, which is to be expected with historic hotels.
4.5
The hotel is stunning and rooms were very well done. We enjoyed the ambiance very much.
The food and drinks are overtly over priced. The food was "ok" but it was no where close to an adequate level of pricing vs. quality vs. ambiance in the restaurant. We were so disappointed. This really soiled an otherwise great hotel experience.

Beautiful old hotel with the most amazing brunch. It was also very close to everything

The Sunday brunch was wonderful!! There was so many choices and the service was great. My room was small but nice, the bed was comfortable.
The room was small, I have stayed before, and this current room was not as big. The bathroom toilet seemed old and didn't flush well. There was also some type of work happening outside in front of the hotel and it was loud at times.

I loved everything about this hotel, the atmosphere, the rooms, the dining, location, beautifully historical.
This hotel is said to have ghost, unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to experience that.

The hotel was beautiful, staff was very helpful. They offered us car service to wherever we were headed which is such an underrated perk. The hotel is right on Main Street, walking distance to bars restaurants. Great location!

Staff super friendly, hotel charming, rooms clean and lovely, food fab!
Hard to find anything but being really really picky, the coffee (latte) is made using a machine instead of warming milk and using a shot of espresso. it tasted of machine lines.

I chose the location because it was right in town and I wanted to see the Hotel because it had recently been voted the #1 Historic Hotel in the country.
I had multiple meals. The hotel had music. The staff was great.
The hair in my eggs ended the meal, unfinished.
The tub did not drain so a shower was taken standing in dirty water up past my ankles.
The night band was just below my room window and was very loud so as to interfere with sleep.

First trip to Bethlehem and was totally impressed with your outstanding historic hotel. Everything was so interesting and memorable!!
Loved everything - probably wished we were staying longer but will definitely return.
I did book the room but when we checked in my partner asked for everything to be put on his card not mine. Unfortunately this was not done!!
