Toller Gasthof direkt am See, mit einer Terasse auf der man ein fantastisches Essen geniessen kann.

Waren für eine Nacht dort, konnten sogar das Fahrrad mit welchem wir unterwegs waren in einem Raum abstellen welcher abgeschlossen war.

Es war alles für uns super!

Wir kommen wieder.

Frühstück war perfekt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und das Abendessen war hervorragend gut. Auch der Service war sehr aufmerksam und kompetent.

Das Männer WC im EG war leider sehr schmutzig und das schon früh morgens.

Wonderful stopover en route to IM 70.3 Zurich !

The hotel was located beside Lake Zurich and a small harbour. The room was well kept with old furnitures. Bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. The breakfast was even more wonderful with good spread. There was limited free parking space about 200m from the hotel. The hotel probably ideal if you are driving and needed to have a short stop while travelling along the less busy route. Cleanliness was top notch!

Immer wieder eine schöne kleine Auszeit!

Gemütliches Business Hideaway vor den Toren Zürichs. Familiengeführtes Haus, Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich war schon mehrfach dort und der hohe Standard wurde immer gehalten. Schöne Lage direkt am See, schöne Terrasse Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder!

Nur so als Tip: Besser etwas mehr ausgeben und ein Zimmer zum See hin buchen, nicht nur wegen der Aussicht. Zimmer zur Straße sind leider laut.

Die Lage am See ist super. Das frühstück war auch gut.

Die Badezimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat kein Zahnputzglas gehabt. Die Dusche konnte kaum abgesellet werden.

Seeblick, eigentlich schön konservatives Haus.

Direkt an Hauptverkehrstrasse, keine Parkplätze am Haus, Hatten gerade Umbauarbeiten, dieses aber nicht kommuniziert. Ersters angebotenes Zimmer OHNE eigenes Badezimmer/Toilette im 3. Stock ohne Lift.

You're incredibly charming Hotel Hirschen am See

The hotel was quaint and beautiful. The location right on Lake Zurich is serene and charming. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

As an American, I had forgotten that air conditioning doesn't come standard in European hotel rooms. Traveling in July was it was a little warm with a third-floor room, but not unbearable.

This hotel was old and there is no lift, if you have more luggage it will be difficult to carry it. Also this hotel is far from town and it’s difficult to reach without taxi if we are coming to this place for first time.

Great breakfasts in peaceful surroundings. Excellent location by Lake Zurich. Views of the lake from bedroom. Helpful and obligingly staff. Frequent transport into Zurich if needed.

The stairs and shared facilities I was informed by the Hotel before my stay so not a problem.

Lovely stay on Zürichsee shore

Quiet location outside of Zürich, but still easily reachable (there’s a train every half an hour that takes you to Zürich main station in 14 minutes. You need to walk or take a bus to the station though, but the bus stop is right next to the hotel). Amazing lake view, small but decent breakfast, welcoming staff. Everything is nice and clean.

A mosquito net would be nice! I opened the window in the evening and got a whole zoo in my ceiling. Instructions about reaching the side door weren’t super clear. The walls are paper thin, I could hear people opening the door like they were opening mine, not theirs. Didn’t bother me, but might be a deal breaker for light sleepers.

sadly hotel restaurant closed on the night we arrived. breakfast was limited, due to a conference meeting next to breakfast room. next to a busy road, not an issue for us with a lakeside room.

No lift and we arrived late and gad to carry heavy cases up stairs. Baths are deep which makes access difficult.

Very nice spot for a short scenic stop. Good value for money.

The location is amazing and the views are amazing! Breakfast was tasty and diverse. Staff was always helpful. The lobby has nice and cozy sitting places to work, eat or just enjoy the stunning lake view.

The rooms facing the street are not quite. There is no elevator and the hotel is a bit run down. The beds are too soft, water are not draining from the shower and the heaters are not always functioning.

Great!

Beautiful place! Highly recommend to book a room with a sea view. We enjoyed mountains view right from the bed. Building itself is very fancy, with stunning and cozy rooms. Amazing breakfast area with a patio. Also the stuff is very friendly.
