The facility is quite new, so everything was well maintained. It's so new that the building is not on Google street view (which I believe was last updated in 2013), but trust me, there is a hotel at the given address, it's not a scam. The facility also felt really safe with a lot of security detail preventing non-tenants from entering the property.
A code to receive your key was sent by Booking.com messages. I never received this message and had to wait until the check-in office was open (between 4-6pm). If I hadn't arrived at 2pm, I wouldn't have gotten a room for the night, although even then, I still had to wait 2 hours for a key. So make sure you arrive around 4-6pm in case something goes wrong with Booking.com messages.

This was a lovely place to stay in Wengen. It's out of the main centre but an easy walk (even in the snow with luggage) so quiet and with access to the surrounding countryside for walking. The hotel has an excellent restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming and informative. There is a large comfortable sitting area by the bar with easy chairs, tables, books, games etc overlooking the view and there is generally a convivial atmosphere about the place. We stayed in several hotels on our tour of Switzerland and this was the best value.
Can't think of anything.

Booked the junfrau panorama room and was not disappointed ..left the room for a little bit and came running back..missed the view so much!!!..10 min walk to the centre of town..super comfy beds..great bkkfast..peaceful and away from the crowds...
A kettle in the room would be great!!!

Great view and the rooms were spotlessly clean.
Bit far out of town.
4.3
great views
rooms far too small and location further out of village than expected
4.3
The view!!
The dinner wasn’t great. Also, quite an uphill walk, but we did it. Convenient to train and restaurants.
4.3
great view and good breakfast
far hop to other areas
it’s a far walk with luggage from the train, literally uphill both ways

The hotel is located on a very nice location as you can enjoy the view from there and it is not far from the train station. They also provide a shuttle service from hotel to the train station. The breakfast is very nice and you can enjoy the view while having breakfast. The staff, Mr. Andy he is such a nice and helpful staff with lot of information about Switzerland. Definitely gonna visit this place and stay here again.

The view is incredible from the balconies.
No tv in the rooms.. Pillows are to soft.
4.3
very little unfortunately
run down, damp, poor facilities, dirty, over priced and rude hostess
4.3
As advertised - the view from the Jungfrau panorama room is spectacular.
Some fresh vegetables would be a nice addition to the breakfast buffet.

Location and view is pretty nice, although we expected an even better view of Lauterbrunnen.
The hotel, its interior, the rooms, and the garden are faded glory unfortunately, and the hotel needs renovation. Looks like the time stood still for at least 40-50 years. We booked, as family, two rooms (2x regular rate), but the toilet space in one of the rooms was so small that it couldn’t be used normally by an adult. The older lady at the reception had a hard appearance which did not make us feel very comfortable during our stay. The older man was very friendly though. We expected much more from this hotel.

The view from the hotel room.
The rude staff, service overall.

A traditional Swiss chalet style hotel full of old world charm and an amazing view. The staff really make this place, Judith and her team were fantastic.
I also loved the Swiss style buffet breakfast served in the dining room or on the balcony with stunning view of the valley. The buffet included a large assortment of local alpine cheeses, charcuterie, croissants, every type of bread imaginable, different yoghurts, muesli and an incredible selection of fresh fruit (I went in summer), all of which were of a very high quality. Charmingly, coffee or tea is served at your table in a traditional silver pot!
my room was a tad dusty, which triggered my allergies.

The view from the room is astonishing!! Clean room, quite place. Totally recommended!
I personally consider impolite to tell to a guest that he can't take a croissant with him from the breakfast. It is a personal choice to eat it sitting at the table, or running to catch a train.

The bedroom was comfortable and well cleaned every day. Along with the good restaurant and bar area there's also a cozy lounge with a great view over the valley. Excellent service throughout our stay.

Bellevue-Wengen really has the best view in town. The views from the Balcony was exceptional and breathtaking. The rooms are clean, warm and cozy and the staffs are friendly and helpful. We had wonderful breakfast with beautiful views from the dining area. Highly recommended.
A short walk towards the village center where the shops and restaurants are, pleasant walk nevertheless.

The accesability of the whole area is superb and the lift and train system links up over three resorts and the ski pass covers teh trains from interlaken as well so on a bad weather day you can go down to interlaken using your ski pass.
The cost of the ski passes is a lot of money compard to other areas I have skied in but the lift system is brilliant and very modern. The main thing is the cost of eating and drinking on the mountain. 24 chf for pasta, thats a lot of money.

Great location and amazing views. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Great price for the view! I wish I could have stayed longer. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and efficient, and the location, though 700m from train station, was easy to get to (and they have a pick up service, if needed). The hotel is lovely, with many little homey touches.
I’ve always preferred firm pillows (and more than one pillow). Also, there was no TV (?!) But if one is exhausted from the day’s adventures these are irrelevant 😁.
