The friendliness of the staff was great, the breakfast good, the views from the room spectacular, it was very close to the Grupo de Sandoval Dr’s office.

The view of the mountains from the room window was beautiful. The proximity to the Sandoval Fertility Group was great.

Very comfortable boutique hotel. A great value for the money. The neighborhood is primarily residential, but taxis are readily available on nearby streets, and there are a few good dining options within walking distance.

The staff were super friendly, very clean, descent breakfast. It says they have laundry service and that is not true but the staff walked us up 2 blocks where we could drop it off. The free beverage is a bottle of water. Walls are very thin so you hear everything. But we paid only $3 to get to the plazas and everything you need is pretty much in walking distance. Where you park your car is a tight squeeze and we didn’t get a room with a view.

Very nice place. Friendly staff. However we didn’t get the VIP perks of an upgrade or late checkout which was kinda disappointing

I want to be fair with this review. The hotel was not what I expected but it was ok. The building is a little bit dated, but is clean. I felt it was too small compared to what the pictures showed.
The staff is generally friendly. Mr. Luis and Mr. Santiago are true gentlemans, and the staff that helps with the breakfast as well.
Unfortunately, the young man who is at the front desk at night was extremely rude and treated us very bad on Friday night when my wife was carrying a sleeping child, and screamed at us to follow a claning procedure (which we were following, but he wanted us to follow his pace in a cold night in Quito). We complied, but decided not to talk or address him any more to avoid any more unpleasent situations. It kind of ruined our stay and changed our opinion about the hotel
We probably won't go back again.

Centrally located in a clean, safe neighborhood just a few blocks away from one of the best Hospitals in Quito (comforting to know). Taxi and Uber are readily available and quick to respond, but best of all, they are exceptionally cheap. The hotel staff will be happy to assist you by calling a taxi for you.
This Hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are exactly like what is shown in their pictures (no surprises). My wife and I rented a suite with a mountain view (and balcony), and were very pleased with all the amenities the room had to offer. It was spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast here is above and beyond most other hotels, offering a nice variety of fruits, juices and bread. They will even make eggs to your order, including omelettes.
While most of the staff did not speak English, we had no problems conveying our needs. They used Google translate (and we did as well). They were always happy to assist and were very courteous and kind.
Bottom line; you will not be disappointed in this place, it is well worth the money. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will stay again if we get another chance to visit Quito!

We had a wonderful stay in Quito and thought Suites Metropoli was a lovely place to stay. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Santiago was waiting for us at 3:00 in the morning after our plane was rerouted to Panama. Our room was spacious and the breakfasts were a perfect start to the day.

Very well-maintained, extremely clean, spacious rooms, nice breakfasts and helpful staff. Santiago, in particular, went out of his many times to help us solve problems and answer questions. His English skills came in handy.

Santiago could not have done more to make our stay special. We arrived at around 4.00 AM . Slept until 10.00, and although Breakfast finishes at 9.00, they insisted on feeding us at11. That is customer care! The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. the breakfast provides plenty to eat with a good selection.

This hotel is not downtown so if you are looking for a place away from the busy streets this may be for you. Clean and beautifully decorated i was very pleased with the accommodations..The shower was fabulous, view of the city nice and the staff were more than nice. TV has Spanish stations. .The owner pointed me out to do excursions and called taxis when needed. I got in early am and expected to leave my luggage and go to town on my own while waiting for a 2 pm check in after a red eye flight but I was given an empty room and took a nap all morning. Beyond my expectations. I was on the third floor and the stairs may be difficult to navigate for mobility challenged persons. The staff eagerly took my 45 pound luggage up all 3 flights with a smile however. Taxi rides are ridiculously cheap to get back and forth from this Hotel ( like 2 dollars!) so I found it very easy to go downtown for sightseeing and meals. Like any Hotel in a big city there may be some construction noise or dogs barking. Pretty routine in South America.
