Comfortable bed, big space. Great aircon. Work table with a glass top and I didn't bring my mouse mat, how is my laser mouse supposed to work properly on glass? Could use a shower update, pressure was lacking and only a rainfall head, no shower head with a hose. Asking you to pay for water from the 'minibar' was a bit rich at this price - and in Mildura when it's the most expensive place in town - by far given it's essentially 2 star and there's no additional amenities like a pool or a gym. It seems like they're scratching for extra $$$s needlessly. Anywhere else in the world you get a 'thank you for staying with us' welcome pack, maybe a bottle of wine, some snacks, surely some water... At this place you just get a 'make sure you do your own dishes or we'll charge you extra' note. 🙄 If I had to rate the price/performance ratio, it's pretty far down the list. You can hear the nightclub thumping a few doors down until about 2 or 3am on occasion, but it wasn't bad. 2nd time I've stayed, but will search around for a BnB next time.

Only stayed one night the room was well fitted out and had all that one could need. There are no windows and only the one door for entry which was ok as it stated this on the web site but for people who need to be able to access open spaces this is not the room for you. We booked the room through Hotels.com so I was surprised when Indulge sent me an email wanting a copy of a government photo ID plus a full credit card details which I was very hesitant about supplying, in the end if I didn’t supply these details we could not have access to the room and I was sure about getting my money back. Would I stay there again probably not as the run around getting a park and getting a key is not worth it.

It's in the middle of town, which gave us limitless dining options. The property was also as good as new other than an issue with the bed which I'm sure will be fixed. The one bedroom apartment has a second bedroom. It has plenty of space to accomodate 4 people. Massive balcony.

Lots of silly oriole were hanging around the property. I discovered there was a club next to it. The token to open the door should be opening the front door too. Putting in the code in the middle of the night and oriole hanging around is unsafe. Lastly, to be selling the coffee and bottles of water I think it’s unnecessary. Very stingy with little room amenities

Room was a good size. Bathroom was clean and large with good water pressure. The dirty towel in the cupboard wasn’t a pleasant find and the skylight not closing made for an unwanted early morning.

Appt was nice, right in the city and close to everything. Thats where the positive stops. Firstly the appt is supposed to have streaming services, these did not work in my room, eventually the local tv worked but only after multiple phone calls to management. I was in town for business(travel there every 8 weeks) got up at 4am to leave, no hot water so cold shower. Left a note written on back of my business card telling of my issues on reception desk. I got an email asking for feedback. At around 9. Not a phone call an email. I rang the number on the email to give feedback and to say the reaction was underwhealming is an understatement. I was made to feel like my issues were minimal. I liked the appt and would have booked there again if my issue was taken seriously. I even waited till now to see if someone from indulge bothered to reach out and apologise for my cold shower at 4 am and the lack of streaming services i paid nearly $200 for. They got my money, thats all they cared about.

The staff were wonderful - very welcoming. The keys are located in the remote access box so you still need to use the automatic system which does feel odd when a staff member is sitting there so that's a little strange but again super friendly and helpful when checking in, during stay and on check out.

I always book two rooms with two bathrooms for our travels with friends. We were expecting this apartment to have two bathrooms - I read that they were en-suites. When we arrived we found one bathroom with one separate toilet. Not ideal for two older couples. The apartment was very “plastic”.

Location very good. Noise on 3 consecutive nights from local night spots leading to a thumping base sound through the walls and floor until 2am. Checks not adequately done as shower handle came off in hand when hot water flowing - very dangerous fault.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when we booked an apartment above the shops in Mildura’s CBD. I loved the attention to detail - beautiful interior and lovely products in the bathroom.

We were initially pleased with the room. However, the appeal was wearing thin before midnight on Saturday night when the noise from Sandbar next door was making sleep impossible. On the suggestion of the owner, we contacted police just before 2am (and this was effectively 3am because of daylight saving time beginning). Police were well aware of where the noise was coming from - as no doubt the owner would have been, as the bar was there before the apartments - and said there was a 4am lockout on Saturday night. Interestingly, the cleaners and local shopkeepers we spoke to the next day were also clear on where the noise would have been from - amazing how the owner was not. DO NOT book on Saturday night - and a responsible owner would not let it out. There was also an issue with a smell in the bathroom. After a morning with doors open (to a bird poo covered balcony - really..clean it or screen it) it was bearable. We then went on a sunset tour to Lake Mungo, and on return the smell was overwhelming - as attested by people from two other apartments who could smell it from the corridor outside. Yes, the owner did arrange for us to move to a down market apartment several blocks away - which meant retrieving the car, shuffling up and down stairs, shuffling in to the next place, all after 10pm on Sunday night. Finally went to settle down with a glass of wine after the kerfuffle - and the glasses were filthy. It is not a good idea to have guests wash up - the job was not well done.
