About this house rental
Located on a popular residential street in Mumbles, overlooking Swansea Bay, lies this deceptively spacious townhouse spread over 4 lovingly decorated floors. The property boasts 3 separate living spaces, a cosy log burner, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 welcoming bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements and a decking area to the rear with fabulous sea views. A wealth of independent stores, restaurants and cafes can be discovered within a 5-minute walk of the property as well as the 5-mile seafront promenade that stretches around the bay to Swansea Marina. The popular beaches of Langland and Rotherslade Bay are a short walk from the house where you can also take the Wales Coastal Path along the cliffs to Caswell Bay. Slightly further afield are the beaches of Oxwich Bay, Rhossili and Three Cliffs Bay, all of which are pet-friendly throughout the year.

Rooms: Lower Ground Floor: Lounge with Smart TV, shower room and utility room. Ground Floor: Living/dining area with log burner and Smart TV, well-equipped kitchen with centre island. First Floor: King bedroom with sea views, double bedroom with sea views, family bathroom, separate WC and king zip & link bedroom (can be made up as twin room) with Smart TV. Second Floor: Loft room with Smart TV, sofa and sea views
Kitchen and utilities: Built-in electric Smeg oven, gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, centre island with two bar stools and a bench, an espresso/coffee machine and great views out towards Swansea Bay from the patio doors. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Entertainment: Large Smart TV's in living area, loft room, lower ground floor lounge and king zip & link bedroom. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside: Large decked area with wonderful sea views, solar lighting surrounding deck, cube dining set to seat 10 and large potted olive trees in each corner of the decking.
General: Central heating and electricity included. First basket load of logs for the log burner included. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar and prosecco.
Pets: 2 dogs welcome by prior arrangement. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed upstairs, on sofa or beds.
No smoking inside the cottage.
Parking: On-street parking can be found to the front on a first-come, first-served basis.
