The staff are really helpful and welcoming. The room is lovely, with a sitting room and bathroom. It is very clean and in a good state of repair. The food was also very good

A wonderful stay.
Very comfortable room with additional seatingbarea and fridge.
Loved the access to Netflix and Amazon because others before me hadn't cleared their accounts!
Evening meal was very reasonable and the breakfast must be one the best I have had for a very long time.

Staff are excellent here

Quiet and comfortable overnight stay. Excellent service. The novel accomodation is roomy but starting to show signs of it's age. Excellent breakfast. Nice ground's over looking fields . Overall VFM .

Whilst the hotel looks a little tired from the outside, the reception, bar & restaurant looked lovely and there was a nice atmosphere.
The hotel had an event so was very busy, but the staff were attentive albeit under a bit of pressure but were efficient & friendly.
The room was spacious & comfortable- it was in a little bungalow away from the main hotel.

I have stayed here before, and had the same room! Very happy with it and intend to stay here again in November!

Apart from a few cleanliness issues which we informed reception about we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious and the grounds are lovely. We will definitely stay again.

Rooms are in good order. Staff are Amazing! Had an issue with my booking, but they went above and beyond to look after me.

Great staff that were flexible with my arrival times. Room was comfortable and clean, exactly what I needed.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Beautiful jr suite, spotless, staff genuinely wanted to help and were friendly. Value for money was amazing as we stayed on a Sunday and Monday.

We did a one night stop over. Staff very friendly, food very good. We will definitely stay again when passing.

Space between wc and bath / shower needs some attention. A toilet brush would help room 21

I turned up exhausted after 11pm after driving from Aberdeen and place was closed. Bit of a shock as i thought it was a hotel chain 24/7. However. There was a number to call and someone turned up fairly quickly to let me in. Room was beautiful. Wish id got there sooner so i could have used it more. Will try again.

My son lives in Canterbury so we have often visited Kent but decided to explore Faversham.
The interaction with staff was not 'text book training' but friendly and genuine.
Our waitress, Sam, felt like a new friend and was attentive without being intrusive. On a busy evening, the manager took time to indulge us in the history of the building while efficiently attending to a coach party and taking our order.
Great staff - we would happily stay in any accommodation run by this team.

The room smelt of damp, very unpleasant to spend time in. Was only there 1 night but checked out at 6am and left as didn’t even want to use the bathroom.

The room booked was a deluxe suite away from the main hotel. On arrival, the receptionist struggled to find our booking but after showing the email confirmation, an arrival form was located under an incorrect spelling of our surname. The suite was spacious, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The staff in the dining room were helpful but a little slow in bringing drinks to the table. The evening meal was well cooked and presented. The breakfast was buffet style with an excellent selection of fresh fruit, cereals, hot food and preserves for your toast. All in all a good stay.

This place is awful.
To the room past a shambolic building site.
Booked a large room but couldn’t open wardrobe door since too close to the bed.
Shabby toilet roll holder dangling off the wall.
About two meters of electrical channel covering hanging off under the desk. I climbed under the desk to make it safe. It was absolutely grimy. Not just dusty but filthy.
Internet completely useless. Notionally supplied by a little domestic router at the end of the corridor.
A little issue, the base of the shower sags when stood on. I suspect the base lacks the necessary foundation and will soon fail.
Nice location.

Booked a family room but when we arrived were given a double room with no bed for baby to sleep in so he had to sleep in his pram. Could have paid less and booked the double!!

Lovely hotel but it is dated, my sleep was comfortable. Staff were super helpful, the property is surrounded by lovely green but you do need the car to go to town centre of faversham. I would recommend someone staying here if you just want a good nights sleep without the frills

Had a good two stays one in a garden room and the other in the main hotel. Garden rooms much larger and convenient for car to room but sound from next door rooms could be heard. Main hotel room much smaller but no noise at all. Both had very comfortable beds and well stocked with everything needed. Restaurant food was good and staff attentive and professional. Altogether a good two stays and would use again. Surrounding views lovely.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful.

Staff were very friendly and all round was excellent. If I had to say anything it would be the shower nearly gave me a heart attack when I switched it on as it was so loud and more than average amount of cobwebs in the room.

Room was amazing, very romantic and homely

Shower temp was stuck on extremely hot, barely managed to rinse off the soap, but manager gave us a discount.
Generally comfortable, pleasant atmosphere, cheerful staff and good breakfast, we would use it again. Interesting location with nice views.

Chalk and cheese comes to mind when rating this particular stay as I had stayed here a few months back during the Summer.
My room was quite tatty although functional

The room was very small and there was a lot of noise from some people running up and down the corridor. Was v convenient and staff friendly

Our stay was comfortable, beds were a little wobbly and decor could be updated a bit.
Parking was at a premium when we returned later in the evening.
Breakfast was very good.
Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Overnight stay after the ferry crossing. Old fashioned squeaky but comfortable spring bed and evening meal not brilliant but very impressive breakfast choices.

I didn't spend long there as it was an overnight stay for a wedding nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was nice and quiet so I was able to get a good sleep. It was perfect for what I needed.
The breakfast was lovely too and the staff members were all very friendly.

Hotel reception, good service room in bungalow, slightly dated room and furniture, bed not so comfy.very quiet and some outside space.
4.0
Warm reception from all staff and breakfast selection was excellent. Rooms are smart, comfortable and squeaky clean
Hotel is undergoing some improvements so building works visible to some but of little impact
5.0
The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. a rarity these days

The whole place just needed a bit of a spruce up. Shutters on our 'cottage' were hanging off. Loads of cobwebs in the room. Floor didnt look as though it had been vacuumed. Very noisy fridge whuch i unplugged and water tank that woke me at 4am. Thin walls so i heard next door arguing and their TV. Dressing gowns which was great, unfortunately they were damp. Pluses. Bathroom was modern, bed comfortable and a good breakfast with lots of choice.
2.5
Needed a quick cheap booking, very happy with the quality and staff at the hotel, some improvements ongoing but nothing wrong with our accommodation.
Booked a meal when we got to the hotel, there was a good selection and the quality was above the pricing level.
