The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the choice was perfect. 👌 The bed linen was clean ,crisp and fresh & the towels were large, soft and of a good quality. The bed was comfortable as was the pillow/ duvet.
Sadly, the ‘superior’ room finishing of, was not good at all. The sliding door into the bathroom was quite flexible and didn’t fit the door way! All the finishing edges around the re fitted bathroom was sorry to say, amiture !
The windows in the bathroom were filthy dirty and the sliding shower doors all need a good attention to detail clean.
There wasn’t a full length mirror which was odd, as this is a wedding venue, I would think all ladies would want to see a full length image of themselves.
The front doors were very dirty, they should be swept and mopped after every guest and the outside light was filthy and covered in thick black cobwebs, not an inviting curb appeal.
This was the general issues in the 3 separate rooms we had reserved.

Wonderful breakfast, and it was amazing being able to walk down the drive and straight onto a walk across beautiful fields with sheep!
It feels like the newer rooms haven’t had so much care taken over them, a bit unfinished (doors not quite sanded properly etc etc).

Our room had step free access and a disabled parking outside which was perfect. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We slept very well.
Although the access was great because the patio door can be open widely however the toilet door would have been difficult to navigate if my husband was on a wheelchair luckily he was able to use his stick to go in rather than the rollator.

Nice location. Easy to find. Staff super friendly!
The rooms, although clean, were very dated, as was the hotel.

Lovely location and staff. Stayed in a converted cottage which had character but was well appointed, modern and clean. Excellent food - both evening meal and breakfast.
The only downside for us was some wasps made their way into the property in the morning.

Amazing place booked on a whimp. Definitely be going back. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Surroundings were beautiful, peaceful and very picturesque

Breakfast was nice staff were excellent, dinner wasn’t to good but service was good , Room was nice but the bed was a bit uncomfortable, we had a payed for an up grade from a double to a bigger bed , thought room was nice until the lady next door showed us her place we’re they had two bedroom bathroom kitchen with a living room , it’s was fab as they only booked a room with a garden view, and payed less than we did .bit disappointed.
We didn’t like being woken up by someone running a bath or shower at 2.30 in the morning.

No WIFI in room, although stated it would have.

Convenient location
Walls are paper thin. Front door not sealed. Cold breeze through the night. Breakfast over priced

The location was peaceful and tranquil and only a short walk to Favershams historic Town centre.
On our second evening, although the bar is closed at staffs discretion, there were approximately 20people in the bar and the bar staff closed before 9pm.

Great stay, room excellent. Breakfast had so much choice, second morning even more choice. Good location to walk into Faversham, which we did, and enjoyed.

Good choice and service with friendly staff
We thought the bedding was uncomfortable. Pillows hard & duvet heavy. However, we did get a good night's sleep.

We loved how spacious the room we had was and how lovely the food was, however we preferred the dining room before the renovation.
The fire wasnt lit would have been so romatic.

Breakfast very good
Booked Superia King room only to find bed was a standard double and uncomfortable, no mirror or waste bin in room. Unnecessary large fridge in room.
A lot of work going on as part of refurbishment but still is a motel rather than a hotel.
Car parking can be a problem as only a few spaces on tarmac.

Room no. 50, a deluxe-suite was lovely. The view from the house was amazing. The bathroom was huge and the bath, great. The price, fantastic for such a good standard.
Was expecting bath robes, wine, chocolates etc. as stated in the description for the deluxe suite, but there weren't any.
The shower didnt work properly and had been fitted badly.
The mattress appeared to be two singles with a mattress topper and was not really very firm

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and warm.
All staff were friendly and helpful.
I appreciate it's January but being disabled and walking with crutches, I couldn't park in the car parking space outside my room as other cars had taken
all the spaces.
The cooked breakfast wasn't good - greasy from the potatoes and mushrooms and swimming in tinned tomatoes and juice.
4.0
east access and parking
room was not very clean and bathroom had mould
