Excellent stay, very cozy environment

Nice hotel but bedrooms really need updating. Rotten windows make the rooms cold. Staff friendly but one let them down by swearing behind the bar when taking to some young customers. Ladies toilets really need a good bleaching as a lot stains in toilet pan.

Only ever stay here for a night or two while son is swimming in competition, always enjoy our stay, much nicer than dull chain hotels. Always freindly staff, ood excellent and good value.

Very easy check in, staff very good and helpful on all matters.

Room smelled a bit musty as you entered the room. Basic furniture. No biscuits, no name coffee. No curtains in the bathroom that had clear glass. Curtains didn’t really fully cover the windows.

The only one thing which was difficult was the stairs.

The multi talented team were everywhere, always with a greeting and a smile. They remembered us from our last visit the year before, which is always a win. The Annex family room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner that we had were spot on.

Aaron, who checked me in, was so kind.
I had a wonderful stay here.
I stayed in Room 8 as a solo traveller and it was very clean and suited my needs perfectly.
Street os an onteresting small town to explore and there is good shopping too.
Highly recommended

We booked this trip last minute. So glad we did, I think we got the last room available. Lovely room, staff were great, food was good and all near to the shops and bus stop.

A lovely little place to stay, with the convenience and facilities that come with being attached to a pub but in a separate neighbouring building avoiding noise from the pub.

Lovely big rooms with excellent service. Close to Street shopping and buses into Glastonbury. Wish i'd noticed the swimming pool nextdoor!

Stayed in Blossom Cottage, across the road. A very spacious lounge/bathroom/bedroom set up and much quieter, as it was away from the main road.

The property is well located on the high street. Plenty of residents parking. NB When you get there go straight to reception and register your vehicle number plate then the parking will be free for your entire stay. You can come and go with no restrictions. Plenty of dining areas, meals are cooked fresh. Outside garden is well maintained, also has a safe childrens area. You can order from your table.
Plenty of space in the bedroom and bathroom and nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Not worth the price paid, no where near. Rooms were very basic, bathroom was dated, with insects (as windows are left open, due to lack of air conditioning. Beds were were very uncomfortable.

Property is located near the pub staff is lovely. However there were some locals youths who were loud and kept me awake until 2am. Bathroom was clean but in below avarage condition. Very good coffee, tea and biscuits.

Lovely room, although the bathroom was a little tired and could do with an update.

Great staff and lovely atmosphere.

A new check in payment system was a complete shambles. Check in was pointless as when we went to check out they told us we had not paid even though card details were given at check in. We had three rooms. We were paying for Two on one card and one on a different card. They then proceeded to take payment from the same card without authorisation.
The rooms were clean and comfortable enough but bathroom fittings and fixture are very old and could do with a refurb.
All the staff were nice and friendly.

Have stayed in this hotel several times, always excellent, however on this occasion found the manager to be very inflexible and impersonal.... would not visit again

Best place to stay in street. Hotel/Pub is a typical Marstens one. No fuss there. I was staying out in the cottage rooms. No probs with comfort or cleanliness. Bathrooms were very very basic and need some work on them. But overall a good place to stay when your in Street
