Great location right on the marina with nice pool with a view of the boats. Room was basic and plain, up two flights with no elevator. TV has no basic channels, only allows streaming with your accounts. Downstairs restaurant food wait is 40+ minutes for breakfast and lunch but food and drinks are good.

Our stay was passing through Tortola. So only a night stop. But a Lovely hotel, helpful and attentive staff. Rooms were spacious and clean, with facilities. We had breakfast here on our outbound trip, but stayed overnight on our return enjoying late afternoon drinks and snacks. Pool area was limited with no loungers, but enjoyed a swim all the same. We’ll be back for sure thank you for a great finish to our sailing regatta.

The living room hvac vent has mold and vent dripping water. The return vent in the bedroom is extremely dirty. Bathroom and flooring dirty. Iron not working. Flies all over the room, I managed to kill 3 of them in one night. Room needs proper renovation as human health is compromised.

It is off season( hurricane season) so i world not expect full staffing. The lobby staff was kind and responsive. At check in there didn't seem to be anyone to assist with bags so i dragged mine up three flight but this morning someone helped me bring it down. Appreciate that. The restaurant is clean. Some menu items weren't available but the food i had was fresh and tasted good. Nothing fancy. I was staying there prior to boarding a boat today. The proximity was perfect so i would stay there again.

Used to stay a few days for years while we had a bote. Once we sold the boat, did not came back for 15years. Came back for one night before renting a boat. To my surprise, nothing have changed. It was a travel in time, needs a remodel big time

Ocean view room booked - was given a queen room facing HVAC on side of a building. On the plus side: very efficient air conditioning, hot shower, spacious room. Negatives: no elevator, no bellperson to assist with heavy bags, very slow service in restaurant. Pool small and murky. The marina side restaurant is breezy and shaded and quite pleasant. Some staff are friendly- others are quite surly.

We always stay here when in Road Town, but we were disappointed this time because they did not check us in until 6:00pm. We arrived early, noon, and understood check in was at 3:00. No problem. We enjoyed the pool and had lunch. We were so looking forward to a nice evening, dinner on the deck. But unfortunately they did not have a room ready for our group until 6pm. We were so exhausted and hot by then, we never went to dinner. Not the evening we were hoping for. Since they knew we were there it would have been nice if they could have focused on our room, instead they left it for last.

Property did not indicate that there is no elevator. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to our room. I am 70 and use a cane. No help with hauling luggage up the stairs even when we request help. Tried to call the desk several times this morning at appx 9:30. No answer. Rooms are clean, but given the above we won't stay here again.

I was immediately greeted at the front desk. I had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. The meal was pleasantly hot and prepared to be pleasing to the eye. The service was impeccable. The marina view is stunning as you dine. Highly recommended

It was on par with the cost. Although older in age, it is clean and the room was fine. The only issue in the room is low water pressure in the shower, that's it. The check in desk isn't always staffed, but the bartender or other staff person can help. The food at the restaurant was not impressive, especially because of the high cost. It is within a 5 minute walk to the ferry dock.

Completely unexpected but our room was a condo with an amazing review. The staff was really kind - restaurant and hotel- everything was really clean, view of marina was great. More of a metro space than island. Perfect if you are coming for a short trip or waiting on as boat.
