The perfect location for visiting Edinburgh. Apartment spacious, very quiet and comfortable. Easy to walk or take nearby Tram to explore and enjoy the city. Office staff friendly and welcoming. Helpful to be able to do laundry.

Great apartment, amazing views of the castle and everything you’ll need for a stay if any length.

Fantastic place to stay in centre of Edinburgh

This property met and exceeded my expectations. Such a great place to visit and the views are incredible.

Spotless, roomy was excellent

rooms were large and quite nice - Rooms 1, 2, 4, and 5 have a fantastic view of Edinburg Castle...The only downside is that there is no elevator so you must carry the bags up a few flights of stairs - however I believe the location, view and quality of the apartment overrides that one inconvenience.

Incredible location and friendly staff easy to reach out to!
A little noisy in the evening but that is to be anticipated being on the busiest street.
Very clean too

I stayed here with my daughter for two nights and everything in the apartment was great. The bed was very comfortable, it was very spacious and even though it was on a busy street it was very quiet. We didn’t have a car but we were able to walk everywhere and there was lots of great shops and restaurants and cafes within two to fifteen minutes walking distance. We arrived into Edinburgh by train and it was an eight minute walk to the apartment from the station. We had a fantastic view of Edinburgh castle from our room. I would stay in this apartment again and the only thing I think might be an issue for some people is that there is no elevator. We were travelling light and we are fit so no big deal going up four flights of stairs but could be an issue for people with health problems, mobility challenges etc.

I booked for 3 on booking, and paid for extra person, but they did not convey to apartment and there were no sheets nor towels for 3rd person.

The view from this place is phenomenal! The apartment itself was great too, so much space and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely stay would definitely stay here again

This property was a lovely one bedroom apartment with many quality touches. The only issue was carrying our bags up to the second floor on a winding staircase.

Fantastic apartment, just off princes street. Beautifully appointed, spacious rooms, cosy and comfortable

Really lovely top floor apartment (No 4). Fabulous location, with wonderful views of Edinburgh Castle. The flights of stairs nearly killed us especially after a long day (no lift) but to be expected in a beautiful old building. A real warm home from home.

Amenities great and close to everything. It is up quite a few stairs which was fine for me but may not be for some as there is no lift. [

Fantastic location, amazing views, well equipt.
Shower needs a bit of work and was a bit dirty.
No parking at apartment.

Wonderful accommodation with amazing views.

What I did not like is that there is no lift and we were on the top floor which we had to lug our suitcases up and down for 72 steps. And each day leaving and coming we had to do those steps. The information on the web site should indicate there is no lift. And many stairs should be necessary.
4.0
Nicely appointed apartment. Very roomy. Kitchen well equipped enough to allow for cooking. Great location. Stairs are steep and narrow so not the place for anyone with mobility issues.

Fantastic flat, high spec, great location and beautifully clean. Only negative is that WiFi didn’t work

Location, easy to communicate.
Very prompt with response,

The view was amazing. Definitely would stay here again!!

This apartment is beautifully decorated and SO spacious. There was a large king-sized bedroom and the living room couch could sleep 2 if needed. You could see Edinburgh Castle from our window! Very centrally located. Highly recommend!

This is just the perfect property for staying on Princes Street in downtown Edinburgh. I've stayed in Edinburgh several times and there is no better location for viewing the gardens and the castle from Princes Street. You have all the amenities to cook your own meals or warm up any leftovers from any of the multitude of restaurants along Roses Street immediately behind the apartment. I wish I had had a few days longer to stay. It was easy entry/exit via a keypad. You need to be able to climb three flights of stairs to get to Apartment 5 which is one of the apartments with the best view.

Lovely apartment (number 1) in a great location with fantastic views of the castle. Right on Princes Street so a bit of noise but not too much.

Great location , nice apartment with good facilities, lots of stairs though so not for those with mobility issues

This was an amazing suite, with a beautiful view of the castle! So spacious, clean, and with a well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again!
Got good exercise climbing the steps up to the suite.

Beautiful apartment. Good value for money. Clean and quiet and very comfortable. Amazing views. Everything you need if you want to cook but also amazing places to eat out near by. We have really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Really happy with the apartment. Only issue is parking as it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest long stay, and not cheap!

This is our second stay at Chisholm Hunter and we love it all the more the second time. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed the incredible views, the large kitchen & living room area, and the ability to cook and do laundry. It is in the perfect location for visiting Edinburgh. We walked to the location from Waverley Train Station with a lot of heavy luggage. We can’t wait to stay here again.
2.5
Great stay in a fantastic location, great apartment well equipped and very spacious but would have preferred a lower apartment due to the amount of steps up to ours 60+. Needs detailing more in the description for anybody with limited movement.
The outside entrance area got dirty overnight as well which did not make for a welcome approach. Not down to Destiny Scotland though but could perhaps do with a clean every morning first thing, dirty face masks etc.
2.5
Outstanding property in the ideal location. Lots of space, good quality furnishings and everything we needed to make it an excellent stay.

Stunning apartment. Gorgeous view! Had someone banging the door at 2am which startled me awake. Phoned the 24/7 security number that you’re given ahead of check in who sent someone out to check the building was still secure. Then Destiny Scotland phoned the following morning to check I was ok! Excellent customer service and very good problem resolutions too.
The apartment is simply to die for. An absolute must for Edinburgh accommodation and looking forward to coming back in the future.

Most amazing views in Edinburgh! The place couldn't have been nicer. Lots of steps up to room but nice to be able to check in/out without interacting with people.
